We used to love the tandoori chicken from here. This time it was horrible. Ordered the malai tikka as well. Did not taste good at all.felt like reheated chicken curry pieces. Malai kofta was disappointing as well. Chhole bhature was good. Overall a big disappointment. Will probably not go here for a while

Used to go to this place at least once a week. Its sad there is no buffet for long time and this is why we stopped going. Only takeouts now at this place. We are done here.

Had worst experience with them. Did not take order appropriately and over charge. Owner was very rude. Highly disappointed.

Very bad food…. I will not recommend this place…. Moreover, they always mix up orders and deal with very bad behaviour… if you want value your money, don’t go to this restaurant… they always serve stale food … don’t order for catering…

Tried every Indian resteraunt in town and this is by far the best. Butter chicken is incredible, naan bread is amazing. And I was introduced to my new favorite sweets here gulab jamun.

We have been dining here for years! Delicious food, terrific variety and friendly service. Since COVID it is a popular takeout only restaurant.

The website says Buffet at Guelph location. There's no buffet.

Great buffet, very polite staff. There is a vegetarian section for those like me who like to make that choice. The naan bread is amazing.

Worst experience i had today with kawlity fine indian cuisine i ordered hakka noodles and samosas through ubereats.hakka noodles were not having bad smell of non veg and samosas were not fresh and completely tasteless will never try this restaurant again.

Found hair in my samosa and salad! The staff who was present over there didn’t had a clue about the prices of their sweets. High prices for hair blended food!

I am the regular and oldest customer of this business and I love their fish pakora and veg samosa a lot.

Fresh barfi and great selection. I dream of a day when they make gluten-free barfi so I can enjoy it with the rest of my family.

Ordered lamb korma, chicken vindaloo, malai kofta, garlic naan, rice and veggie pakora.everything was good.tasted fresh and was hot.korma was unfortunately bland. I'll come back for sure, hoping the korma was a one off

Quality of Kwality Fine Indian cuisine is pathetic.
Hakka noodles were so bad that we went all the way back to return the same hoping for a courteous response but I was stunned by the reply - “who returns the food”.

I ordered a Non. Veg. Thali (1 Meat) for $12.99
(1 Non-vegetarian, two vegetarian dish served with sweet dish, Roti or Naan and Rice). One non-vegetarian dish was butter chicken. I was hoping to have more than 1 small (2 X 3 cm) piece of chicken in there. I guess 1 Non-vegetarian stands for 1 piece of meat. Very disappointed! Never going back again!

Amazing and tasty Indian food. They have a variety of options to enjoy. I definitely recommend this place, the food is great, always fresh and delicious.

Butter chicken was good but too much sauce and not enough meat. Also tried the eggplant but didn’t specify amount of heat and it was too spicy. Tried the milk sweets for dessert and loved those. Overall a good place and would go back again.

GOOD STAFF AND FRESH FOOD ALWAYS. Placed an order through skip, they missed a order and guy dropping by himself, it's so nice of the staff. I definitely love there food. MY FAVOURITE RESTRAUNT IN BURLINGTON.

Quite below average food.
Malai kofta had so much oil that we couldn’t eat it.
Paneer wrap was basically kadhai paneer wrapped in a naan - not tasty at all!
Thali was okay.
Overall, no repeat for us.

I had butter chicken and chicken tikka, both were just okay, but I was expecting the same taste as which I used have at Brampton’s Kwality. It wasn’t not even close.
The Jalbi was good 5 out 5.

Pricy and small portion sizes. Untrained staff gives you wrong prices charge you more for less food.
Zero customer service specially the owner is Rude. Doesn't recommend to waste you hard earn money.

I always love going here. Everyone else's Palak Paneer gets judged against theirs. Servers are attentive and food is yum! Biryani is also amazing.

Owner is rude, he doesn't know how to deal nicely with customers. People who work for this restaurant doesn't know the correct price. We call and ask for biryani for 10 people they said Medium is good for 10 people which is a big lie. They said $50 for Medium tray on the phone & when we picked up they charged us 60+tax which is ridiculous. Food is too spicy. WASTE OF MONEY. Really Disappointed.

Charging 25cents to customer for debit/credit payment does not make any sense. If you consider your place fine dining. Show some respect to people and stop charging them extra unnecessary overcharges. Cashier attitude is rude. Dont expect a good customer service

Waiting for minutes at the counter to order takeout and the guy at the cash register ignored us. No hello, no I will be with you in a minute. Very rude. Left without ordering.

Worse customer service with expired foods. I Found hair in
my food. This place is not in Canadian standers. People who handle your food don't warm inform, no hair netting, I hope health Canada close this place. Me and my friend end up in hospital after eating there.

It is one of few Indian buffets in Burlington. Food used to be really good here, but we were disappointed with our last experience. Still a very good place to get Samosas.

After a hectic sunday, we stopped at this place for a buffet dinner. Its a decent indian restaurant with pleasant interiors. The waitress girl was quick in her service. Talking about Food, it was a big disappointment to us. Their Noodles and Fried Platter was all stale and Chicken biryani was bad and rotten. The Green chutney too was horrible as it tasted sour and weird. Everything in buffet was COLD at 6.30pm, which is supposed to be a dinner time. The staff needs to be careful when serving old and reheated food to the customers. Surprisingly, desert was no different, COLD Carrot halwa and tasteless Jalebi, to piping hot Gulab jamun. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The food was just ok. Things seemed really watered down in flavour. I’m not talking about spiciness but just general flavour. So many better choices out there. If you want to pay for quantity then fine. This Indian buffet does its job. But certainly the quality of the food is below many other restaurants. Overall the cleanliness of the place could definitely be a problem.

The chicken u order from the menu and the chicken in the buffet is not same try samosa and chana and carrot pickle please.

Be aware my order was given to me very badly I don’t like either their samosa, spring rolls they were cold and taste suck and spicy tea was worst

This location is my favourite as it has the buffet and not just take out. There is always plenty of parking and plenty of seating. Lots of selection in the buffet for both meat and non meat options. Most items are very very spicy. Due to that reason, this is not a place that I can bring most of my family. (Sad). Good dessert options & ice cream selection. Very reasonably priced. My husband likes to bring co-workers here for lunch due to the fast service and good price I will absolutely be returning.

Food wasn't great. Place smells. And they charged us for dinner buffet when I called then and walked in at 2.30. We walked out at 4.07

It was terrible experience. Girl was nice but the guy I think he was the owner of the store, was very rude. I just ask for two boxes for the sweet dish but he refused to give even I paid. I think he don’t understand the customers service but it’s their job to fulfil the requirements of their customers. Not only that he was also giving wrong information about the products.customer service was very bad.

This restaurant and the staff are an absolute disgrace! I went this afternoon with my sister and her husband and the manager had a look of disgust and an awful grimace throughout. He started at us whilst we had our dinner, muttering god knows what under his breath each time we caught a peek, which made us feel uncomfortable and unable to enjoy our meal. He then handed demanded I pay a random $ amount for the bill without first offering to provide a breakdown of our order. He had a look of thunder even whilst I tipped 15% for awful service; didn't thank us for visiting his establishment and didn't say a word as we left. After all this happened and I got home, it turns out my credit card "disappeared" and went missing; I subsequently had to call my bank to cancel my card as well.

The sole waitstaff for 20+ patrons in the establishment looked like a deer caught in the headlights and acted liked we'd ask her for a piece of her liver when we asked to order a drink? ! I would strongly not recommend visiting this place!

The worst food I have ever tasted, the chicken tandoori was rotten and was smelling bad. I had one bite and felt like I am gonna vomit. We told the manager (the guy with French cut and the bald guy) that the food taste bad but he refused to acknowledge our concerns saying other customers are eating and no one is complaining. We did not eat our food after few bites, he charged us for 6 buffet regardless. I would highly suggest people NOT to go there and waste your time and money. The food here is disgusting and it must be investigated by the health department. I believe that the good reviews here are fake reviews posted by their known persons.

I wish I read some of these reviews before going to this restaurant. PLEASE BEWARE!

My husband found a very long black hair in his butter chicken. We are extremely grossed out of this place. Not only is the decor outdated and tacky, the food is lacking flavour. We have gone to plenty of buffets before and have never had such an awful experience. We let them know of the hair in our food. The owner replied with” there’s nothing I can do about it, I can’t control customers hair going into the food. ” NO APOLOGY, NO DISCOUNT. Never going back. There are much better places to go to! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I hope to see this place shut down in the future.

The food tastes good during lunch hours! But they should keep the food fresh from 2 to dinner. Usually what happens is whatever is left from lunch stays under the heated table and gets dry!
But overall it's a good Indian Cuisine

I hadn't been here for a long while but decided to go the other week. The food wasn't as good as I remember (the mutton dish was all bones) and they didn't replenish what was on offer often enough. One thing that came back to me from past visits was the greasy floor. Even though it was dry, it is so slick I almost fell. Sadly, there are better choices in Burlington for an Indian Buffet now.

Excellent selection, friendly staff, excellent quality. There were a variety of dishes of various heat for any tastes. Loved the sweets offered, too! Will definitely be returning.

Very disgusting place to eat. The food is months old served and sold at this place. The owners are also very chart persons. They force you to pay at least 15 percent tip even if you are not dinning in.

Location is not bad-it's near the highway. The staff was pleasant and dining area looked clean. Food makes you feel gross because of how oily it is. Food tasted overcooked, it wasn't fresh, nor was it hot. They need a red light lamp at least. Spices weren't bad. Meat dishes had lots of bones in it. We went because prices weren't bad, but they insisted on charging us dinner prices for lunch, despite us finishing before 1PM.
