We've done business with KW Honda a number of years ago. Our experience then was excellent. We recently had an opportunity to deal with them again, and we were happy to see they still maintain their quality and excellent customer service! We highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a used Goldwing from KW Honda the entire process was great. As I live 200 km away, I arranged deal/price over the internet/phone with Todd including a trade value, and finalized purchase on site with Rob. Both gentlemen were very professional and knew bikes well. The bike I purchased was exactly as advertised, and I believe I described my trade correctly as the price did not change once at the store for final evaluation. I was pleased with the difference price, overall a great experience I would definitely shop at KW Honda again, great people to purchase from.

I have been here more than 5 times for service and every time I go, I feel so good with their honest feedback and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for shopping and servicing.

Purchased my 2023 CB500F from these guys after getting bored of my 300cc bike. Todd was very helpful and went as far as to show me all of the features/controls of my new bike in comparison to my old bike. I was never given this kind of exceptional treatment when buying my other bike at a different dealership. It’s clear KW Honda staff don’t just care about making a sale, but go as far as to ensure that the customer is buying the right bike and is happy with said bike. I will definitely be a repeat customer at this dealership.

The team ta KW Honda is amazing! They are incredibly knowledgeable about all of their equipment and are very friendly to all of their customers. The showroom is well laid out and they do a great job answering questions on the phone or in person. I would highly recommend reaching out to them or visiting them in person at the showroom.

Amazing place and amazing people to deal with. They offered the lowest price in whole province for brand new Honda Grom i was looking to buy! Difference from other Honda dealers went whopping 600$! Would highly recommend this place to buy a motorcycle.

Rob the owner of the dealership then personally delivered my bike over to Guelph, and I really appreciate that he spent time detailing the features of the bike and operating instructions - the level of care and service provided by KW Honda is simply mind-blowing! My experience buying a motorcycle from KW Honda through Todd Rushton was very positive. I live out of town so my inquiry and purchase was done entirely online during the winter. Todd was quick to reply to all of my emails and questions, provided the sales paperwork right away, and after I bought it arranged for KW Honda to keep it until the Spring when I could drive out to KW to pick it up. When I picked it up a few months later the motorcycle looked great, and I was pleased to discover that it had a full tank of gas and a battery charger lead installed. Good on ya Todd and KW Honda.

We have been waiting patiently for our new pioneer side by side to arrive. Rob is a pleasure to deal with through this uncertain world we live in now. Honestly and integrity is the foundation of this dealership. We would wait another 6 months just to purchase from Rob and KW Honda. Besides.what's the big deal anyways! It will show up! Just got back from a trip riding in the southern US with my Rebel 500 i bought from KW Honda last year. I had the bike winterized and stored at kw honda since september and ask them to take it out ealry for my trip. They were very helpfull, and the bike ran great the the whole trip. I had a wonderful experience at KW Honda when we went for the second time to have our pit bikes tire fixed. I called in advance and they were courteous and explained what I could expect. When I arrived (being 9 months pregnant and with a toddler in tow) a gentleman came out to assist me with a runaway toy and bringing the tire inside. They were quicker than expected so we only had to wait 20 minutes. I was very impressed with their customer service and knowledge. They spent time explaining a concern they had.

Honda has great motors for small machines. We have a lawn mower, rototiller and snowblower. The last two were bought over the last few years at KW Honda. We just had mower serviced. Buying was a good experience both times. The mower service was impressive. Quicker than anticipated and very reasonably priced. The pull cord was chewed by squirrels. Gave it a good once over and checked blade sharpness all included. KW Honda seems like a good ambassador for the Honda brand.

Yes 0 (zero) customer service.i would never ever go her or deal with this dealer. They sold motorbike while I was dealing with them, I even offered to put down a deposit and behind my back sold it to someone else. It happened twice within 7 days time period, two diff sales person. Manager Jessi is absolute joke/rude. No customer service at all. I am 200km away from dealer, tried calling multiple times to talk to live sales staff so I can give my CC, only way they communicated with via email, sent me the quote, vehicle history or the record, ext.few mins later i get the response saying "they are not entertaining any offer on the bike" with no explanations.

Fantastic experience. I bought a Honda mower here last week. Smooth and simple process, they assemble it and gas it up for you, and even gave a tutorial on operation and maintenance. I will continue using this place to buy anything Honda!

Integrity and honesty at it's best. They won't make you spend money or try to charge labor unnecessarily. One eg. Years back I took a Suzuki bought from Kijiji to do safety here, the chain was rusted and looked bad. I asked them about the chain and change it if need be, to which they said, we will just clean it and lube it for you. Since then I have recommended my friends to this store. They have been upfront on what can/cannot be done before hand. I have had couple more bikes safetied from them, always a pleasant experience. Will gladly call/visit them again.

Bought my used 2018 DCT Goldwing from Rob in sales and was very happy with the whole transaction. Then this year dealt with the service side of KW and was taken care of by Kelly. Great people who are willing to look after their customers. Thanks guys

I'm greatly impressed with the level of customer service provided by Jesse Davidson as he oversaw the fulfillment of my recent purchase of a set of Givi panniers and racks. The parts department helped me find a part for my old Honda motorcycle that was discontinued. They found a new, old stock part at a dealer in Texas! The shipping was fast and reasonable. Great place to deal with.

Bought an 06 Honda ST 1300 late October, very pleased with the bike. There was a small issue with the thermostat which was made a little bit more complicated because I live out of town and it was now December. I spoke with Todd and he gave me several options and in no time we had the bike running again. Excellent service and very professional staff. I would definitely buy my next bike from KW Honda.

Took my generator in to have a recall done. The service was fast and well organized with curbside drop off and pick up. Pleasure with dealing with them.

I needed a new snowblower and contacted Rob Davidson last July to purchase one. Due to Covid-19, supply chains have been very problematic and getting a machine was not easy. However, Rob stuck with me, keeping me informed at every step, and found me a machine. When he delivered it, he noticed a blemish on the cowling. Back to the supply chains. Now, 2 months later, he came to my house today and exchanged the part. At every stage he has gone above and beyond! I could not be more impressed. And the snowblower is great!

I'd like to thank the whole team at KW Honda for the awesome experience I had buying my new CBR650R. I can't even explain the knowledge and quality of service they provide. I've put 500km on so far and LOVE the bike. I can't wait for spring so I can ride and still feel my fingers when i get home! Lol

Great service on my lawn mower. There was a warranty issue with the motor, they fixed it really quickly and then were generous enough to give me the oil I was going to purchase for my lawn mower and snow blower.

We can not say enough good things about KW Honda. Jesse made a special stop by my house today to look at a leak which was coming from the oil filter. He repaired everything on the spot. We appreciate the personal touch this business puts into everything they do. They only replace what needs to be done and give great advice. I have a 2013 CBR600RR and have only had it serviced at this location. I have no complains about the level of service from this family owned business. Thank you again. I just bought a Honda Eu3000is here. Staff were very helpful and were quick to prep the generator for me to take home. I noticed they waxed the generator after getting it ready, I thought that was a nice touch. They gave me a full run down of the machine and even carried it out to my truck. 100% would recommend them.

Great Honda dealer good product knowledge and customer service. Purchased a CRF50 for my boys over the phone, everything was ready and as agreed upon when we arrived. Highly recommend, very nice showroom.

KW Honda parts knows how to make it happen! When things such as shipping companies don’t come through KW Honda Parts department was able to make it happen! Short notice and they stepped up to the plate, so happy to see this kind of service.

Terrible experience, service was horrible and when I did finally get someone to help me they were reluctant and unknowledgeable. They were also unable to do test drives of your bike before you buy it.

Bought 3 motorcycles from kw Honda, one 2014 cfr 250 one 2014 Honda xr 650 that scored a cylinder after around 1700kms, it was broken in proper and babied, had to wait over a month or half to get a new bike (they gave me a 2015) after many phone calls with kw and Honda Canada they talked about repairing it had it for 1 month "really", think Honda might be using Chinese parts or lower quality parts. I owned 3 xr 650's and one xl 600 one with over 30,000kms, then also bought a 2018 crf 250 rally, no issues with it i still have it, went to order a new 2019 cbr500x mid April and was financing was locked in and approved and ended up not signing papers as it would have been end of may before i took possession as Honda couldn't get them out faster, nor did rob communicate properly about delivery date. Rob I can respect to a certain amount but he is very rude and not very talkative, explanatory or customer service related, not sure how hes a manager, just recently inquired about a 40hp outboard motor worth over 10,000 and he basically said he didn't want to do business in so many words and recommended i buy a Yamaha instead, nor very helpful, my Honda experience is over will not deal again with rob or kw nor any Honda dealer after my experience

Absolutely wonderful service! I dropped in for a safety, and they got it done within an hour. I tried going to a lot of other bike places in town to get it done, but had no luck. These guys did it right away. Very friendly staff and environment.

Bought a goldwing and picked it up on saturday. Kelly was very thorough with the review of details of the bike before I drove it away. Put on 200kms on the weekend. Runs like a dream.

I visit this place few times for my thirty years old Honda lawn mower and Honda snow blower for replacement parts. Today I go there for snow blower carburetor parts I explain to Mr. Jim Struke problem. Mr. Jim gave me the parts needed and explain me how to fix it and said let me know if need further help or parts. I assembled carburetor, no problem. Mr. Jim and other person in sumer help me to repair my Lawnmower big problem. They are very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, truthful, price is compatible, local, do not have to shop at Amazon. I strongly recommend this place Thanks.

I highly recommend KW Honda to anyone! Not only did they give me a really good price on my purchase but the customer service was fantastic! Todd was very professional and knowledgeable and was not your typical "pushy sales guy". PDI and delivery was very prompt. The service department was happy to answer any of my questions and were very knowledgeable. Rob delivered the unit himself and showed me everything there was to know about the unit I purchased. He really has a staff and business to be proud of! I will be recommending KW Honda to everyone I know and they have my business for life.
