My girlfriend and I came here October 24. It was a birthday. Firstly after atimed wait of 30 minutes.the waitress appears takes an order for 2 falafel sandwiches. Again atheist 20/30mins pass, come the tasting.the food seemed as though it was cooked in rancid oil, there was no flavor nosauces. Nodont waste your money here, a very sorry experience.

Terrible service, not a place to eat at the table. There is no staff or service for that. We didn't even get to try the food

This is a great place for tasty food. They have large selections of vegetarian food. There falafels are excellent cauliflower with tomatoes and will keep you coming back, fried mushrooms so good. They have been in our city for a long time. I've been going for 40 years, and I've always walked away happy full and can't wait to return.

We were hoping for a delicious Lebanese meal, and we were definitely not disappointed! Delicious and very generous (huge) portions. And super friendly staff, helped us select the right amount of food. We will be back!

La Luna on the mountain has (or should I say WAS), a favourite of mine for years. We ordered takeout this evening and it was absolutely TERRIBLE. Everything was tasteless and it was obvious to us that they “watered” down the sauces and the salad dressing. The falafel wrap we ordered was so poorly put together that it had to be eaten with a fork as soon as it was unwrapped. We also ordered a Caesar salad and a shish tawok sandwich. As mentioned above, both completely tasteless. It was so disappointing, so much so that I will 100% never order from here again. Are there new owners? Because I can’t believe the quality has changed so drastically.

Very friendly service and amazing food. Everything was fresh and the servers did a great job attending to every need my guests had.

The people are so nice and friendly to the visitors regardless of being a customer or just visiting them. I have visited many places but the reception of the people at this place is extra-ordinary. Unfortunatly, I have never tried their food but I wish, one day I will definitely try to do it.

They should sell that salad dressing in the Fatoosh salad. I'd buy it.

Food was ok. I have ordered french fries, beef shawarma & chicken shawarma sandwich.french fry was really good but the shawarma sandwiches were lack of salt.ambiance was good.

I love coming here for a quick lunch at a decent price. However, the last few times I've been they have no fatier that day and that is my favorite.

Friends purchased a gift certificate for me after my mother passed away. When I attempted to use the certificates, the owner came out and told me the certificates were not signed and would not honour them. I explained WHY I had received them and was shocked at the lack of sympathy demonstrated. Confirmed with friends that the certificate was purchased at lunch time from a waitress in the establishment. Definitely won’t be back to this location (as I understand it, all locations are owned independently)

Update: While the food is simply amazing, the customer service at their Concession location could not possibly be worse! I received a gift certificate from some friends for a family meal after the passing of my mother. When I initially attempted to use the gift certificate, I was refused as somehow the gift certificates had not been signed. The friends who purchased the gift certificate on my behalf had to return the restaurant to have the gift certificates signed. I returned then to use my gift certificate and explained that I had been refused due to their error in not signing my certificates. The waitress who had made the error was apparently the one I was speaking to. Instead of an apology, she was incredibly rude saying, “I had thirteen tables that day”. I understand it can get busy and honestly don’t fault the server. The business itself had two separate occasions to offer an apology for their error and did not. Instead, they were completely rude, even knowing the reason I had received the gift certificates. I was completely disappointed in their lack of concern and complete disregard for their customers. If you value good customer service in the least, steer clear!

This was my first time experiencing Lebanese food. Oh. My. Goodness! It was delicious! We had the share platter (I think that's what it was called) and my friend taught me how to eat it. Even the rice was cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be back.

The kafta was was very authentic cos it had a good amount of parsley. Some outfits out there don't bother adding parsley.
The fattouch plate was generous but it usually requires a good sprinkle of Sumac
Chicken shawarma was good but the Lebanese don't eat it without a generous amount of garlic. I guess the recipes in Canada are tailored to the local culture. Good food overall

This place has always been a great restaurant. My last visit Dodd was delicious as always but our waitress did not seem like she wanted to serve. She was basically throwing our plates of food on the table, expected better service.

Excellent nutritious food generally speaking. Great lunch special salad and wrap combo. Excellent service.

Now many vegetarian or vegan options. Vegetable rice and grilled vegetables appetizer together is a nice lunch for 2. Small parking lot and paid street parking available.

Inside in tne restaurant was cool, Wheelchair access door broken, food ahhhh so so little bet expensive.

La Luna is our family’s number one choice for dining in or take out. The food is always fresh and consistently perfect. In all of the years that we have been enjoying La Luna, we have never had bad or even mediocre food.
The Mazza is the perfect menu choice as it comes with a small amount of all of their best dishes. Can serve two to three people. Fresh, homemade, delicious and flavourful. Cooked to perfection.

Such a friendly hostess when picking up take out. Delicious as always. Shawarma here is better than most places - except they don't have pickled turnips at this location.
