Brent Harden and his daughter Jessica are extremely knowledgeable and operate their business with integrity and a sincere desire to see their clients happy with their purchase. On my last visit Laura handled my request to my complete satisfaction. While she was undeniably well trained. Her own lovely personality and innate professionalism were also obvious. I went in today to have some TLC performed on my rings. Erica was so lovely to deal with. She walked me through what she was doing and why. She took her time asked me questions about my ringed in order to best help me. I have been going to this shop for many years and I trust them completely. They do beautiful custom work and they capture exactly what you have in mind. I highly recommend them!

I went to La Maison d'Or with my fiancé-to-be to get her family heirloom engagement ring resized and reclawed. Their customer service was great, particularly in person, and their attention to detail was excellent! They were one of the few jewellers who looked at the ring under a microscope and noticed that some of the diamond claws needed to be repaired, for which they offered a reasonable price. We agreed to send the ring to their goldsmith for the resizing and repair, and they did an excellent job. The goldsmith noted that many additional claws of smaller diamonds also needed to be repaired for a greater cost. La Maison d'Or kept me informed of the options and the associated risks to the ring, taking great care with the ring because it was of such sentimental value. I agreed to the additional repairs and La Maison d'Or contacted me as soon as they got it back from the goldsmith. Although the repairs ended up taking longer and being more expensive, I was even more pleased with the result than I ever expected; the 60-year-old ring came back looking shiny and sparkly and brand-new! I was hesitant at first because of the price, but extremely happy with the result and would do it again in a heartbeat!

If you're buying jewelry and it isn't from this place. Something is wrong with you! They gave amazing prices for all budgets, and the customer service is fantastic. They ask you what you want and truly investigate it. They care it's so awesome.
