Very helpful and quick. I had my cellphone glass repaired in one hour. They quickly replaced the glass and now my iPhone works perfectly and as good as new. I will always go to their shop for repairs.

My friend's iPhone back was smashed! Suggested this shop as I've been before and had a good experience. We took her phone and left it at 4pm and phone was repaired by next day 2pm. I always go to see Simeron at KW Cellular with any cellphone needs repairs or questions. My IPad wasn't charging and thinking it was the charging cable. Off I went to see Simeron. He also determined that the problem was the cable. He didn't have a replacement cable for sale as my IPad is a older model, however he let me borrow the cable he uses in the store. And instead of waiting for it to fully charge he loaned me his personal cable at home until the one I ordered arrived. His Is amazing.
I recommend KW Cellular to everyone. Simeron always has a solution!

I have the worst luck with phones and this place takes care of them every time. This last time it was a screen repair. Thanks so much for all you help Simran. The price is decent as well, and the gentleman even helped me with some settings on the phone to help my phone run smoother etc. Much appreciated! Would definitely recommend.

In a few quick emails, they provided me an estimate and invited me to drop off my phone for repair their first open business day. Came to the store at 930 am to find a sign saying be back in 5 minutes, waited 10 no one came, ran some errands, came back at 11 to fi d the same sign on the inner door this time will going to somewhere else for sure as business should be open during business hours

Very quick service! I broke my phone screen the other night and was able to get it fixed the next day. Everything from receiving the quote rate (requested at late night time, got immediate response) to the repair was speedy. I also reached out to some other repair shops, but most of them didn't have the Pixel 4 screen in stock, and the ones that had was charging too much. I got the best price quote from KW Cellular and recieved excellent service. Truly customer oriented service store this. Highly recommended.

It was a Saturday afternoon and the store was quite. The young asian guy approached me and was friendly. He addressed all of my concerns and helped me narrow down my choices.

The service I received from Azeem, absolutely stellar. He repaired the pink line that ran down the screen of my Samsung S10e device and provided a discount for my screen protector on top of that. My device didn't need to be wiped out thank God. Totally recommend this place for your cell phone repair needs. Absolutely awesome service. Very responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

Had the screen replacement done on my Samsung A30 couple of days ago, and after using my cell for 50+ hours I can proudly say that these guys are the best in their nature of business, couldn't find the difference in screen quality and touch response, camera is still clicking images as beautiful as it was earlier. Excellent service by the people at KW Cellular. They were fast and professional. My phone was fixed in just about an hour at a reasonable price.

The charging port on my phone had been acting up, so I stopped by for help. The technician was busy working with some other customers when I got there, but took the time to quickly pull out a (relatively) giant ball of pocket lint, clean the connection, test it, and didn't even charge me for the trouble! Phone works great, and I know where I'm going for any future phone issues!

You charged me $250 for a screen replacement that was extremely poor quality and it messed up my phone. I took it to Apple to get fixed and they said you guys used the cheapest glass and did a very bad job installing it. I was told you give a warranty and I brought my phone back after 32 days (the entire screen went black) and you said it was 2 days past warranty. I am very disappointed and you should not be offering that service if you can’t do it properly.
