I have been following Kerri on Instagram for quite some time. I love her professionalism and her detailed Educating Videos.

I had a consultation with Kerri in the fall. I am a mature woman in my 60’s and needed a “pick me up” to refresh my facial features, I was terrified to have anything done because of a previous reaction to a product.

After my consultation with her, I was confident that “she was the one” for my cosmetic procedures. She educated me and listened carefully to all of my concerns. She was very detailed explaining everything she was going do and was very honest with me, NO Overfilling, “Baby steps” to start.
I had no freezing at all, no pain, no bruises what so ever, she was very gentle.

I will definitely be booking another appointment with Kerri in the near future and highly recommend her

I recently went to Kerri for my first ever skin consultation. I was super nervous going into the appointment, but Kerri listened to my areas of concern and offered various solutions to target those areas based on my comfort level. There was no pressure whatsoever, and I didn't feel like she was pushing any specific service, but rather provided me with options to choose from. She openly and honestly answered my many questions, which quickly established trust.
I can't wait go fo back for my first ever micro needling appointment!

Just had my very first treatment of Morpheus 8 Face Rejuvenation done by Kerri who was amazing, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with:)! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed before during and after the treatment and it went very smoothly with very little discomfort which was great! It will take a bit of time to see change but I’m super excited about it and can’t wait! It’s only day 2 since my treatment and my husband already notice I have a beautiful glow thank you so much Kerri! If you want great looking beautiful skin don’t wait! I was following the KW Beauty page on Facebook as I get beauty procedures done often.
Kerri posted a 'botox special' for $160. No information as to how many units were included was written in the post.
I commented on the post asking how many units this special included. The response was "we will treat one or two areas, depending on what your individual needs are".
I replied asking for specifics before booking, and Kerri removed me from the group and blocked me. (I have screenshots that I took when I wasn't able to find the business on Facebook- which happens when someone blocks you)
I decided to write this review as this was my experience interacting with Kerri at KW Beauty.
Kerri then messaged me saying my review wasn't 'fair' and claiming that she did not block me, but I have proof she did.

This is HIGHLY unprofessional and says alot about this business and the way Kerri runs KW Beauty.

When you are a business owner, you represent that business not only with people in office, but also in the interactions you have online/in person. Her tone says it all, and her lack of empathy and care about potential clients

I will be telling all of my friends and family about KW Beauty and asking them NOT to support this business.

Please don't waste your time going here, clearly Kerri isn't able to treat potential clients with respect.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and love coming here! It’s clean and beautiful decor is very welcoming. Kerri goes above and beyond rather it’s replying to my questions about services during non business hours or working with my schedule to help me achieve my goals! I recommend her to everyone! She is very knowledgeable and honest. I have tried multiple different services with her and I’m happy with the process and results!

I highly recommend Kerri and KW Beauty. I have been using her and the services she offers for a few years now. Not only does Kerri take pride in her work, but she is amazing at what she does. She is the only one I trust with anything involving my beauty needs!

Kerri took the time to meet with me and hear everything I wanted to change about my lips. She was extremely professional and took her time to make sure I was comfortable through the entire process (I was very nervous as it was my first time doing any sort of injections.)

She followed up with me and answered any questions after working hours to make sure the healing process was going okay.

Highly recommend this place if you are thinking of doing any sort of filler/ Botox.

Not only is Kerri educating her clients, she is always learning new techniques to stay up to date. I feel comfortable and I am always treated like I am more than her client. I know Kerri, the owner of KW Beauty for a long time. She used to do my lashes. She is the most honest, professional, caring, and friendly person/business woman. Her new place is beautiful and spotless. She will definitely make you feel very safe and comfortable in her chair, and answer all your questions.
