Mohammed was so helpful and kind when replacing my MacBook battery. They also replaced the battery on my car key fob! Great experience.

This is the worst laptops and smartphones shop you can go to. My mom’s laptop’s battery needed a replacement therefore we visited their shop; they told us that the battery is replaced but we need your laptop’s password so that we can access it. We refused to give them the password (we might be wrong) but these people started fighting with me. Can you imagine a shop owner literally arguing with you and forcing you to disclose the password. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. No work ethics! No customer service! RUDE PEOPLE!

WOW, if you thought Customer Service was dead, think again. Greeting all customers with smiles and how can I help you? I purchased a used iPhone at KW Laptops and they took the time to charge the phone, moved my contacts etc.to my new phone and put it in a protective case. The little store that makes you feel like a somebody. Thanks guys!

Ibram has been extremely helpful to me. I'm less than tech-savvy but he never makes me feel dumb. He has helped me out of jams over and over. I hope he is in business for a long time!
