Good food but price going up all the time. It says close at 12am but actually close at 10pm (“not taking customers after 10pm”)

The quality of the meats is just not there compared to other AYCE bbq restaurants. And that’s the most important part.

The atmosphere of the place is nice, I thought the grill was unique until you actually sit at the table. The grill is too close and it’s essentially flameless, it gets too hot and there’s a big light overhead shining on you. The restaurant gets quite smoky with the lack of ventilation.

The environment is average, the taste and variety are monotonous.

Service No one takes the plates, but every time you finish ordering, the tablet will be taken away and you have to call the waiter to return it to you
It is stipulated that the meal should be finished within 2 hours, and the main points should be said for the last time after more than 1 hour.
And the 5 of us can only bake a little at a time, which is not suitable for parties or many people.

Some of the meat definitely don't look fresh, but for that price the food and variety are pretty nice. Restaurant was very warm on a hot summer day with barely any AC so that was not as good.

What threw me off was when we were eating, another table's BBQ stove literally just EXPLODED, with a super loud BANG, fire sparks and tons of smoke came out.

But the employees basically acted as if nothing happened (or as if their stoves explode on a daily basis lol) and just escorted the guests to another table, turned that stove off and that was it.

IDK what to say. I guess luckily the guests sat far enough that the explosion didn't catch them? But god that is some next level safety hazard.

Best ayce bbq in Toronto! Timely service, no huge line that takes 3 hours to eat and mostly importantly they serve some of the best beef I have ever had. Will definitely come back!

Better than I expected. Good variety of meats, and freshness/quality was definitely up to par. The beef cuts were definitely my favourite. Quite a few non-meat items as well (i.e. Seafood, veggies) that were also quite good. Nothing really mind-blowing though.

The grill itself was inefficient (I guess the slow cooking time forces you to pace yourself) and would flare up every so often. Service was friendly and quick. The iPad ordering system was easy to use and food came out fast. There is a 2 hr limit for all you can eat BBQ, and you end your meal with a popsicle. Prices were okay for the quantity and quality.

Great beef. Not as many options like pork or chicken like you'd get at a Korean bbq but the options they had were good.

Way too sweet, I will rather to choose Gyubee, But Gyubee’s sweet won’t get you some weird feelings, this one got some weirdness sweet.

The beef was okay and liked that they have a lot of options for veggies. The staff were fine even though they were super busy. Only the atmosphere was 4/5

Been here a few times. The food is consistently good, with reasonable price for all you can eat. Would definitely recommend!

This is a Chinese style BBQ restaurant. Making a reservation can make the experience better as you don’t need to wait in line (not a long line though so if you walk in it’s OK). The service is pretty good, fast for serving food. Some food are quite good like bread, clam, butter garlic shrimp etc, while some other food may be OK - though the preference could vary from people.

Limit 2 hours for the eating. Their stove is slow as the only middle circle area has good temperature for BBQ and the outside area doesn’t really help with cooking, so for 4 people of us we couldn’t finish all food within 2 hrs (when we reached out to around 1.5 hrs eating time we were like 60% full as spent time waiting for food to be cooked). When reaching 2 hrs limit they came to ask us to wrap up the meal. I would suggest the owner to improve their stove quality so that customers can eat faster. I always finished BBQ in other restaurants within 1.5 hrs as a comparison.

Overall it’s good, a little expensive (average $50 per person for dinner).

Good price! Delicious food! Especially good customer service! I came here several times, the staffs are very friendly and helpful! The beef short rib, cold noodle and cold clam are gorgeous!

If you’re a BBQ aficionado, this is the place to go in the Chinatown area. They serve all kinds of barbecue. When you sit on the table, they’ll provide you with a tablet where you can see the menu and and order your food from it. You’ll get your order in due time. I ordered several delicious bbq and a bottle of beer. What a night. Will definitely invite my friends here.

It’s a decent place with decent food and the service is ok. The price is reasonable, the grills are frequently changed (ours were changed three times during the meal). The food was good enough, but not exceptional. One of our beefs turned out chewy, one of the mushrooms appeared to be surprisingly spicy with no notice, we could not grill our breads well - they went from not cooked to overcooked instantly and we did not get to unravel that secret balance needed to cook them well, and the selection of the suggested dipping sauces was not the best, I’m afraid.
So the overall experience is good enough for one time, but the place does not leave you with a desire to come back.

This place awesome. Well worth the price with higher end cuts of meats than you'd find in similar establishments. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Solid dinner experience. A little more expensive on the weekends as is most all you can eat restaurants in the area.

Very similar to Korean BBQ but the options and flavors are a little different, and it's more towards a northern China BBQ style. Would recommend if looking for a evening get together with as many people as possible.

One of the hidden gems in terms of ayce bbq. Exceptional service. Drinks and desserts are also included in the price. Definitely worth the price

Super bad experience!
We only ordered one round with iPad but the server took the iPad away when we wanted to order second round.
When we asked for second round the server told us we still have some beef on the table, yeah but that’s only second round omg.
Yes, we were 2 short female but it’s doesn’t means we can’t eat.

They have a crazy variety of options here - the cold noodles and the miso beef in particular go hard. The servers here and environment are also very nice - whoever's playlist is on in the back knows what's good

A great BBQ buffet restaurant. A wide range of choices are on the all you can eat menu. Beef and lamb were very fresh. Unlimited soft drinks. Service was fast and friendly. Can be a decent substitute of Gyubee if you don’t want to line up for a long time. Would definitely recommend!

I visit this place at least once a month now, you’ll be pleasantly surprised here if you are a true fan of Chinese northeastern BBQ.

Excellent value for an AYCE BBQ restaurant. Similar to KBBQ and yakiniku, you are in charge of grilling your own meat. They have various grill set-ups in the restaurant - I personally found the non-elevated grills to be easier to use. It does get rather smoky and hot, so be prepared.

The selection of meat was quite solid. The prime kalbi, garlic snow beef slices, beef short ribs, and beef tongue were standouts. They also offered unlimited free pop, which was a nice way to balance any greasiness from the meat. To top it off, we were offered a Melona bar at the end of the meal.

The service was absolutely fantastic. The orders were always delivered promptly and the grills were regularly changed, which ensured optimal cooking and eating efficiency. The staff was very attentive and friendly, being sure to refill our waters or come by quickly whenever we needed assistance.

Pretty good, North-style Chinese BBQ, recommend boneless beef rib and sliced pork.

Good price for all you can eat. Fried pineapple is so delicious! They cannot really accommodate a big group tho. We were a group of six and we had to split into two tables (the tables cannot be merged together).

Not as many choices as Gyubee but imo better cuts of meat and very well seasoned. I also like how they bring a cart to your table so it doesn't get overcrowded with plates. Highly recommended.

Really delicious! The Chinese style BBQ is so good, quite different from Korean or Japanese style. There are lots of beef dishes, and the staff are so attentive and nice! Definitely recommend!

Limited option compared to Guybee, but the meat is fresh and flavourful too. Having the authentic Chinese cuisine, all about beef and dipping sauces.
Great and attentive service, staff would change your grills even before you ask.
If you done waiting in line somewhere else, this is a decent plan B
