Simons in Montreal has been a long time favourite of mine and now they’re in Ontario. Lots of great brands for virtually any activity from skiing to a night on the town. They all have their reasonably priced store brand. You can do all of your holiday shopping in one neat and well organized place.

I like this store - lots of men's clothing to choose from. Very clean and spacious. Good location. Prices are competitive

One of a kind shopping experience, especially on sale items I hope they extend the hours at Mississauga location.

My daughter and myself both liked this store a lot. After seeing the recent commercial about assisted suicide we will NEVER shop in this store again.

They have a returns cap per day. I've gone twice trying to return a sweater only to be turned away. Even called ahead

I went to the Miss location on Dec. 9th at around 9pm (store closes at 10pm) to do a return. I am told at the register and at customer service that they can't do returns as their registers won't be able to process them as they've reached the maximum amount for returns for the day? Seriously? What a waste of my time. What if I travelled over an hour to get there? Customer Service takes your name and number and will allow you to do returns at anytime pass the Christmas return policy date for your troubles. At first I thought I was being pranked but no this really did just happen. Makes me wonder how many people returned items. I've never heard of this before. Very disappointed.

Good quality, decent prices. Clothing and home dec, trendy or classic. Always a good shopping experience.

The website is extremely user-friendly, fast-loading, designed beautifully and is easy to navigate.

I have purchased exquisite women's fashions and every item has been packaged very well. The apparel is high quality craftsmanship and always in perfect condition.

Customer service is lovely and responses are received in a timely fashion.

It boggles my mind how fast shipping of my orders is and I have received my well packaged goods with lightening speed.

I am very pleased with every aspect of Simons and highly recommend them for your shopping needs.

Simons is easily my favorite place to buy clothes. The styles available are often a bit bolder and more unique than what's on offer at other stores. They carry designer as well as in-house brand clothes (Djab for streetwear/ more youthful looks, Le 31 for more classic menswear or bussiness clothes). The quality of these in house brands is also pretty nice because I have some pieces that have lasted years for which I still get compliments. They also tend to have really good sales so some of these items I've gotten for $10-$20 when the original price was $50-$80.

Go here at Square One or any of their other locations across Canada and you'll probably find something you'll really like!

This department store from Quebec has beautiful array of products ranging from clothing to household items. Located in Square One Shopping Centre, the store is very large! Great for personal shopping or for buying gifts. Price is carried throughout the store. Lots of parking available, with direct entrance and mall entrance.

Simons has a very diverse selection of clothes and also has affordable and high end items as well. It's a very peaceful experience shopping at Simons and the staff is always pleasant. One thing I'm not a fan of is their strange elevator music playing in the store.

Up front I would like to say Simonds is a beautiful store with a knowledgable and courteous staff. A couple of times a garment I wished to buy was not available. The staff on one occasion got my purchase delivered to me with in a few days. On another occasion I found a shirt that was not in stock but I noticed the Mannequin in the store display had my size. With in 15 minutes they had a store decorator arrive to take the shirt off the Mannequin. Simonds seems to understand the meaning of old fashion service and I give them full marks

The selection of clothes was good but service wasn't the greatest. Partner tried to buy a men's dress shirt and wanted to open it up (undo the pins-there was no packaging) to get an idea of the size. It's been a while since he last bought a dress shirt and COVID lbs added so he didn't want to guess and go back and forth to the fitting room. A lady approached us and rudley barked that he shouldn't do that and go to the fitting room. When he tried to explain that he didn't even know where to start re: size, she just kept on ordering him to use the fitting room. She did not offer to help him find his size. Disappointing experience. The gentleman at the fitting room as well as the seamstress there were nice but the first sour taste left by the first rude lady were hard to shake.

I love their sunglasses! The quality is great and long lasting. Simons accessories are good and they have huge variety. Clothing is good too

Ordered some items 2 weeks ago! Still hasn't shipped according to the tracking number provided. Called and customer service did not provide any answers or actual help. This is ridiculous. Hopefully they will see this and actually do something about my order. This is my go to store, but that might change.

It use to be My number one store to go for but I feel like over the years it's a bit too expensive but it's still nice to go once in awhile to get 1 2 thing or to just look at nice fits it's a vibe to just have a walk around

One of my favourite clothing stores to shop. Lovely layout, well lit space, and well organized, so much to see. They have styles for all ages and occasions with plenty of accessories. Overall very chic. The quality impresses me each time. It's always a pleasure to shop here.

For a department store, it doesn't feel like that! Each corner has their own flare and style and feels very unique. It's very well spaced out and their styles are all very reasonable. Home, women's clothing on the lower floor, men's upstairs with the bathrooms up stairs for access. Nice convenient waiting spot upstairs as well if you want to sit and wait on people. Everything is nice and organized/tidy as well. Store is very well lit and doesn't feel overwhelming at all. Staff are very knowledgeable in their section and gives great recommendations! You can also order to the store for pick-up as well!

I'm super impressed with the customer service team! I had placed an order for delivery and im my excitement I did not fill out my address correctly. Turns out, the pair of boots I ordered were the LAST in my size. I thought for sure I was out of luck and would recieve a refund, but the customer service team took my correct address and will be sending me the same package once they recieve it back from Canada Post. Thank you!

One of my favorite stores to shop at. They have solid sales and a great mens selection which is nice. The staff is always very helpful and kind as well.

Horrible clothing in a terrible layout. Nothing like the fun shopping experience it used to be at the Montreal location. Walked out without buying anything.

I discovered Simon's year ago when I moved from Vancouver to Montreal for my work. The company I worked for was literally across the street on St. Catherines. It was a true shrine to everything European. The biggest surprise was how much space was devoted to men! I only ever saw that in London. The biggest drawback to the Simon's here is, its not here, its in Square One, downtown Mississauga! It's smaller then Montreal, much smaller and a bit pedestrian. The first store Simon's built outside Quebec was in West Edmonton mall. It looked like a futuristic airport, long sleek and surprising gorgeous. Even the outside of the Edmonton store has details of sculptured metal!

Am abit disappointed in the online shopping, if you guys claim the shipping is free.why am been taxed on Gst + Hst combined in the final bill.cus look 135 + hst (as they say comes to $152) that means am paying 13% on the merchandise, meanwhile ur not showing market strategy to the customer.do the math urself and see $135×13%=152.that's $17.5 dollars tax which is equivalent to 13%. So where is the feee shipping in the AD. ‍️‍️? ‍️‍️‍️‍️DISAPPOINTED

Not honoring mask exemption, the mask bylaw allows for mask exemption, the manager and staff here cant seem to comprehend. What a joke.the mall itself doesnt have the same problem.

This store is very well laid out, the home section has a wide variety of style to surely please everyone. I always find new things to buy. Large selection of clothing and accessories. Men’s clothing is upstairs and women’s downstairs. The change rooms are great and very spacious. Currently with restrictions the store is not overly busy which is nice too!

Have been going here since they opened back in 2016. It has become the only store that I shop at on the regular to be quite honest. What I love about it is that they have a nice selection! Looking for some fast fashion? They got it! Looking for more of a brand-name item (casual, dress, athletic, street) ? They have it! Looking to bless yourself and get some designer drip? They ALSO got it! Plus, they always have great deals on items that it is so hard to not fight the urge to pick something up! Definitely a must-shop if your nearby Square One

Ordered 2 t-shirts and one of them came with 2 stains. I excused it at first glance. I wash my clothes before wearing so I gave the store the benefit of the doubt. After the first wash the stains are still there. One of the 2 stains is very visible on the right side chest portion of this shirt. It looks bad. I am disappointed in my first time purchase with La Maison Simons.

Super well organized and clean. The wait time was about 20 minutes to get in. Great selection, but sizing could be more inclusive.

I have been ordering online with Simons and have been so impressed with their customer service and quality of goods! So happy to have found a Canadian company that delivers quality merchandise at a fair price. Contacted their customer service and was able to speak with an associate in under a minute! That is quite an accomplishment in these times! Highly recommend!

One of the best retail locations in Canada! It's huge with a floor just for women and one just for men. Can't go wrong here.

Be careful with returns/exchanges. I'm super disappointed that when they sent me a damaged product, they told me (written in an email) to reorder a new one and that I would be reimbursed for the shipping fee afterwards. I reordered the item and it was sent out right away. Unfortunately now they say that it shipped so fast, so they can only provide me with a store credit? This was my 4th order, I am a repeat customer. Super disappointing, I thought I found a new go-to shopping resource for my whole family but going back on your written word really doesn't work for me.

It's nice to have La Maison Simons outside of Québec! I wish they opened a store in the Oshawa Centre where the old Sears used to be!

Amazing customer service! There was an error on my receipt that I didn't notice until I got home. They were able to sort this out over the phone/email, which was fantastic because I don't have a car or live anywhere near the store, so it would have been a huge pain for me to go back.

Though La Maison Simons (or Simons as most people commonly know of it) has surely established itself as a force outside of its home base - Quebec.

While it has been here for some time at the Square One Mall in Mississauga, it was not until recently that I had visited the store for the very first time.

What impresses you as soon as you enter is the sheer size of the store. It must be covering quite a few hundreds of square feet. The white interior give the store a great look and the aisles of skus organized are done in a very well thought out manner. The cleanliness, the quality of items displayed, the manner in which they are displayed, the unobtrusive manner in which their staff is around to help you.they all make the shopping experience at this store a memorable one.

One only hopes they will keep up this standard for long.

The Store is Amazing! The Staff, The Clothing and Accessories. Its All Just Perfect. I love to do the online shopping and ship to store for x2 the points. The staff who work at the Customer Service Desk are Amazing! Online orders are shipped and ready for pickup within less than 5 days usually. Once I arrive I browse around to see if I can find anything extra, then bring all of it up to the customer service area, pick up my online order. Try anything I need on right then and there - they have 2 changing rooms. If I need to return anything its done easily and if I want to purchase anything extra that was picked up along the way, I can as well. Always Friendly, Always Tentative. I will shop here forever if I can. Just Perfect!

Love the ambience and atmosphere of Simons as well as the way the store is laid out. I got my winter boots and jackets from this store in addition to a few sweaters, and price point wasn't too bad at all plus there's always a sale going on. Just finished getting some good deals on Christmas gifts in their home section.

The staff are also friendly and helpful. Have no issues going back to this store in the future.

I love this store! Great staff, great service and great collection! I love the clothes and the European style! There's a lot of different options!

Simons isn't your run-of-the-mill department store - it has arguably the most diverse selection of fashion and housewares in Square One. They specialize in original and exclusive styles; from haute couture and premier European-themed design wear to more common brands as well as their own in-house fashion lines (le 31, djab, twik, etc.).

Overall, it's a great place to shop for unique Christmas gifts - and they have some simple yet gorgeous gift boxes, too.

This is great store, I love the European flare of the clothes. The selection is very youthful, and colorful. I go my loyalty card even if the store is in Square 1, so every time I come to Mississauga I try to pass by.

I am a regular customer at Simons and while their customer service has always been good, this weekend two of their employees went above and beyond to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Gulabi Mohammad Ali and Danial Hassan helped me mend a hole in the last sweater in my size and even remove the patchwork right on the spot in less than 5 minutes. They both went out of their ways to create an immediate solution so that I could purchase the damaged sweater that they knew I needed for the beginning of the week. Thank you both for being so knowledgeable and helpful - I look forward to seeing you again!

If you like a little bit of different things then I suppose this is the place. I found things to be a little bit expensive.

Store with it's own style, both high end and common fashion available, don't forget to checkout the men's department. I wish Simmons will reopen the restaurant.

I love this store! Plenty of options for men, women, androgynous, and other folk. Affordable as well as high end brands. Stylish and classic styles. Wide range of sizes. Unique patterns and designs. A small variety of home goods. Their online shopping is also very good. Highly recommend this place for both work and casual clothing.
