We took both of our cars to Krown Stoney Creek yesterday
The reception was professional and courteous.
The waiting area was very clean and the chairs were arranged to provide for social distancing.
Hand sanitizers and masks were provided.
We were treated well Our service was prompt and our keys were disinfected before being returned to us
The washroom was clean and well lit. I observed the cleaning of the chairs after a client departed
Our car was washed and sanitized when returned
I felt safe and well cared for here at Krown
Thank you for a job well done
Our cars were both completed in an hour.

I’ve been coming here for the last three years. I bring both of my vehicles and my company truck here. They are always spot on time with their appointments. The waiting area is always super clean as is the free coffee service and the rest room. Renita on the desk is super pleasant. She always gives you a reminder call the day before your appointment. The service technician always has a fresh paper mat in your vehicle. Great service and good value.

I always get my vehicles sprayed here. They honestly do the best job out of any of the rust prevention companies. They don't miss anything important and the don't over spray the things that don't need it like exhaust and plastics. I drive a 2007 Honda accord with 300k on it and it's like new because I come here every year.

I had my Toyota Tacoma Truck oil undercoated. They did a Fantastic job. They did run into a problem of breaking my rear tail light mounting bracket by simply removing the tail light to spray the truck bed. Without hesitation, they ordered a new OEM tail light assembly from Toyota and replaced it. They truely stand by there work. I would highly recommend the Stoney Creek Krown Location.

I chose the Stoney Creek location based on customer reviews and was not disappointed! Waiting area is really nice and clean, and the work on the vehicle appears nicely applied. Well worth the trip. Will return next year for sure.

Known works great I just wish they could prevent the stuff from getting on the brakes because it take about 6-8 good stops before your brakes are back to normal

I had an appointment there today, I arrived early and they took me in right away. The waiting area was spottless with a fully stocked snack and refreshment area. I was told to help myself. The lady at the front counter was very nice and explained the rust treatment process to me, she even gave me 2 rolls of paper to put in my garage to protect my garage floor from any oil that may drip. The tech and the rest of the team did a great job and cleaned my jeep when they were done.
I understand how Krown has been in business for over 25 years. Top notch service.

I have been using the Krown brand for years and have complete faith in their product after seeing proven results from using it over the decades. As I needed to find a new local Krown location I started visiting this location in Stoney Creek and the staff there are excellent. From the time I booked my appointment to the time I was walking out after my rust proofing was complete, it was a first rate experience. Every business should be a friendly and easy to deal with as this location. I'm happy that I can visit this location annually for rust-proofing and know my car is going to be well taken care of. As a collector with 32 cars north of the salt belt, rust proofing has been key to preserving the cars that we use through the winter, whether it’s a 911 or a Sierra, Krown Stoney Creek has you covered. Having used about eight other locations in the past 10 years myself along with my father having used them going back to the 90’s, we can’t emphasize enough the importance of a good rustproofing plan as well as the general maintenance benefits of having Krown on your vehicles. This location treat you like family and always performs with an experienced and comprehensive job. They treat your car like their own and it shows!

This has been the best location for me in the Hamilton area I know it’s in Stoney Creek but I drive all the way from the west mountain I used to go to Krown downtown but they didn’t do a good job for me at all they missed more than half of my car last time I went they did do the doors I pulled my panels off and checked and I had them do a Connubial wax I think that’s what it’s called whatever they did a terrible job swirl marks uneven it was horrible took my vehicle to a detailer like I should’ve done in the first place that’s how I ended up at Krown Stoney Creek been coming here now for four years now I believe and they’ve been great the owner is very polite and courteous but when I drove down to this location to make an appointment it wasn’t the owner it was someone else he wasn’t very polite abrupt cutting me off midsentence I made the appointment anyway route in my 2014 Toyota Tacoma my brother has a lift in his garage so as soon as I get it sprayed I take it over to his place just to check it out I took off the passenger door panel to fix dent in my door they missed the door I know people make mistakes that’s why I buy a bunch of cans of the spray and I’ll spray the places that they mess it was probably just forgotten or mistake I know the crown on the mountain went out of business, and they have a new location located somewhere on the mountain I might try them next year but I really truly do love this location I would recommend it to anyone.

Great service. Rob the owner took the time to go over the process with me and alleviate any of my concerns. The receptionist was very pleasant. I know a lot of other folks whom have had their vehicles krown rust proofed and it really does work. The drip and mess can be a nuisance but I think having the piece of mind that our rolling investments are not going to rust away is well worth it. I did get some drips on my asphalt drive but they do wash away after a few rains.

Took my vehicle for a treatment and very impressed by this operation. The owner is very friendly, waiting room is clean and they do a great job. Will be back to treat our other vehicle soon.

Great place to have your car, Truck, rust proofed. The chemical they use are clean and not messy. The waiting room is specious and very clean receptionist is excellent as well. All around excellent place to take your ride. You won't be disappointed.

Extremely nice people even when they messed up (got Alot of oil on my brakes breaks almost didn't work) they were nice felt really bad and refunded me in full and did my wife's car for no charge

With my experience they only sprayed what you see and missed everything that was out of site. For example they drilled holes in my frame and doors and did not spray. Bunch of scam artist in my opinion

Brought my vehicle in Saturday to have it oil guarded found nothing but professionalism at this location was able to go around back and observe exactly how it's done could not have asked for a better experience thanks again and I'll be back next year

I don’t live near Stoney Creek anymore but won’t take my car anywhere else. The owner is fantastic and I never worry about leaving my car here. Always get the best service.
