Krown Kingston

I'm ticked! The Krown Kingston website advertised $159.99 for truck application. In addition, my CAA garners another $10 savings. My bill should have been $149.99 + tax.

Dallas, the owner, advised me that the price went up $10 for 2024. I showed him the website. He phoned his IT people to get the pricing corrected but would not honour the advertised price. I argued but didn't make a huge fuss.

As a principled fellow business person I would have honoured the price and thanked the customer for pointing out the error on the website. So much for business principles! Very disappointed!

Excellent customer service, the process was well explained to me. I was even able to book next year servicing. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their work.

Clean place and I think they did a good job getting my our cars coated. There was overspray on the inside panels of our doors that we had to clean off ourselves. Also, they applied stickers to the outside of our car without our permission which I didn’t notice until I got home.

I’ll come back next year but unfortunately I’ll have to inspect our car better before I drive away. We’ve dealt with several different Krown places before (we’ve moved several times) and this is the first that over sprayed onto interior panels. We’ve had to deal with unapproved sticker applications before though. It shouldn’t happen but it does.

That was the most pleasant experience ever getting my car rust checked! Super quick. Wonderfully friendly staff. Explained everything to me. Got to enjoy a coffee while I waited. Will be back next year thank you guys!

They took good care of our new vehicle. Krowned and ready for winter. Hospitable and friendly bunch. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my vehicle to Krown for 3 years now. Never a problem getting an appointment and when I forgot my appointment and called them, they were still able to bring me in that day. There customer service is a pleasure.

My car is in great shape underneath (l've seen it!) because of the wonderful job Krown has done for a number of years. I highly recommend a yearly treatment! I should add, my car is a 2001! By the way, the staff is awesome!

We have been taking our Ford F150 here (previously at their former location) since 2012. Each year Krown provides the same outstanding job and holding our original price too! Krown is helping us keep our 11 year old truck looking like new. I highly recommend using Krown. Friends in the autobody business tell me that Krown is the best choice for preventing rust.

Fantastic service and very welcoming staff!

Was told about a 40min wait for the car to go through, and was out in about 30, yahoo! They have a window in the back to watch your car go through, so I felt confident being able to peek at my car going through the process. Will definitely be back for years to come!

I've been using Krown Kingston for a number of years now. They are always friendly, professional, and addressed any concerns I have had along the way. The product is great, and the application is thorough. Like anything or anyone, though, nothing is perfect, and there has been the ODD time where the application of their product appeared to be light in areas. When returning with my vehicle, they addressed the areas I felt needed extra attention, and always treated me with courtesy and respect. Best of all, my vehicle was always returned to me the way I brought it in.clean! Well done, Dallas, Peter, and the team. This is why I keep coming back, year after year.
