Highly recommended specially pawandeep the way she greeted us and service is upto the mark

Food and service both were great. Pawandeep really helped us explaining all vegetarian options and recommended some delicious options. We will definitely visit this restaurant again.

I went in Sunday afternoon for a buffet, the food was mediocre. I didn’t each anything that I could say “oh wow, this is good” about sadly. The desserts were all stale (cakes, pastries, etc).

The service wasn’t good either - the table was not clean, we had to ask three times to get some glasses and a jug of water, the server was hard to flag down despite it not being very busy.

I would skip this buffet and go to Tandoori Flame or Brar’s instead.

Very poor quality of service. Waited forever to have dinner.no spoons on the table, no water. In the end, there was no bill on time. Had to go to front desk to pay myself. Visit only if you have lot of free time and nothing is on your agenda which is time valud.

Food was really tasty, lots of options on buffet! Very good atmosphere! And really great customer service from Neeraj! Highly recommended!

Pawandeep kaur served us in a very professional way.
We liked the food. The kadahi panner was delicious and I would love to come back with my family.

I was visiting from the states & came to Kwality Buffet. We had the Channa Bhatura which was delicious & the chai is top notch. Our server Neeraj made sure to take care of us!

Not much variety available as other places. Price is a little high as compared to food options.

Disappointed with sitting arrangement. We had to take buffet if needed an open place to sit.

Good food, good ambience. The buffet is a good spread of variety of main course and snacks, with a great chaat corner and mithais and cakes for sweet dish. Also fruits. All in all a must try.

Visited today and I loved the place! The service was very nice and staff were very cooperative and helpful! A girl named Manpreet served me the food which was awesome… I highly recommend to visit this place and enjoy their services. I will definitely visit this place again

Excellent Customer Service. Special thanx to Raj, who was very helpful and considerate. We had a weeding ceremony here and we rented the west hall for lunch. The food was delicious. They were very flexible with our menu item selection. The servers did a great job. Overall our experience was very good.

Very unorganized place, no management at all. I just ordered 1 rasmalai for takeout (in person) and they took 40 minutes and still no response, at last I cancelled the order. Worst customer service

Very elegant space, I visit here especially for the Karahi paneer which is super tasty, and the staff is so good as well. Would highly recommend this place.

Food was beyond the expectations! Really yummy. I would suggest everyone to visit this place once to enjoy indian style food.interior is catchy. Let me take this opportunity to THANK Raj and his team for making 6th Birthday of my Son a memorable moment. I celebrated my sons birthday in the main hall - It was so professionally handled by the team at this restaurant.

Raj was always there to provide any guidance/inputs that would help us organize it in the best way. He even recommended me to change the food menu from limited to larger buffet (since it had opened).

Be it customer service, food, response to our queries, any additional request - it all fell in the EXCELLENT bucket for us. So impressed with the hospitality.

Our attendant during the event was - Virpal and she did an amazing job in ensuring all guest request is taken care. Would like to thank her as well for an excellent service during the event.

The food quality has degraded so much. I went there to have dinner last night and food was super oily. I got sick after eating the food. Though the servers were super nice but they need to work on there food standards

I think the staff doesn’t know the value of the time every time you have to wait more than half hour even if you order from phone a hour ago lol great service

Worst service at this place. They put garbage bin and utensils in setting area. The hygiene and service at this place was bad.

Service was so poor nobody served until 40 minutes. Employees doesnt care very bad customer service extremely bad not recomended at all.

Great customer service and most of the food is very yummy. We did one marriage ceremony in the west room. Mr. Raj was awesome and had great customer service he helped a lot. I recommend this place for any small or big event. Other team members are also very professional and friendly.

Very good service, restaurant is beautiful and food is also delicious. One girl meet helps us and she is very talented and serve food in a manners and she is very cooperative.

One of my friend recommend me this place so i visited last weekend.i thought it would be great service there but believe me they are just worst.
They did not allow me and my friend sit on the table that we want and forced us to sit near the bar which was really worst.
Moreover there was a door gate nearby which was open and the cold air god.
I just do not want that anyone feel the same like me.i hope the management will get better.

Wonderful service by the server named Lovepreet. The food took a very long time to come out from the back but Lovepreet made sure to keep us updated as to how long is left. He is an excellent employee

We three friends visted in the restaurant. The manager Gurwinder Kaur she is very arogant and rude.she doesnot have sense how to talk to own staff in front of customers.she was very rude to one of her employee in front of us.i have never given any review online in my lifetime but she made me to do this.

Today we went at kwality for dine in and we sat their like for 2 hours.
Idk who she was but i guessed from her outfit that may be she was the supervisor or manager of the restaurant. For that 2 or 2: 15 hrs she was starring all of my family members idk why she was doing that but i did not liked her attitude. Later in front of everyone she was being so rude to the staff their as well. And she was sending staff again and again to our table for our main course order after we finished our starter. And later at the end she came to our table finally and we paid she spoked so aggressively a good night to my older brother after being paid. I forgot to ask her name. But she had such a bad behaviour with all my family members that in future i will never prefer to go their for a dine in or even for a pickup just because of her…

Me and my friend had an amazing experience at your restaurant. Boy named LOVEPREET he was amazing and nice person as well. Everyone else was also wonderful. He was really nice at taking order as well. Good food as well

I ordered Chicken Chow min and Chicken Manchurian.
Chow min was so so but
Chicken Manchurian was not even close to what it should be.
Bland Taste or No Taste with Tiny pices of Chicken pokora in the gravy.
Not sure why vegges were finely chopped. Chicken Manchurian is waste of money from this restaurant.

Horrible Service! We will never go to this place again. I wish I could rate them zero stars. Food was so cold and soggy. No one even asked for water or if we need any other drinks for the whole hour. Manager is just standing around and acting like she doesn’t know how to do her job properly. She doesn’t deserve to be a manager.

It was a good experience for fine dining even in the lockdown I used to order from there with skip/uber overall experience is good and special thanks to MR. Singh for giving the best customer service and great hospitality.

Stood there waiting at the entrance for somebody to seat us. The place was not even busy. The people responsible for online order were arguing with customers and ignoring the rest who were waiting. Poor management.

Service was excellent by Parveen Kaur. We were confused what we want to order. She gave us best option for Kwality Special Dosa. It was worth and too tasty. I recommend to all have food from this place. Thankyou for best service ever.

This review is based on recent experiences starting with the most recent order (Mississauga location) :

2nd Visit - takeout Order
Ordered tandoori 1/4 chicken with naan. I made the mistake of looking at the Brampton location menu instead of Mississauga. However, I did not expect prices to be different in these two locations since they are within 20-30 mins of each other. Also, beware online prices may vary from instore prices.

Food taste: Taste was good, chicken was served with slices of cabbage, onions and mint sauce.

Food quantity: Small value for the price

Price: could be better. Discrepancies between online and instore prices e.g Garlic naan instore cost was different from online list. In addition, Brampton location offers the Chicken with Naan as a combo but here it is sold separately.

1st Visit - Sit in dinner - Paneer Dosa and Chicken Manchurian noodles.

First impression was great, the dosa was served few sides and was impressive in appearance. AS for the hakka noodles, it tasted great as well and quantity was good for 2 people.

Food taste - Great.

Presentation - Very nice presentation and sitting atmosphere. However the servers could be more attentive.

Food quantity - I guess depends on the item, overall good.

Hopefully, they update their menu prices. Best of luck.

We just went to there server behaviour was very good. Need more servers because there was only one server over more then 5 tables at that time.we ordered Shahi paneer the taste was disgusting. We suggest you never try shahi paneer.

Of all buffets I checked out around Toronto this is the one that I enjoyed the most. The presentation is quite good and honestly the food in most of the buffets taste the same. It boils down to how many options are there and what kind of ambiance you’re providing. I think this one checks both those boxes.
I won’t recommend this place for to-go or delivery orders though. That’s a different concept and food quality of individual items matters a lot in those cases.

We arrived at 9;30 pm, greeted by a very nice waitress and seated. She informed us that they are closing at 10: 30 pm, we have an option to order from the menu or have the all you can eat buffet for $25.99.
We figured one hour is plenty of time because we are not big eaters and I am not familiar with the food, so i can choose little bits without wasting. Let's have the buffet!
We got our first plate with samples of a few different things, when the big boss came over and said "the buffet will be closing at 10 Pm, your waitress didn't' know ".
I looked at my watch and it was 9: 41 pm.
I said "okay, want do we do now, should we order from the menu? "
" No, no " he said the buffet is closed, but we wait for you to finish your dessert after 10 pm.
I completely lost my appetite, and almost choked on whatever i was eating.
We were done by 9: 55 pm dessert and all. The same manager came over and offered us a 10% discout off our bill.
It was my worst restaurant experience!
We paid $65.00, still hungry and upset by the entire experience.
The restaurant decor was pleasing, the beriyani chicken, goat Curry and nann was decent. Most of the other food appeared dry.
The dessert was ok, seem as though it was warmed up several times. My favorite goulab jamoon was dark brown, almost black, the texture was not normal, from sitting too long i guess.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who is new to India food.

Food was very tasty and seemed fresh. The portions were very big. Gave 4 stars only because fresh Batura and Poori had to be ordered across the counter. Also they could improve on their dessert options.

Had a great time there. Lot of chicken varieties in buffet. Amazing flavour and taste. Quick Staff service. Servers so polite. Overall great food and everything fresh. Varieties of salads and sweets.

I was not impressed. I ordered a non- veg thali for takeout and for each portion she put two little pieces of chicken and Loads of gravy For the 3rd portion non veg she put two shah paneer pieces with loads of gravy. Skimping your customers on pieces of chicken and cheese won’t make me come back. I was still hungry after the meal and I don’t plan on drinking the gravy with nothing in it. I definitely will not be going back. Lost a customer. Oh and why skimp your customer on shah paneer does paneer cost you so much c’mon. Also, the halwa taste like yucky oily pudding.

It was amazing experience it was my third time i went there second time i didnt like the service that much but this time it was really good. The workers were new this time they all all super nice and friendly. Food was very gud. I will definitely recommend my frnds and family to go there.

Absolutely amazing food @ grand buffet located at 90 courtney park E mississauga we havr ordered thalis for our work and everyone giving me compliments about they love the food not spicy at all.very less oil taste was delicious.we order bhindi (okra) also very nice less oily very nice taste everyone was so happy i pesonally tried food in previous location it was unfogetable experince as good as new location.reasonable price.normaly india food is spicy in every restaurent but here food was very less spicy and mild specialy raita yogurt was very less salted and very thik.delicious buffet was just 29 doller more than 70 items i have never seen this big options in just 29 dollers.fish was amazing by it self have varieties.normaly in restaurents fish itseft cost 20 doller for portion.and here i got everything in 29.at the end customer pay less for what they get i will strongly recommend this place at ALL
