Krystal Beauty Nails and Day Spa (Sudbury)

It was my first visit to Krystal Beauty today, and it was a great experience. A very welcoming and positive atmosphere, with the owner engaging with the customers and thanking them for their business.
Maryam did a wonderful job and made sure my nails were sparkly for Christmas.

Nice place to go for a quick pedicure with some friends, they can accommodate groups especially if you call ahead to book. Clean space and courteous service.

I moved to Sudbury over 2 months ago and was thrilled I found this nail salon. Tim is very talented. My nails last without issues and look beautiful. So glad I found him.

I've been to several nail salons in Sudbury and this is by far the worst one I've ever been to.
I made an appointment, they were running late that day so I ended up waiting - no problem. I was finally seen half an hour late but at that time, it was 15 mins until they closed. They still finished my nails but it was rushed, I left with nail polish and sticky residue from the powder application on my fingers, the shape was off (they tried telling me my fingers were crooked), and the design wasn't finished - I was trying to get out asap by this time. They guaranteed my nails for 2 weeks and on the 10 day, one broke. I didn't want to go back but I wanted my nails fixed. Over the phone, they were super apologetic and said they would fix them free of charge. I booked an appointment the next day and my experience was less than ideal. They weren't friendly anymore, fixed my one nail, and told me I could leave. The one nail they fixed was longer than the rest of my nails and the design didn't match either.
I found out through a different salon that the nails they applied were thin, unstable, and bound to break just like the first one did.

EDIT: after writing this review the owner reached out to me personally. She was very apologetic and offered me 50% off if I came in again to try the spa out. The owner was there the day I had my appointment and again was super apologetic and so nice! The spa was actually a really great experience. I had a pedicure and it was clean in there and I was happy with my pedicure and was given the 50% off as promised. I will definitely be going back!

I booked an appointment through messenger on march 27th. The appointment was confirmed for two pedicures on April 8th at 10am. My friend and I showed up for our appointments yesterday only to find out that no one actually booked our appointments. They were very busy at the time and couldn’t fit us in at that time. I felt the lady who I spoke to didn’t really offer any solution on the issue and made me feel as if it were my fault because I booked my appointment in advance. She made a comment saying “oh you booked it a while ago, that’s probably why. ” I told her I don’t understand how booking an appointment 2 weeks in advance is along time ago and I was just being proactive. She just kinda stood there and served other customers as they came in. I ended up walking out and going to a different spa. I’ve never been to this spa and will unfortunately never come back due to poor customer service. The lady didn’t even offer even a 10% discount for my next appointment, which I think is the least they could have done for wasting my time.

Maria did it again! She tried something new on me today & I couldn't be happier, she is a very talented young woman. I love going into Krystal Beauty, they make you feel like family or better.

Kim is the absolute best of the best and her staff are always so friendly, professional and courteous!

The staff are so professional and welcoming. I recommend this spa, hands down. Maria has been my consistent esthetician.
Best kept secret of Sudbury

I had the mini facial and shellac manicure done by Kim as a graduation present from my partner. I had a great experience at Krystal Beauty and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax. Kim was great and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming

They are charging high but don’t know how to give proper service. It’s look like service provider are not well trained.

Been going to Maria at Krystal Beauty for spa pedicures, shellac ombré manicures, collagen facials and eyebrow tinting. Maria is a perfectionist, professional and kind. Six stars! Try the facial… it is heavenly!

This is by far the best place to get spa services in Sudbury. My favourite employee is Maria! She never fails to do such an impressive job, be it manicure, pedicure, facial, eyebrows, massage, she’s always done such a wonderful job. I love that you never have to ask for a flaw to be corrected because she is going to notice it first and correct it without you having even noticed yet! She takes such care with her work. I’ve been seeing her for a few months consistently and won’t see any one else. She always makes sure to create the look you are desiring She’s amazing.

Maria came highly recommended by a friend and I have been going to her for several months now. She gives amazing massages, facials and does beautiful nails. Her customer service skills are beyond exceptional and top rate every time. It is worth asking for her services personally!

One of the cleaner salons i’ve been to, i went in to get my nail fixed and tim did a great job and even reapplied a top coat on all the rest of my nails to make sure they would last.

I had a great pedicure experience with Maria. It was relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend.

I picked a nice pink colour at first and the guy named Tim put it on but there was no coverage, looked nothing like the colour I choose, and u could see through that my nails were really grown out and it looked bad. I asked for another another colour and he got mad at me, saying he won’t change it and i made my decision. He then left and a girl took his place.
