Kung Fu Tea on Steelestech

Would not recommend coming after 9: 30pm Literally sold out of everything (green tea, sago, etc.). Said they couldn't make 3 different drinks that my group wanted to order. Why stay open if they can't serve half their menu. Just disappointing.

REAL TARO! Green tea taro is the best. Cheese foam series are nice.avoid the icecream one.

Limited table seating (its a bubble tea place for order and leave for the most part), wait time isn't bad and theres nice variety of drink options as well as egg waffles.

Please pay attention to staff at this location. They might need re-training or have more people working on the floor to cover more stations for smooth service. This was the first Kung-Fu tea location that took over 10 minutes to make 1 drink, and the drink tasted …strange.

1. Appearance: 1/5 I ordered the Sago Taro Latte, it did not look good in a cup. The colours were weird, my taro was brown in colour, texture looked strange and grainy.

2. Smell: 1/5 Did not smell like a classic sago taro. It had a distinct smell of a different drink that faintly reminded of cherry.

3. Taste: 1/5 Absolutely awful taste. First time in my life I had to throw out the entire drink after 2 sips. Tasted like grainy, dirty cherry drink. Almost as if they re-used container from a previous drink they made without washing it. Tasted NOTHING like a TARO latte. And looking at your previous reviews I can see that others have also mentioned your drinks (taro included) tasting different and disgusting compared to other Kung Fu tea location.

4. Texture: 1/5 No matter how much I mixed it, the texture was GRAINY all around. Such a turn off.

5. Temperature: 1/5 Lukewarm with ice.

6. Flavour: 1/5 There was no flavour. I cannot believe I went in to waste 7$ just to receive a drink that tasted like something I didn’t order.

7. Price: 1/5 7 dollars down the drain, thrown out right after the first two sips.

8. Customer Service: 1/5 During time of the order only 1 employee was on the floor - struggling to make drinks. At the time of order there was only me and 1 other person in the store and they took way over 10 minutes to make 2 of our drinks. As we were waiting another person came in - and all of a sudden second employee comes out from the back to take the order. If there are two people working, why is the second person hiding in the back the whole time while the other incompetent one is trying to take order / make drinks / give our drinks. Terrible set up.

I was so excited to try out your location, but I will not be returning or recommending it to my colleagues unless the quality drastically improves.

I love their bubble tea and fruit tea! It tastes so good! Also, their staff is nice. I will definitely go there again!:)

This is my first time ordering from here.
I’ve never had an issue at Kung Fu Tea locations but not sure how you can screw up Taro Milk Tea. At first, the cashier said they don’t have that but it’s on their menu and I had to point it out. The drink I got does not taste like Taro and not sure what was given to me. Waffles also took a long time to make and waited longer than usual compared to other Kung Fu locations. I won’t be returning back here again.

Did not let me use the bathroom! Very impolite. I hope one day this cashier has to use a bathroom urgently and is denied!

I've been to several Kung Fu tea locations and the service here was consistent with my previous experiences. My order was taken very quickly by the cashier and it was only a few minute wait for my order to be ready (note I was the only one in the store at the time). The quality of the drink is what I would expect from Kung Fu tea so I appreciate that the drinks are consistent across locations.

The storefront itself was very clean and nicely designed. There was a good seating area if you were to come by for a drink with a group. I will definitely return if I am in the area!

Good location, great food! I wished theres more space to sit and hangout. Only 2 tables, bar table and a bench.

The reviews are great for a reason. I had doubts and damn, they proved me wrong. Service is fast as heck and the drinks are great. I got the matcha red bean slush and my gf got the pearl latte with brown sugar. Mine is excellent and hers is great too. The boba is the softest I've ever had.

The experience was faboulous. The costumer service was good and the place was super clean. Looking for the best boba come to this place.

Yummy location for bubble tea! Kung Fu tea is one of my favourite go-to bubble tea places, and this location serves great drinks!

I ordered a drink over the weekend and as I left the store, the drink fell and broke onto the sidewalk. At no fault of the staff, they were very generous to offer me a replacement drink.

Was here yesterday and my friend asked if they had any lactose free milk and said it was because she was lactose-intolerant and the lady said the milk tea does not have lactose in it as it is made with some sort of powder. She flat out lied and my friend had a flat out reaction and her face swelled up immediately after finishing half of the drink so SHE LIED. How can you in good conscience serve something to someone who said they are allergic? You can literally END SOMEONE’S LIFE. DO BETTER.

The tea was excellent. I had their popular grapefruit one. Really top notch taste-wise. Service was also good. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is the price. It's not particularly expensive for bubble tea but it isn't cheap either. Still, much better than the same priced stuff at Starbucks.

Ordered from here a few times and it's been positive. Drinks are tasty and I like that they use honey instead of sugar. Sometimes it may be difficult to hear the staff if other customers are around chatting (their voices are amplified in this tall and minimalist set-up). I think the staff are used to it though, so they're more than happy to repeat themselves.

Highly recommend this new bubble tea place! Visit this place almost twice a week ever since they open.
The decor is very comfy and cozy, and the staffs are very friendly. The drinks were as good as I expected. Love their foam milk is very creamy and tasty. This place will definitely be my must go bubble shop now!

New location. Quick service, noticed their pricing for the grapefruit is wrong (20c more than the wall) not a big deal.

The decor of the store is better than another Kung Fu Tea design and the service is great. I live near this area, now I am so happy this new spot. Recommend to everyone to visit here and buy an amazing drink this summer

I would say the best bubble tea place I've been to so far. Very clean and friendly staff. Love the interior design. They make one of the most delicious brown sugar bubble tea! I hope they will maintain their quality.

A very recommended place! The shop decoration is perfect, and bubble tea is also delicious to drink, the service of the staff is excellent. Hot summer, a cup of refreshing tea, can be said to be great! I want one every day!

It was my first time trying at this location and already exceeded my expectations:) I was greeted with such positivity upon arrival it made me felt welcoming the minute i entered. The service provided to me was impeccable, I was a client that didnt know what to order but the staff was very patient with me and gave me recommendations to help:) The overall environment as well as the quality of the bubble tea is superb! Happy to have a kungfu tea in this location. Great location next to some amazing foods. Staff were nice and friendly. Service was fast and efficient. Store is clean and well kept. Will be returning again soon.
