Kung Pao Wok

I ask for spicy chicken.when I get the order it was so sweet. I ask hot sauce they need to extra charge. We returned the item.
No more this place. Even cx service bad.

Got lunch from here to go and had a one item combo and a two item combo. When they rung me up I was thinking the total seemed a bit high, but there was a line behind me so I just paid and left, but when I got home I did the math and realized I was charged for a 1 and a 3 item combo instead. And seeing as how the person who put the meat in the 2 item combo was the same person who rung me up she either was just incompetent or intentionally overcharged me. Either way the food wasn’t good enough to give them my business again after that. I liked the noodles and the sauce on the sesame and lemon chicken, but the chicken itself was dry.

I ordered noodles, bbq chicken, steak, and veggies. They charge for this meal. When I open the box they gave me the wrong meal (which has less food than I paid for). When I call several times to let them know about the mix up and they don’t answer their phone. Very disappointing.

My dining experience at this restaurant was dismal. The food was tasteless, service was abysmal, and the ambiance was depressing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking a decent meal or enjoyable evening. A one-star disappointment.

Had it for lunc, half an hour later I'm in the bathroom throwing up. I don't know what they put in the food to make me this sick but it's awful. Checked my symptoms and out kung low wok and im not the only one. I can see it's 2.9 stars

Terrible customer service and expired soya sauce… and to charge 50 cents for an extra EXPIRED soya sauce is insane…

Don’t waste your money on this restaurant it’s so bad. I got the rice and bbq chicken and it was no nasty. It still had that nasty chicken smell and they use the cheap cuts of meat. Was vey gross and I almost threw up. Also very expensive for no reason. Was $20 for 1 item combo with drink

Are u kidding me 32 dollars 1 Pepsi 1 water an 1 dr pepper with 3 combo absolutely ridiculous I'll never be back garbage

Food was way overpriced for the quality. Portions have gotten smaller and there is almost no flavour in the noodles. And to top it off most of the chicken is the same with different labels. Wont be going again

I ate here once when it first opened, and my wife and I both got food poisoning, I've never been back.

The food was pretty good but the prices are like ur at a restaurant, 18$ for 12 peices of chicken and noodles is pretty crazy! Other than that the food was great and fresh for me

There's a horrible older woman who works here, I think she may even be a manager, she has made my life hell every time I order, I love the food.and yes like some of the other comments the portion sizes have dwindled, but if you'd rather not deal with an angry, rude, and downright offputting customer service experience, I'd try somewhere else. If you want a wicked little b****? Well here's your place to eat!

This was the best Chinese food I have ever had. Tasty and great service. I fully recommend Kung Pao Wok

Smallest portions and most expensive lunch around, $16.80 for 3 items with tax, we were still hungry. About half size of a Chinese restaurant dish anywhere else.

Loved eating here. Food was almost always good and it was close. But will never eat here again after being told a 710 of dr pepper was $5. Not to mention, 2 people eating fast food should not be $40.

I have no idea what is going on but the portions are getting smaller and it almost looks like someone already got at my hot sauce why so little. Little frustrated. Really liked this spot. Plus they whisper to you the whole time with a mask on and plexy glass infont. Little hard to wanna keep supporting you.

Don't even bother spending your hard earn money at this place. Today was my first time ordering from them. I ordered the steak and the guy had the nerve to give me more vegetables than meat, 18$ for 4 small pieces of meat? That is highway robbery. The manager is so aggressive, loud, full of attitude and have poor customer service.maybe she's the owner. What happened to customer satisfaction? All i needed was less vegetables. This is Canada where people are treated with respect. If your business fail, there's no need to wonder why. Great customer service keep customers coming back. Smarten up please.

Worst food in the mall! Ridiculous price for subpar food. Even the fried rice was inedible. Don't waste your $$$

The reason I give it a 1 star is because I can only give it 1 star not lower, the customer service is as terrible as its food quality. I can not imagine it has hair in my Kung Pao Chicken, and the lady at the front ignore the problem and complain its my own hair. Do not go! Do not go! Do not go!

I have been getting canadian chinese food here for a very long time. The chicken wings are gigantic and pretty delicious, I would recommend. Portion are pretty generous and will fill you up, I haven't tried their milk teas so can't comment on those but I think for a canadian chinese fast food restaurant, I think it is above the rest around the area. Also got them to cater for our parties, guests were also satisfied.

I wouldn’t recommend or go again, I bought fried rice and 2 chicken out of that Sesame chicken was absolute taste less and i could only feel honey and fried ball without chicken in it. Second bbq chicken was ok not that great.

You’ll never regret having Kung Pao Wok in this food court. One of the best Chinese foods I’ve ever had at food court. Food are always nice and fresh as they are busy all the time. My favorite is General Tao’s Chicken. And I LOVE their homemade drinks especially the passion fruit orange, I didn’t expect having such a good quality drink other than the juice shop but it’s the truth!

Terrible service ordered rice plus 2 items. They want to charge $2.50 more because the item I want is the same rather than two different ones.
Will avoid and recommend their competitors Shanghai 360!

I had a wonderful experience here: after a long work day I rushed to the food court just before close, starving and grumpy. This restaurant was closest so I got in line. Most of the food was nearly gone, and the woman ahead of me ordered the exact order I was planning on, but there was still some left which I ordered; but the kind woman working said she wouldn't sell me the noodles that were left- she told me "honey, these are the noodles from the bottom of the pan, they'll be hard and not worth your money". I have never had a restaurant, especially not a small one struggling after the hard times of COVID, be so honest, especially at the risk of losing money. I chose something else and she gave me extras of that to cheer me up about the noodles. This restaurant is an honest place with employees who truly care about their customers, and the food was delicious! I'll be back for the tasty food - with a side of integrity.
