I definitely made the right choice by using KW Safe Storage. The entire staff was very friendly and made the process of moving all my things in extremally easy and convenient. Their hours are 10-4 however, they will work with you to make sure they're available when you need them to be. The facility is clean and secure with many storage options available at a very reasonable price. I would recommend KW Safe Storage to anyone who is in need of storage space.

I rented storage from KW Safe Storage two times. Harry was incredibly helpful and kind. When I needed extra assistance with with moving heavy items he found me help at a price that I could afford. I had the pleasure of meeting Harry recently during a last minute move. He provides incredible customer service and made a stressful situation much easier. He is well connected and he recommended solutions for some other logistical issues. At a time in which world events are bringing out the worst in people, it was uplifting to meet someone as kind and helpful as Harry. Truly a fantastic guy who runs a first class business.

We had purchased a recreational property in the autumn and would take possession of it in the spring. In the interim, we were collecting furniture for the new property. We appraoched K-W Safe Storage for a unit where we could store the furniture we had acquired. We met with Harry, the proprietor, who fistly suggested that we start with a smaller unit and he would move us to a bigger unit if we needed more space. I was very much impressed that Harry's suggestion would save us money. He also made some suggestions about the best way to store the furniture to maximize the space utilization. To help us move in and then out, dollies were provided to help us move the heavier pieces. Through out, Harry always welcomed us in a positive and friendly manner in our many visits as we moved furniture in over the winter.

I rented a locker from KW Safe Storage and met Harry Watson a really excellent guy. HE solved my problems for me as I was out of the country he looked after everything and I mean everything. I rented from Harry for four years until I just closed the locker today. Harry was helpful again with anything I needed and I swear this is the best locker service that there is in our entire region. Wow what customer service! The owner is so friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to help my daughter Isabella and the other customers that were there waiting! Prices are competitive too. Would highly recommend this family run business!
