My wife reached out to Ksander & Associates (Rick) recently regarding structural foundation drawings for a project that we are about to undertake at our cottage and was not dealt with in a professional manner at all over the phone from the engineering firm (Rick) when simply inquiring about drawings for an upcoming garage addition and a substantial rebuild of our existing cottage. I recommend you go elsewhere for information and/or a quote unless you want to be addressed in a condescending arrogant manner. We did!
