I came into the shop today and had the pleasure of meeting a great mechanic today.

Leonard diagnosed my bike, replaced my broken derailleur; and gave realistic options in the future to consider about upgrading other components on the bike.

I will definitely be returning knowing I will be in good hands.

Davide went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact Bianchi I was looking for. Having come into the store by chance on the last day of a sale I saw online, they were unfortunately sold out of the bike I was looking for. Now most bicycle stores I’ve been too in the past would have told me flatly it’s sold out and then quickly try to upsell me a model I don’t really need. Instead Davide took my measurements, showed me a few Devinci’s which I didn’t really like and then went as far as reaching out to Bianchi directly, free of charge, to see if they had any remaining stock he could order in. Picking up my new Bianchi next week and I couldn’t be happier!

Very friendly service. Brought my bike in for a fix and dealt with it on the spot without charging me.

I purchased a DeVinci Gravel bike from this store last summer and have been using their service department since. I usually wait a year before leaving reviews of large purchases.

This is the only place in Toronto that knows how to fix bicycles that are even slightly complicated or more advanced. I tried other places that are closer to my house since I don't always have access to the family vehicle to drive here when my bike is broken down, but said places either don't have the tools or the interest in tackling difficult problems.

I needed a new freehub body installed on my bike and ordered the part from DeVinci, the manufacturer, but they had sent me the wrong size. Regardless, Leonard was able to make it fit and adjust the derailleur and brakes until it was just perfect. The bike rides like brand new. I'm really grateful. They also charged me a very reasonable price.

Also, it might be worthwhile to mention that La Bicicletta does not seem to mark up prices on bicycles. What I saw on the DeVinci website is what I paid for my gravel bike, and they assembled it for free as part of the purchase and threw in some water bottles as a gesture of gratitude for the purchase. They also threw on the upgraded pedals for free.

I emailed a few cycle shops looking for a rare Campagnolo part and these guys were the only ones to reply with all the details I needed to check for the part with pictures! This is now my bike shop for everything going foreword.
