I've had my vehicles rustproofing done here for a number of years now. No problems so far, they seem to do a very good job at a reasonable price.

All in all a great experience. First time to do rustproof for my car. Schedule an appointment is smooth sailing. Once arrived the owner was very accommodating. The whole process was explained in details and it only takes 30 mins which is fast and effective. Will use them again.

The crew here have been rustproofing my car every year since 2013. I recommend this location to all my car friends.

Always seem to get the Krown spray just right between going too light and missing areas, and spraying too heavily which drips too much. I've been to three different Krown locations and this one is the best.

Very friendly staff and speedy service. However the owner is confrontational when inquiring about certain areas rusting under my car. He does not present with a welcoming environment to ask question and can come off as rude. Despite my car being brand new and have been rust proofing with them for the past 5 years, rust is still present under my car.

This is not my first time that I using professional rust proofing service. They are extending life of my truck and I am very satisfied with it.

Friendly, very professional. They also have a bathroom and waiting area on site for when your vehicle is getting sprayed.

I've been getting Krown on my 2007 Ford mustang since 2009 and it still looks mint. I was going to a different location but decided to try Krown Lakeshore instead. Waiting area is comfy with a nice t.v, bathroom is spacious and very clean. After the Krown application I always wipe down the weatherstripping in the doors, trunk, and hood; then clean them with armour-all, this keeps the rubber firm and looking new.

They did a fantastic job applying the Krown spray everywhere it needs to be, I am very happy and will definitely be going back.

I had some questions and concerns re the rust proofing application done on my 2004 Lincoln on August 27. As per the managers response I had my 2004 Lincoln rust proofed again at Krown at Lakeshore Blvd in Mississauga today, of course with no charge. It was done by the Manager Robbie and an assistant. I was able to watch the application being done. It was done in a very thorough manner with all pertinent areas being sprayed. I was pleased with the thoroughness of the process. I was impressed with Robbie's desire to do the work to my satisfaction and his willingness to be sure I was happy with the work. I will take my other Lincoln there in the Spring to be done.

People tend to write reviews only when they have negative experiences, but I believe that it is important to share experiences when a company like Krown does everything right and leaves me with an overwhelmingly positive experience.

This is my second time at their Mississauga Lakeshore location. The first experience here was very pleasant, but this showed me how amazing they are to their repeat customers. First off, they sent me a reminder letter, encouraging me to book early with them by offering a great promotion, which was very much appreciated. Then, while there, Bobby and the staff were helpful, as I had many questions, and Bobby was very patient with me and answered them all. They did excellent work, not only by making sure that my car will be protected come December, but made my car shine beautifully, and (through the promotion) offered me a Krown rust protector that I can use on my car once a month, ensuring that I can continue to care for it by stopping or preventing rust proactively. Afterwards, my vehicle looked fantastic, and now I feel better about my car when the winter months come around. These folks really are specialists at this aspect of keeping vehicles maintained, and they seem to take pride in their work and deliver on all of their promises and claims.

On the bottom of the invoice, I see the otherwise-generic phrase "THANK YOU, WE APPRECIATE YOUR LOYALTY", but with great service, an exceptional performance-based ethic, an effective company structure, and with the good work that these folks do, I must thank THEM for exceeding expectations and for doing more than enough to keep me loyal to them.

I've been going here for about 11+ years and my cars don't rust because of it as long as I keep getting the work done regularly.

This guys are specialized in rust protection and detailing. I don't know if my car will resist against the rust much longer, but if I choose to do the rust protection I come here.
