Krown Napanee

Went there last week to get my vehicle done. Been going there for the last 5 years. The only thing I've noticed is it didn't smoke or drip as much as it did the previous years, so I don't know if it's a different blend or they're just skimping out on the spray.
Still wouldn't go anywhere else, it's a 40min drive for me and there better then the krown in my own town.

Krown Napanee was fast and efficient and their prices are very competitive. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great service the receptionist is very knowledgeable and gave some very helpful information. I love the massage chairs in the waiting room.

Also, this was beyond what I expected. I knew that Krown was the right place, but I did not expect a cozy waiting room with a hot fireplace and free electric full-body massage chairs. Thank you, I just cancelled my appointment with the physiotherapist!

My boyfriend and I have been spraying our vehicles with the Krown location in Belleville for years, but after our experience at this location we will be back with our vehicles in the future! The waiting room/shop was welcoming, very clean and the staff were super friendly.the services were completed very quickly and we only waited a week for our appointment. Will definetly be recommending this location to friends and family.

Had my 17GMC truck under coated Aug 2021. The next day my engine light came on and onstar texted emission issue? Engine light kept coming on for approximately 3 weeks while krown product burned off? Also leaf springs are now shifting when going over curbs etc. Also had my new 16" enclosed trailer sprayed and Krown product has eaten the adhesive holding weather stripping on and is now fallen off at the bottoms of the doors? Spoke to owner about the issues and he just stood there and said what do you want me to do? He did not offer to help or recommend anything. I left and said I would not use his company or product again

The service was great staff were very in informative actually they called me and got me in early. This is the 2nd time I have been there and I will continue to keep going. The waiting room is very comfortable and to my surprise they have two massage chairs there for customer use. As I was waiting there was someone in the massage chair and when they were finished the girl working there went over to the chair and sanitized it. I was impressed and felt because of this safe and comfortable that they were looking after there customers and themselves. When I left I felt happy with a job well done. Thanks guys

Courtney and Stu and the staff are simply put, awesome. Had them them apply the clearfx to my 20 pilot, it looks simply amazing. Would recommend this Krown location in a heart beat.
