These guys are great once you get in there but it's a joke getting anyone to pickup the phone, mailbox has been full since it existed and it blows my mind you'd let your rating suffer as much as it has just through reviews about picking up the damn phone. I'm about to phone third time today.

I've called 5 days in a row, several times a day and all different hours. Never once was my phone call answered, terrible way to run a business. Guess I'll go elsewhere.

This is a great place for undercoating service. Best I've run into. The owner is refreshing, nice to hear from people like him who aren't sheeple but actually tell it as it is. Good atmosphere makes the wait more than worthwhile. He should be on TV stand up, well late night anyway:). Keep up the good work.

I'm very disappointed with the workmanship at Krown for several reasons. 1. The wash and wax job was half done leaving streaks all over the car and you can tell the lower part of the car wasn't done. 2. The tire shine wasn't done. 3. Some Stop plugs in the door are missing. 4. I wasn't asked if I was a CAA member to receive an additional discount.

Krown was always part of the maintenance, my dad told me. I have kept up on it and my vehicles live a long life.

Excellent work! Good coverage in all the right places. Car wash included, looked like a brand new car after they were done.

Had car rust proofed when I purchased it new

Undercoating and rust prrofing caused damage to my suspension and weatherstripping. Dealership is refusing to fix under warranty.

Extremely great visit. The guy at the front kept all of is entertai ed the 1.5 hours ot takes flew by. Definitely recommend, I will be getting my other vehicle done there. Also they will remind me in the spring that it's time again.

THE PLACE to take you car for yearly rust proofing. I've been bringing in my current vehicle, a 2014 Charger, every fall for the last 8 years, and it's been through every winter. No rust, and it still looks great underneath and all around the outside. Free carwash as a bonus addon!

Nice friendly gent that always works the counter, and has some funny jokes to tell.

Easy appt to make. They undercoated my vehicle in a timely manner. They stood behind their product and their work. Professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone.

They get 1 star. Tryed calling 5 times over 2 days - noone answered phone and msg box full. So go somewhere else.

Max really serves the frontline well friendly outgoing helpful service even makes you laugh. Quick efficient and timely process. There was a water main break that day but they still got my Pontiac G6 covered! Will be my number one place to go.

Showed up for my appointment, in/out within an hour for my pick up. Great guys, and great place

Always friendly but also very busy. I had the last appointment of the day and it took an hour longer than expected. I would suggest trying to drop your vehicle off for the full day so that you're not waiting around. Or try undercoating in the spring.

Called three different times. ANSERING MACH SAID MAILBOX FULL TRY AGAIN LATER. Twice the first day about 2 hours apart and once the second day. Then gave up and went elsewhere.

Took both vehicles in for undercoating today. Excellent service and friendly staff. We'll be back as usual.

Vehicle came out washed and no overspray inside at all. Quality job on complete coverage of the vehicle. In on time for the appointment and done in what seemed like no time. Thanks to Max for keeping us entertained and occupied while we waited. Would not and will not go anywhere else to have my vehicle Krowned in the future.

Tryed to call and get truck under coated phone rings and goes to full answering machine that's was full phoned someone else and truck was dune right away will not recamend this place

Paid for complete rustproofing for my minivan. One month later my mechanic noticed a serious safety issue with the radiator support rusted out on one side. No mention made of this when I had the rustproofing done the month earlier. Buy at your own risk

I just had my Outlander done by them today. They did a great job in both the work and the customer service. There was a misunderstanding, to which I now realize I was completely wrong. The gentleman I spoke to was professional and polite about the whole thing. I do owe him an apology. See you next year.

My cars through the years have been rustproofed by Krown, at 3 different locations (Alliston, Whitby and Peterborough), depending upon where I lived. My previous car, a 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo, lasted 18 yrs without any rust. I have had nothing but good service from all Krown dealers. I have been coming to the Peterborough location for the last two applications and have found them to friendly, helpful and professional.i highly recommend Krown.
