Did a thorough job. My truck leaked oil for a while so don't park on your driveway, but that only means they didn't cheap out.

I got undercoating on my Jeep Wrangler, and they sprayed oil on engine Sensor! Now I’m paying 1400$ for replacement. Very unprofessional!

Wes and his family have been servicing our, vehicles for over 30 years. Top notch service. Excellent customer service. They have moved to 330 Rexdale and we gladly followed them. Our 86 Oldsmobile looks perfect, rust free. Highly recommend. Cannot say enough good things about the Freeland family

On Saturday i went for yearly treatment and service was top notch and best service this place under new management and I welcome him to neighborhood.

Went for my annual spray. I have been going to this particular location for as long as I have owned my car, 12 years. I have a grand fathered in price because I have been going so long. However I received a summer special offer that included a few extra items that were equivalent to $70 value per their letter. Unfortunately the letter doesn't tell you that you can't use your grand fathered in price. You have to use the going rate for your particular vehicle which was about a $30 difference. So I went with the higher rate to get the summer special. The gentleman that used to do my car for the majority of my visits is no longer there as he apparently didn't stay when there was an ownership change in the past year. It was sad to see Winston was gone. He always did a great job.

Bad experience. I went to this location because is close to my home, but the worst decision.they didn't spray everywhere where they should, I used to go to another location and a lot of difference, they use more oil, and they put in all the holes where they drilled the first time, in this case they didn't remove some caps where they spray on the doors and panels, they didn't remove the taillights to get inside the fenders like in the other location, so they didn't put everywhere and scratched trying to remove the covers. I will never go to this location again.

Had both me vehicles sprayed at this location. Put both cars on hoist after. Maybe 1/3 of both cars were sprayed. This is fraudulent. Krown should be shut down. 100 percent people are not getting there car fully sprayed here. Very disappointed.

Easy to book, on time, 2 man crew, quick and efficient. Could do a better job of washing the car afterwards to rid the residue. Will come back again

Vehicle was sprayed in under 20 min. I had my vehicle at the mechanic and he had a look under the vehicle.there was barley any rustproofing under the vehicle.a patch here and there just to make it look like its dripping. 90 % of the underbody was not sprayed and the drilled out holes in the doors and pillars were the plugs are were not removed and sprayed.very poor workmanship.do yourself a favor and have it checked out if your skeptical.they want the vehicles in and out quick with minimal undercoating sprayed.horrible job.we used to have 5 vehicles done here NOT ANY MORE.rip me off once never again.

Based on my first experience with these guys, I can say they are trustworthy.
I went in for a $70 rust proofing, however the mechanic who did my car said he could only rust proof a small portion, since the whole underbody of my car has a plastic covering.
I had no idea that my car would not require rust proofing, and as a result he only charged me $20 since he did not want to take advantage and was being fair! (Older gentleman, been mechanic 30 years)
Not to mention other ppl who recommended this place said they do a very clean job when coating your underbody, and go above and beyond by covering your driver seat as to not dirty your car when moving it into the shop.
Great attention to detail, highly recommend.

Book an appointment and went to being the car in only to be told that they cannot do it because my car is lowered. I should have been told from the beginning hence the low rating.

Winston, knows what he is doing. Always does a thorough job on Rust proofing and is always there to answer any questions.

Did not really walk me through the process. I could not see my car being worked on from the waiting room. Seat and interior had some grease on it after the process. I expected that would be cleaned off for the money I paid. Keys were also returned given to me very greasy.
