Krown Vanier

I've been waiting 20 days to hear anything in response to an email I sent. In March 2022 I was involved in a collision outside this garage. Since I'd previously used this shop for regular maintenance I decided to have the mechanical and body work done there.

As part of the repairs covered by my insurance the front bumper of my car was replaced and painted by this shop.

Not even 2 years later the paint is bubbling and flaking off. Not impressed with the work or lack of response. Do not recommend having body work done here.

Been going here for 5 years. I moved out of the area to Kanata a couple years ago and still keep coming back! Great service and very friendly people. 12/10 would recommend.

Rude staff.
I kindly asked that if they are using Paizer as their POS processor as I been getting calls from Paizer telling me that Krown is their partner and etc. I asked to call if this is the case and the staff basically shut me down without even really listening what I asked them in the first place. Their reply really shows how much they care.

I found the service was good but I didn't really understand what they did in terms of the spray. Hopefully it works.

My tire had a flat, Got to Krown Vanier with my spare on & they were able to get me out of the lot all fixed up in under 30 minutes

Had problems starting my car on the day I was leaving for a family vacation. They took me in immediately and fixed it on the spot. All at no charge. They saved my vacation!

I always trust that I'm getting the best service at a fair price with these folks. A game changer as someone who doesn't know much about cars, and has to lean on experts to guide them.

Service was efficient and thorough, they walked me through what was going on with my vehicle and offered me multiple options and solutions. Friendly and fair pricing.

Brilliant job and customer service they helped me out once again with a breakdown emergency. I recommend them enough. Great job
