Krown Hamilton (Ditton)

Very good rust proof. I use Krown in 10 years. I gave 4 stars, because the last visit my car was dirty. Some oil stain in interior. It may too busy on that time.

I was there yesterday to get rust proofing. My car is in it's 13th year with only 138,000 km on it. I intend to keep it until it dies. Service was quick and included a wash and wax, a tire cleaning and a free product for the interior. I have no rust and have been a satisfied customer for 3 years.

Visited just once but it was an overall good experience. Hope they keep it up. Excellent customer service, questions were answered professionally and in detail. Service was completed ahead of committed time.

Very professional staff, always friendly. They are quick to get you in and are right down to business. This is a great product and saves your vehicle tremendously in the long run. There is always excess oil after the spray, which seems to concern people but this is part of it! They explain all you need to know and they're good at it. Trust em

Very good experience today. Professional and friendly staff. Explained the full process. In and out within 30 minutes. Only one thing that fast wax was not available, and I will have to return again for it once it's available.

Brought the truck in to get it undercoated. They did the job but missed a few spots so I called in to complain they let me bring it back in and coated the whole thing again. Great customer service would recommend

The staff are super friendly and quick! I took my car last week and got some surprise discounts at checkout which was super nice of them. They also had free drinks for customers which I thought was a nice touch. Highly recommend this location!

I booked an appointment 3 days before with this guy ROB. Had changed the time as well and he said all is good. Now i was going for the said appointment and this LADY on the phone said i dont have when i called before going. WTH? Now i dont know if should trust this one as it has "HIGH REVIEW" or just find another

Was in for rust proofing my vehicle. Great experience! The gentleman at the service counter was friendly and had great Input. My vehicle was finished quickly with minimal issues. There was a little bit of oil residue on the body of the vehicle but it will go away with time. Vehicle was cleaned off as much as they could once the service was complete.

Quick edit: Dropping to 3 stars as I've noticed in the days since my appointment that there was much more oil left on the body of my vehicle than I had previously thought. In addition it is clear that no seat covers were put on my seats as there is oil splatter all over them. It makes me wonder what else may have been missed. Would recommend trying the Barton street location as that was location referred to me by my service representative at the dealership I take my vehicle to.

Awesome service. They drove my truck in did a the low spaying, then next step in the hoist for the underneath and a nice wash after that. Great job krown

They could cover the interior of your vehicle better. Be prepared to detail your vehicle after as they sprayed with the doors opened and covered everything with oil spots.
Service was friendly and quick.

We had one of their first Saturday morning early appointments of the season (7am) and had a great experience. The staff was friendly (for 7am) and the service was quick. Highly recommended Krown Hamilton Mountain

As always, EXCELLENT customer service and quality work. I have Krown apply my rustproofing on all of my vehicle annually.

It was our first time at Krown. We we're early and they didn't mind taking us early. Rob explained what needed to be done and assured us it was the best for our truck.

I fully recommend you look after your vehicle and go to Krown.

They completely covered the truck in a ridiculous amount of spray. And cleaned the outside while it was being sprayed. Very happy with this location. They do a great job. Truck should last forever with these guys spraying it

Was told an hour was out in half that time which was great. Didn't get my free take home can or cleanup can as mentioned on the phone and flyer

Did a good job on my older cars. Definitely wouldn’t take luxury cars there. They got a bit of krown on my consoles. Tbh the downtown location is a bit better.

Great Service! Showed up 20mins before my actual appointment, and they took me right in, right away. Just missed out on my free can, but everything else was awesome.

I recently had my car sprayed at Victoria ave N in Hamilton location. These are my observations. Pros: They not only sprayed into the door panels but also outside of the door seams as well, and at the end they gave a bonus oil spray can and a free Keurig coffee was there for costumers to use. Cons: No silicon used on rubber weather stripping to protect them from harmful oil. Only basic fan spray was used when my sedan's under body was sprayed, I was expecting them, at some point, to use a special spray rod to get into the nooks and crannies like shown on some youtube Krown videos.

Staff & services were done very well. Only disappointment, I had prepaid and asked for my keys to be locked in my car, since I was picking it up after they closed, and they left the keys visibly in the centre console…

This place is awesome.
They have a 4 car process line, the workers are very efficient, and also do a clean job.
I'll be back.

Got undercoating done here and was the worst I've ever seen after about a month or two it had all came off you couldn't even tell my truck has ever had been sprayed honestly wouldn't recommend anyone coming here

On time appointment, and great job done with our vehicle. Good price too and offered up a CAA discount. Thanks for the reminder and service. Thinking of taking my other car here now after a good experience.

I was very impressed with the level of professional and friendly service I received on this particular time. I strongly recommend this location and believe that this procedure is absolutely necessary to keep the looks and extend the life of a vehicle.

Can't say enough they did a amazing job detailing my car. My dog jumped on a bag of milk it was covered in dog hair. Car looks and smells brand new again. Thanks again would totally recommend

They left me stood up, even when just the previos day I had an email reminding me of my appointment the next day first thing in the morning (what a way to start my weekend). To make it worse not even a reasonable apology, just a BS excuse, sorry our appointment system glitched cuz we are remodeling. So you are telling me just one week after the lockdown was lifted, you decided to close for remodelations? But come Monday to make a new appointment? I guess remodeling was just that day, right?

Job well done as usual And was complete in less than 40 Minutes. A leader in the rust proofing business. Always happy with the results.

I got a can of penetrant and it was amazing! Some of my doors were squeaky and a quick spray solved it perfectly! I literally went “wow! ” 10/10 would recommend!

LOVE it they did an awesome job even washed my truck pretty impressed definitely go there again.

Thorough Krown application and busy place. Only problem is the waiting room is small. Not usually a problem but in this era of Covid distancing its not comfortable being in a confined space for 30 to 45 minutes with other patrons. In good weather you can stand outside but inclement weather theres no place but inside to shelter.
Not a knock on this business. But just a heads up that perhaps a drop off of the vehicle and someone to pick you up and return you within the hour will be a better option during the pandemic.

I saw a bunch of young guys (under 20 years old) rust proof my car for the first time. I took it to my trusted shop to get something done (unrelated to rust) and they said they couldn't even tell it had been done by Krown. They had another car there that was done at a different Krown and said they could tell right away because it was done right. My car is 14 years old I can't afford to have a poor rust proofing service. Very unhappy. Basically $140 down the drain.
The customer service was great through and they checked my check engine light code for free which came on randomly while I was there (but it was unrelated to anything they did, it's why I went to my shop).
But the actual service I paid for was done terribly according to my mechanic.

My first visit at this location. First of. The front counter person was very friendly and professional, the service was fairly quick and my vehicle was washed afterwards. Nice touch.
Now for the unexpected, Nobody told me that they’re going to drill holes into many different places in the cars body frame!
I only found out after opening the car door seeing plastic plugs in the doorframe area.
The other thing they park all finished vehicles in the same area. And that area is coated with residue of the under coating. Getting all over me soles of my shoes. They do leave a protective mat in the vehicle. But stepping out of my car I almost slipped and fell because of slippery undercoating on the sole of my shoes.
The other issue was, some overspray got onto my breaking components and stopping the car was somewhat compromised because of it.
It didn’t last too long. But it would’ve been good to know before I got to drive away.

Always a great experience. Friendly helpful staff. Quick and thorough. Get this done every year. Would recommend to everyone. Definitely saves your vehicle.

Been a long time customer and have nothing bad to say about the service, they are fast and clean. The lady up front runs a tight ship. I highly recommend getting this service especially if you live in Ontario and with the stupid amount of salt that they put on the road these days. Cause of these guys I sold my 05 Dodge Ram for $9K just recently.

Appointment at 7: 30 am today. First time here. Greeted very kindly and informed of procedure and CAA $10 discount. Also had Aquapel applied to front windshield at same appointment and saved 50 per cent. Highly recommend this product and location.i hit the first star by mistake for sure just to access the reviews. When you call to make an appointment, they are always in rush and want to hang up. The appointments are a week or 2 down the line, and last time they forgot to note my appointment and were acting like it was an error on my side

It's my first time visiting this location and it did not disappoint, great service and awesome staff. The only thing is that I used to get my small crossover categorized as car in another branch and not as suv.

I have been a customer since 2002 and my experience has always been pleasant. They' re welcoming upon arrival and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Krown on Ditton and the product. The 06 has no rust.

First let me start by saying how good the application of the product is. The staff doing the actual application and vehicle care do a great job! No overspray anywhere and the guys did a fantastic job on the final wash of my truck!
This was my second visit to this location and unfortunately my last.
As i am sitting in the waiting room when i hear the guy at the front desk whom I'm assuming is the owner, on the phone talking about how many cars he is pumping through the place each month. Im happy your business is busy but the way it was said would make anyone feel like just a number and not a valued customer.

Overall workers are great but guy running the place is not professional!

Have been coming here for 4 years and have had every car I have ever owned Krowned. Very happy with my service over the years. I always find it easy to book an appointment and feel my car is always taken care of. When ever I lift my car and have a look at the bottom I know that the yearly investment is worth it.

Got my car back with their Krown rust on the windshield of my car. Called and complained and they did offer to clean it. I just noticed that there is Krown rust control on the body as well. This place isn't around the corner, I normally take it to the Krown downtown Hamilton but this place came highly recommended, point is it should have been done right the first time especially during their so called promotion. They offered no other compensation. I plan on getting in touch with them again to rectify this issue since I realize that the Krown rust control is on the body as well. Further update Ken was very informative and helpful in explaining the process and completely rectified the situation. I will be returning again and also bring our other vehicles to him.

Update year later tuck was great no rust. Staff is friendly and very accommodating had to change my appointment time and they where very helpful. Great place and great product and super nice staff.

Very courteous and professional staff that perform their services with care and presision. We have been very happy with the effect annual de-salting and rust prevention applications have had on the longevity of our cars.

Great Service. I have friends that have gone to other Krown locations and when I tell them about the service here, they always say how they didn't get the same service where they went. Car always thoroughly treated, clean and on time.

This was my second time and I was very pleased over all with service, however I wish they would have removed the few leaves under the hood before they sprayed it shows more care and detail looks to me that it was overlooked and end result looked dirty when it should look clean

In on time.met by pleasant manager.have used this product in the past so I knew that 1st application would take a little longer as some holes needed to be drilled. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and will be back. Highly recommend to all my family & friends!
