I have been a customer of Krown for over 20 years now. I have noticed the amount of dripping from a great quality spray has been getting less every year it seems. Noticing alot of missed spots this time too. Very disappointed in their application quality. Maybe time to look for a better store.

Great service every time. And Krown rustproofing really works. I have been using Krown for a long time and 13 years at this location, 7 for my previous vehicle and the rest with this one. Never had a problem with rust at all. After application the vehicle is fully washed. Great product and service.

Got my car sprayed for the first time. I'm glad about the quality however prepare for aftermath. There was grease all over my windows that made driving at night unbearable. The glare was so bad, clean your windows after.

Had my car oil spayed at Krown Waterloo in December of 2020. I was told I would have minor oil drips on my driveway which would fade away in 2 weeks. 3 months later I'm left with a disaster of oil stains and damage on my driveway at the residence which i am renting at. The damage done to the driveway was caused by the job which Krown performed on my vehicle. If you choose to get your car oil sprayed at this location, i suggest you park your vehicle on the street for 1-2 weeks. City of Waterloo allows 14 credits towards street parking per year. Use these credits when you get your car oil sprayed.

I am a car enthusiast and decided to go with Krown after research. The front desk was very polite and professional, I did ask for no drilling and they happily accommodated my request. They did spray a very generous amount of their product and I did see the crew attempting to spray their product into the already existing holes (from factory) since I ask for no drilling. Overall I am very pleased, only disappointment was that a fair amount of product was left on my steering wheel, interior door pull as well as the floor mats. I would have appreciated it if the crew member would only take off his gloves before moving my car. There were spots of the underbody that did not get a very thorough spray of the product (front subframe area) however the under panel on my car was part of the reason why so I wouldn't blame them although I am pretty sure the areas can be reached with their long wand. Moral of the story I would definitely take off my under panel prior to my appointment next time (will return).

I am a strong believer in Krown Rust Control, one of our vehicles is a 1998
and the other is a 2008, No Rust.
In our winters, a lot of salt used on the roads, it is very hard on vehicles that are not protected. Body repairs aren't
Cheap.

You can tell the difference Krown makes to your vehicle over time. You can't go wrong choosing Krown. Wonderful, old fashion service at this location. They're very trustworthy and good to their word. Best rust protection you can get for your vehicle for sure!

They are doing fantastic jobs. I would recommend you go there if you want your vehicle to last long. They have oil sprayed every corners and every inch.

Friendly staff, nice waiting areas, reasonable cost. There was a slight issue afterwards (breaks had some lubricant on them), which they immediately fixed and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes and this was after having an appointment. Unacceptable! Never going back.

Brought my brand new truck to get it sprayed last season, I've recently inspected underneath and upon inspection I've noticed that there is very little oil and in some spots no oil at all. To me it looked like who ever sprayed it did a very poor job and I am under the impression that they did this to save money on the product and hoping that the average customer will not inspect the work. The price for this service is already more then other places so as a customer I'd expect the underneath of my truck to be CAKED in oil.

In conclusion I highly recommend going somewhere else as this place over charges and does not do a good job.

The staff were friendly and the work was completed in a timely manner. My issue is with the workmanship.

The next day I had the vehicle up on a hoist to perform some work, which is when I inspected the oil spray job. I was very surprised to find out how many spots were missed. Nothing was sprayed under the hood, the tailgate wasn’t sprayed, major spots where rust forms- not sprayed. Even the places that were sprayed were barely covered. I phoned Krown, the told me to bring the vehicle back, but I didn’t bother.

My friend had his brand new pickup truck sprayed at this same location. I looked underneath his, same story, if not worse. When you can run your finger across the frame and no oil residue comes off, I think that speaks to the quality of work here. Especially to the tune of about $150.

It seems like they are just spraying the product very sparingly assuming that the average Joe won’t inspect their work. Avoid this place.

I Just picked up a new used car and as all ways I took it to Krown Waterloo
for an oil spray. They always do a great job. I also was happy to get in right away as it's still before the winter rush. Thanks to all the staff at Krown Waterloo.

Chuck is the best technician - super nice guy AND he is the most supremely competent. If you care about your vehicle and want it to last, then your only and best option is to have Chuck do the rustproofing treatment.
Otherwise.you'll be kicking yourself. So don't say I didn't give you a fair advisory!
FRANKLY, it should be AGAINST THE LAW for cars to be sold UNLESS they have been properly treated (i.e. By technicians like Chuck).

Been going to Krown for sprays on my cars for years, and will never stop.
I do mechanics on my own vehicles, and things don't rust, or seize on me. I hate repairing brake, and fuel lines more then any other repair. Krown keeps them in beautiful shape for a long time!
All of their products are the best, and the service is out of this world! Have any question at all just ask for Chuck. He knows everything, and is more then happy to chat about it!

We drive from Guelph to this location because of the professionalism of the service they provide and also because of the friendliness and knowledge of a guy named Chuck that works there. Chuck is the only person that I will let touch our vehicles, when I heard that he had moved on from the Guelph location I stopped going there and followed Chuck to his new location and brought our business there. Chuck, Greg and his team always strive to make sure everything is done right the first time and make sure the clients leave completely satisfied knowing that there investments are being well cared for and protected. Visit Krown Waterloo if your a car person like me and don't trust your vehicle to just anyone.

I got a hitch and wiring harness installed here. The pricing was fairly competitive with other places. I had it installed by Mark, big huge man, bald with gotee. This guy did an A+ job. Went above and beyond to make sure it looked awesome, as well as being solidly installed. I asked for electrical tape at the connections, and to cut the loop closer to one side so the fuse was close to the battery and I didn't have to go fishing for it if I needed to change a fuse. He put strink tubing instead of electrical tape so its pretty much waterproof, and he kept the fuse close to the battery for me. I had it installed in the fall, and this spring, everything is perfect. His quality installation breezed through the slush and salt.

This is my 2nd spray in 2 years. I had two cars sprayed on Tues Nov 13th. The following day, I had my mechanic do a tire swap and oil change. He asked who did the rust spraying. When I said Krown, he said “this is best spraying job I have ever seen” “it covered everything”. The car went into the garage slightly before the appointment time and we were away in 45 minutes. The staff were polite and efficient. They also honoured a coupon that I had found online. $10 for each vehicle and a free leather cleaner and upholstery spot cleaner ($12 value). Definitely, a job we’ll done.

First, to this location's credit, I pointed out rust forming at different spots and asked if they could apply extra treatment there, and they did.

However, I am very disappointed with the work done and will NOT be coming back to this location. I have been coming here for a number of years for rust protection and in previous visits the vehicle was generously sprayed. It was obvious because I always instruct them not to wash the vehicle afterwards. Unlike previous visits, the trim was not done at all. They said bring it around and we will spray it for you. The workman told me they don't spray along there anymore because there were complaints from other customers that their vehicles were being scratched up. Think about that! That alone is a serious red flag when considering how these workmen are handling vehicles and their work ethic. When he was spraying he did a spot here and there. I had to instruct to spray the whole trim, not just here and there. Makes me wonder, if they are that sparing, what else has been missed where I can't see, the underbody and inside the doors. It is not unreasonable for me to be concerned and extemely unsatisfied after seeing rust forming in places that I can see, AND after witnessing how skimpy they are with the application of product.

I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years and I’ve never been disappointed! My car hasn’t been showing any signs of rust and I drive it all year round. Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable in the product and even let me watch the entire process.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their car oil sprayed. They are the best in the business!
