I can't believe, that after 25 years, I am able to buy Phat pants and Snug branded clothing again. Being a huge fan of this company since the 90's, it was quite the feeling to be able to get my latest order in the mail from them and try on all my new clothes. It was like raving at Syrous, back in 1998, all over again! Thank you so much for keeping the brand alive and real and thanks to the customer service provided by Jacki, when I needed it. I would definitely buy from Snug Industries again and fully recommend them to others!

I had an uncommon vinyl that was returned to sender, Kt8.
Kylie made sure it got back to me. What a champ she is and so polite and well spoken (or typed? Lol).
I've just had my fair share of mishaps as a fan w/ merch, shipping, quality, just everything really.but mostly as a merch guy.
Having a trailer full of crooked prints is def a vibe killer.

The general venue merch-cut debate has just had me thinking about general issues really.

I'm glad we as fans and your roster has a solid team as an option so we can support our artists guilt and risk free.

I WOULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I bought a Hypnovizion jersey in the most recent drop and I bought it in an xl knowing it runs big-I normally wear a xxl. Well I try on the jersey and it’s so big it touches the floor. Not an average xl size at all. It was the size of a XXXL sweatshirt I have! Then I go to return the item and I had to pay $76 IN SHIPPING BECAUSE THEY DONT OFFER SHIPPING LABELS! They honestly should be investigated by BBB because they are a sorry excuse for a company.

What goes better with top notch merch than next level customer service? NOTHIN! KT8 is hands down the best vendor to order from! Not only is the quality of the product you order high quality, but the package tracking and customer service is amazing. On the rare occasion a hiccup was encountered they were communicative and got the situation handled ASAP, no rocky they've gained a life long customer in me snd I hope they can do the same for you!

I Ordered a TRIVECTA Jersey on 12/24/22 I still hadn't received the shipping info by 1/8/23. I contacted customer support and was told there were some shipping delays, I should look for shipping email in two to three business days & I would have my shipping information.well 3 business days had passed so I emailed back I got a quick response they checked into everything and responded back and said that they had just shipped my item out today and gave my tracking number. I've checked tracking and it's estimated to be here in 3 days! Jacki was very helpful at getting everything moving for me and I really appreciate it! I would definitely recommend KT8 Merch Co.very good customer service once contacted if you have questions or concerns! I will host once I receive my Item!

Great customer service! I was missing an item I ordered, and they shipped me a new one right away after I contacted them. The item was from a very limited drop, so I was worried I wouldn't get a replacement, but very happy I did! Highly recommend!

Jacki was extremely nice and super helpful with my issue. She made me feel relief once she fixed my mistake and reassured me my item will get to the right address. I wish every customer service person would be more like her.

I've ordered from them several times and it's always been great. This last time I accidentally received the wrong item. Customer service was excellent and they shipped the replacement that day. Things happen and it's how those mistakes are handled that is telling and they did a fantastic job. Will certainly be ordering from them again!

Me and two friends decided to buy 3 longsleeves in white. 2 weeks later they arrived. Unfortunately one of them had a little hole so I wrote a mail if I could get a new one. They answered within 1 hour and within 3 hours the new pacage was sent! I really reccomend buying Shad merch here!:)
