Food is awesome. Good portions and authentic taste. The staff are very attentive and respectful! They make the whole experience worthwhile! Had a veggie thali. They gave daal instead of palak paneer and then compensated with a huge bowl of palak paneer. Meethi lassi is like Village style yummy!

We visited today for dinner and Paramjit served us and he is very good and polite and served us greatly

Very bad experience, Food doesn’t come even after waiting for half an hour line and half an hour after order. We order different food for everyone but some of us got food after others finished. Improve your attitude and service. Brampton is full of restaurants now and never try here again!

Decent food options relative to other Indian restaurants in Brampton. Prices are reasonable and quantity is good. Flavours are OK not great btw.

Kwality has no more quality. I used to like going here for my birthday but now this place just keeps getting worse each visit. Management good luck for the future.

Restaurant changed their staff which is now completely unprofessional and serve us with worst behaviour, serving us bowls with their hand in it and no etiquettes. Appetizers serving after the main course.
Just the host is well educated and knows her job. Completely Disappointed.

I went there on weekend with friends for my birthday party Anil served us well food was tasty service was quick and he provided us table in no time

This place is great Atmosphere is very good. The Girl named manpreet is so friendly. Excellent food and can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone to visit. She makes very good coffee

Previously kwality used to serve good food. I tried puri chole its was disaster, they charge more than normal but now they have kwality in their name only. They believe their customer are eating for first time, I believe they have fired their chief and untrained guys are preparing most worst food.

Kwality restaurant is a great spot for authentic Indian cuisine. I had a great experience with our server Anil. He was very helpful with suggestions for delicious food and was pleasure to deal with! Will be going back time and time again!

Kwality service is not kwality it was like why we went there we should go some where else. Wastage of time and lost my appetite. Very poor service.

Frozen food, unprofessional and rude staff, especially the girl on the cash counter, or may be she behaved like this as I don't know Punjabi.
Good food is not the important thing only, but the behavior of staff is pathetic and they intentionally made me feel poor infront of them.

OWNER KEEPS TIPS. I don't like that owner and management keeps the TIPS. Services was awesome and would like the workers to get the reward of there good job. As an owner/manager you should be ashamed. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE MY SON WORKED THERE.

Nothing about food but girl on main counter.she always shows attitude.always ignore people.no manners at all.i saw two times constomer insult her. BUT she still same. Be aware️

Chhole bhatture were what we went there for, and it was worth it, though they were a bit on the oilier side. Samosas we've had better.

The food was so deliciously yum yum.overall experinece was great.the staff guide us while ordering the food that was the best part. ANIL was the name i guess he helped alot took the order quickly and serve in no time.as i was getting late.i will go again with my friends.love the service

Kwality food and service every time! Been coming here for over 20 years, it’s always THE spot for authentic Indian food cravings. The seating could be better hence 4 stars but food & service is always 5+

I was successful only at 2/3 times of my attempt to dine in - there was no one to attend for us to sit down after waiting around 15 minutes, a little disappointed coming all the way from Toronto.

However the 2 times I've tried it, it was pretty good.also comes with attached nostalgia of Kwality Ice Cream from Punjab as it still retains the same branding.

It gets busy on the weekends, I'll recommend only for folks with patience, can't blame them for how busy they are - but can blame them for not organizing the ensued chaos.

Poor customer service, poor communication, poor hygiene, wait is extremely long, food is expensive.

Samosas are expensive compared to others in the area so I was disappointed for that reason. On top of being over charged, we bought 20 Samosas and they gave us a tiny cup of red sweet sauce. Nothing quality about this place!

Worst food. Quality of thali is pathetic. Ordered veg noodles and they served chicken noodles. Very bad service.

I came in to buy food for a roadside beggar and I could not believe the beautiful smell when I walked through the door. They made the beggar a very healthy combination dish and I took five very reasonably priced samosas for myself. The samosas tasted like they were just freshly cooked in very clean oil. The restaurant and the washroom that they let me use were very clean. The staff here was very pleasant and I plan on returning here with every trip to the area. Next time I eat the beggars meal because it looks and smells amazing!

What I like about this place is the incredible variety of foods and prices are very reasonable. Wait time for food is a bit longer but guess what it’s worth it completely.

I ordered 3 plates bhatura chana today.
I garbage all the food. Very bad in taste. Bhathura was uncooked and whole food was not fresh. Please don't serve people with bad food. Bcoz health is wealth. I request owner of the shop hope u will not mind my feedback and will work on it.

Awesome preparation with amazingly fast service. Their Bhatura Plate is fantastic. If you want something mild then veggie Cauliflower and potatoes would be your best pickup. Their food made my day today.

Very unprofessional staff they don’t respect customers time, will focus on big orders first and make you wait if u r having small order.

Chutney was like water with artificial colours. Really bad experience never ordering again.
I also ordered bathure and they were literally like rubber

Trust me I would rate it lower if I could. The service is absolutely trash, long lines and the lady at the cash behaves like you owe her something. The prices are unnecessarily high, it is not justified by the quantity or quality of your food. Just glorified gentrification. Do yourself a favor and visit the hakka Chinese place across the road.

I found this to be one of the worst places for food.although I had heard a lot about it but it did not meet my expectations.the dishes were not cooked properly and there was no flavor.the naan was burnt.would not recommend this place at all and will never go again.don't waste your time and money.

I have tried lot of vegetarian restaurants but quality suites is best when it comes vegetarian food I love their veggie dishes I have eaten at this place so many times but I haven't been disappointed so far one of the best veggie Restaurant in GTA and there samosas are also very good.

Always had a positive experience here. Gets busy so you gotta wait for a table. Lassi and Channi bhatura is the best here. Meat dishes are pretty good as well.

I totally enjoyed my meal. I had the Chicken kebab with, naan and salad. The spicy dipping sauce was no joke. This was my first meal in Toronto, besides my Tim Horton doughnuts

Usually just got for a quick meal to fix a craving. Does the job everytime. Staff and decor are pretty meh though, i guess probably a communication thing. Great place for South Asian cuisine

Too expensive for hit and miss quality! Avoid vegetable biryani. That itself will make it one star review. Most take out items are from the pre made thaii menu, not freshly made. Sweets are expensive. The kulchas and speciality parathas are good. Dining area is very average. No comparison to their new location at courtney park which I will consider one of the best looking indian restaurant in Canada.

Bad quality food. Not fresh.went to buy fresh jalebis. They gave me jalebis that were made a day before. Then I replaced my order for pastries. Pastry's bread was hard, not fresh and it was no where close to a tiramisu flavor.complete wastage of money.

I went there twice in last 4 years and every visit have some bad experiences. Lastly I went for phatura chana I ordered for take away and they told me halwa is not part of take away I have to buy it separately while they are charging $3 more per plate than others. They are charging $8.5 per plate and others have good quality and quantity starting $4.5.food is OK but kwality of service need real improvement. 2 stars are for food but for service if I can have options to give them less than zero I will.

Floors are very dirty. Washrooms are very dirty. Food quality is very low in compare to price. Too much loud atmosphere. New management seems to be more greedy for money in comparison to food quality and cleanliness.

Used to be good place to visit with family now way too expensive.

Used to be good restaurant but now their quality of food have gone down. Also with quality getting low they have increased price significantly. As an old customer I have visited last 3 times with the hope of getting better quality of food and they have left my family disappointed. We are never going to visit again ever.

Good place for a quick bite of Indian food if you're on Steeles and Torbram area. Good service and reasonably fast service. Food was good. Good choice of Indian sweets too. Worth visiting.

We ordered Thali's for take out for our work and everyone was complaining that the food was EXTREMELY SPICY & OILY. Taste was not good at all and all you can feel is the hot n spicy. We ordered Bhindi (okra) as one of the curry's and it was not fully cooked and was dipped in lots of oil. No taste at all. I personally tried their old location at steeles ave around 12 year back and never returned there as it was too spicy for our family. I was assuming that they might have improved and went to order from this new location as it was close to our work but I was disappointed. Raita (yogurt) was too thin and had too much of salt in it.
We looked at the buffet and they don't have lot of item's either but the price is so high. For a $30 buffet you can get lot better and more items somewhere else. They are just charging for their money spent on the interiors, location etc. At the end we the customers have to pay for their rent and bills etc.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Usually busy. Food tastes good. Reasonable prices. Service needs improvement. The crowd is usually teenagers or college students and families. The restaurant needs to be organised utilizing all the space it has. Great location. Menu options are great.

My family and I have been a loyal clientele of this place. Food is delicious, and the servers are nice and friendly at the restaurant. But I am very sorry the staff behind the sweets section is not very diligent. My mom and I recently visited and ordered some mithayi, apparently the girl who was helping us with our order was too busy watching Punjabi Songs on TV. Very politely, I requested her to be a bit more alert, but in vain. At the payment counter, we were blown away when they charged us $1.50 for the box. That's correct - extra charge for a simple plain "non decorated" regular box used for putting sweets. What! We asked her few times if that's what the charge was for. I am sorry but are you serious?
Is the consumer now expected to bring containers from home to get their mithayi.
Very very disappointed. You have lost our business for ever.
