Didn't even acknowledge customers in the store and gave attitude when approached. Don't bother wasting your time here.

False pricing listed on website for booster boxes, was actually $40 more in store than listed. Clearly decietful practices but the sales assosciates are nice and there's a good selection for singles.

Love this place, just the right amount of mainstream games as well as ones I've never heard of. Had a great sale on. Staff was great. Great selection of cobble hill and Schmidt puzzles.

L. A. Moods has been my favorite card store for the last 20 years. They always provide great service and a lot of variety. The local delivery service has been great as well.

Great shop! Right inside the old/revamped Kelloggs building. Free parking across the street is nice, and the store has gaming cards, toys, puzzles, and a wide variety of comics. This time out I grabbed a selection of Hulk, old, mid, and new

Great little comic shop, lots of cool stuff to browse. Comics, board games, card games, figurines, vinyl records and great gift ideas. I used to go here when it was downtown, now the parking situation is much nicer being inside the Kellogg factory.

Cool selection of board games, vinyl is a bit overpriced and tons of comics to dig through. One staff member is always friendly when you walk in but the other will not even look up at you.

Folks here are always willing to help out, and genuinely care about what they do/sell. If you want magic cards, comics, board games, or any other 'nerd' toys, LA mood is your spot. Thanks for your help as always gents!

Great board game and trading card selection. Prices are very competitive with the other local game stores (LGS) and Amazon. Always support your LGS before Amazon! Only open until 6pm most days of the week. Minor inconvenience if I really want a game or cards. Would be sweet if they expanded and added a board game cafe or area to try games with friends prior to purchasing. Definitely check their website calendar for events.

Great place for Magic the Gathering stuff, as well as other games-related goods. Fun place with regular events.

Great, honest customer service. Contacted me after I paid a ton for shipping a couple MTG cards to give me a much lower priced option and refund me the difference. Really appreciated it. Cards also arrived very quickly and in fantastic packaging. Totally mint. Will definitely order from them again.

As a comic book collector I've been able to find loads of good issues here, not a ton of stock but the issues they do have are all high end. Also staff are great.

Good variety of games, comics and action figures! They also have a space for you to try the board games

There is a great selection of board games here that excludes the 50 shades of Clue and Monopoly seen at generic stores. The staff member we encountered was very knowledgeable in the majority of games we had looked at either from first hand experience or good research. He was able to explain in simple terms what the gameplay for each was like, even comparing them to similar games we might have played before.

We also saw a great selection of jigsaw puzzles of varying art styles and subject matter as well as accessories. There is a decent sized comic book section, but I am not familiar enough with the comic book world to determine the quality of the selection.

I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to start or expand their game collection.

Comics are overpriced. Cheap $1-$2 books are listed at $5? Makes no sense to me. But hey its the “ L. A. MOOD”

Great spot for Board games, their selection is large with very little expansion. Only issue I have is during the week they close at 5. By the time I get there after work it's usually already closed. Would be ideal if they were open till 6pm atleast. But they might of already done their research on why they close at 5pm during the week.

Great store with a nice variety of items. Cards, comics, magazines and table top games. Location suits it well.

Make sure you know everything about the products. Otherwise, staff can sometimes come across as condescending to rude. I came in asking more information about a product, and the salesperson seemed both disinterested and unhelpful. Not sure if/how the staff has changed, but since moving to the new location, there has been a 50% positive experience rate for me. With other gaming shops nearby on Dundas, where the experience has always been positive, I honestly feel like I would rather save this store as a last resort.

I have purchased many MTG box sets from this store as well as other tabletop game related items. Easily the best in tabletop game stores.

Picked up a couple good indie comics, browsed the games. Will definitely be back with some more pocket money to get some nice new releases! And put myself on the wait list for ordering Wingspan, of which they have the new expansions (hooray!) Great staff, very knowledgeable and nice, back room for trying out games seems cool as well. Excellent source for unique jigsaw puzzles as well!

Great place to get games, they're generous with discounts, they've got a basement you can test out the games in. Also very friendly staff, they didn't even laugh at me when I asked for card condoms lol
