Great place, great selections not cheap, BUT, having the sectional furniture with 3 different not matching legs sitting in my family room is a No future deal for us. Pewter corner leg, almost chrome second one and a cheap plastic leg in between. Other plastic matching legs are all leaning sideways and not holding the couch weight.

After reading a few of the fake reviews and visiting the store myself, I can see the issues with this place.

Bought a couch last month for my new basement. Quality is great, my wife and I are very happy with the purchase. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the sale and didn't push on anything we weren't looking for. Highly Recommended!

DO NOT BUY! Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I bought a couch 3 months ago and noticed it started to rip and peel. They told me this $5000 couch was real leather but it wasn't. Sim Bassi was very rude when I asked them to repair or replace this couch. A brand new leather couch should not rip in 3 months! I barely used it! I will NEVER buy from here again and they didn't even bother to fix it!

Looking for comfortable high quality furniture, this place has it. Sales associates were informative about different styles and answering any questions we had.this place has lots of unique designs. Would definitely come back for any future purchases.

I went in looking for a computer desk and found exactly what I was looking for. I dealt with Sim, the store manager and he was a great help in assisting me to find what I needed. Pricing was also great for a quality desk.highly recommend.

Went into Kudos looking for a Couch and came out completely satisfied. Their Furniture is up to trend and has my new place looking very modern. Can't say enough about the quality of the leather and the great customer service. Would definitely recommend this place, absolutely stunning!

Thank you Kudos for the wonderful service! Bought a dresser that was delivered super fast, but at the same day a small mirror piece cracked and fell. The issue was solved quickly and efficiently. Will certainly come back for my next furnishing needs.
