Kudos Modern Furniture

These people are nice, but they are so incompetent that it amazes me.

We ordered 3 bed frames at 2 different locations and the promised dates of delivery for all 3 beds are split into a million pieces. None of the beds were fully assembled on the different dates of assembly they were scheduled for. You have to devote so much of your time to cater to their million scheduled dates.

The very first frame that was fully assembled, the wooden blocks that supported the spring box were crooked, so the spring box couldnt even fully lie flat without wobbling.

Don't come here unless you want disappointment in the overpriced frames that you get.

I'd like a refund or fix to this completed frame, tbh. I feel so ripped off at the fact I have to live with a poorly assembled bed.

Update: the bed still wasn't installed well but I'm happy with the last follow up call they gave. Thanks.

I was interested in purchasing a Stressless chair. The selection at Kudos is amazing. Michael assisted us and we were very impressed with his knowledge of the product. He was able to guide us through the many options available. It’s an expensive chair but built to last for a long time. We have recently received delivery of the chair and are very happy with it. The entire experience was positive and we appreciate Michael’s approach to giving his customers the information they need to make an informed choice. He really went above and beyond in making this a good experience for us. My wife and I truly appreciate the excellent level of customer service we experienced.

Wow! So pleased! Michael at Kudos Mississauga was temendous. I was looking for a lift style coffee table for my living room, and he knew exactly the direction I needed to go. Very knowledgeable and so kind! The staff there really show a genuine interest in their customers. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying and I could take my time and really look around. I bought an amazing coffee table. I will be back to buy a couch in the near future!

My experience with kudos was amazing overall. I first went to the store and loved the selection. I chose a couch set for my family room, however there were some issues regarding the shipping time as it was taking longer than expected. The store owner, sim, helped a lot with this situation. He handled and solved the issue very well. On the delivery day, everything went so smoothly. The delivery men were diligent in their work and kind. Overall, a satisfactory experience & would recommend to purchase from this store.

I purchased a coffee table and tv console back in January and Bobby was great to deal with. He understood what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect style. The pieces are beautiful, imported from Italy, and constructed very well. They will last a lifetime. They came assembled which was why I went to kudos to begin with. I didn’t want any cheap furniture that had to be put together. Quality, elegance and value! I was so happy with the items and Bobby that I returned and purchased the matching curio cabinet. The furniture has made my living room come to life. Definitely satisfied and will return in the future for any other furniture I need.

Michael at Kudos Mississauga was a tremendous help when we were remodelling our family room. When i first arrived to Kudos Modern Furniture.i knew i was in the right place. The staff are highly professional and very friendly. Just ask for Micheal and he will take care of you, and help you turn your home vision into reality.

Like most buyers I went to a number of stores looking for something for my living room. What really made the difference for me was the attention and patience with which Michael explained the different features of each sofa we looked at. We were trying to find something a little different in that we wanted a sofa that was a little longer. Very happy with my purchase and the service.

Their service is only good when they want to make the sale. After the deal is closed, they don’t care what happens. They delivered half the order and when we notified them of that, they asked us to pay for a second delivery or pick it up in person even though it was the store’s fault for delivering half our order. Not only did we have to go in store to pick it up (which is an hour drive), but they offered zero compensation for the inconvenience.

We stumbled upon this store in our hunt along Dundas for dining chairs. We were greeted by Bobby who was extremely helpful, professional and patient with all of our questions. We ended up purchasing 6 dining chairs which are extremely comfortable, modern and they feel solid compared to other chairs of a similar style we had looked at that day. When the chairs were delivered, the delivery guys were also super friendly and professional. They took the packaging off outside not to make a mess in the house. We will definitely be repeat customers here!

Delivery was prompt and courteous which is why most of their business is from repeat customers- if you are buying multiple pieces Jeet (owner) and Bobby will make a value proposition that can’t be beat. These guys are experts in Stressless furniture from Norway which is how we found the Mississauga store- great buying experience every time that we have been there!

We bought formal sofa set and leather sofa set from there 3 years ago and Iam very happy with their quality and designs. Their prices are little bit on higher side but they have nice modern style which worth it.

I began searching for furniture a while back, pre-covid, I found Kudos and was impressed with the quality and variety of furniture they have on hand, most of it is utterly phenomenal. Bought a table and chair set a few years back. There was an issue with one of the chairs. Michael graciously replaced the chair at no cost. Not very many retail companies left that go that extra mile for their customers. We will definitely return.
