The students make amazing progress. One child went from not doing multiplication well in grade 5 to placing in the top 20% in the Gauss Competition in grade 6. One year made a big difference.
An added bonus is that they sometimes do University of Waterloo math competitions at the Center. Then the students can build a community around preparing and achieving.

This Kumon location is absolutely amazing. Both my kids - 5yo and 3yo - love going twice a week. The teachers are kind, welcoming and supportive. The staff and managers are accommodating. They’re always reaching out with tips, updates and feedback on my kids’ progress. I recommend this Kumon location to all of my friends!

My daughter studied in here for 3 years. She already 3 years above her actual grade. The principal Jameel is very patiently and knowledgeable. I will let my second daughter study here when she is 5 years old. I really appreciate the effort from this school and I will definitely introduce to my friends.

Great Kumon Centre with excellent facility for both in- person and online learning. The centre provides personalized support to each of my children based on their individual strength and ability. They also give regular feedback and recommendations to parents on the progress of the students. The annual award ceremony gives my children a sense of accomplishment and encourage them to do better. Highly recommended.

We signed up Kumon for our 3.5 years old son at Markham-Cathedraltown location not a while ago, but he is already in love with Kumon. Staff are extremely polite, kind, supportive, our son asks for going to this Kumon centre every single day!
The head of centre, Jameel, is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and respectful. He is “always around” at the centre and making sure all students/parents have all their needs. He is very passionate leader!
We were honestly not sure if our 3-year-old son would even be able to sit down for 20 minutes every day. Oddly enough - from day 1 - he consistently asks for Kumon and we easily spend several hours on doing Kumon at home each week.
We would recommend the Kumon Markham-Cathedraltown centre to our families and friends!
