I was looking for a local salon near me that was affordable yet up to date with the trends and I’m so happy to have found Neha @ La Moz on Tiktok! I was able to book an appointment the day of for a haircut and my experience with her was better than the overpriced salons I’ve been to before. She was very professional and kept me in the loop during each process of my cut. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience at this place doing a balayage. I was attended to by Mo when I called to book an appointment, he told me what to expect from hair colouring as a first timer and it helped clear a lot of confusion. Neha was the fantastic lady who would colour and style my hair. She was very forthcoming about what I should expect and told me what she was doing to my hair every step of the process. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted, and she gave me her professional opinion on what she felt would best suit me, having been in the industry 12+ years. She also spent extra time to ensure my hair turned out exactly how she envisioned and I wanted. In addition to delivering exactly what promised, the staff at La Moz are also very hospitable, friendly and easy going. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and going back in the future!

Just teasing. I have long dirty blonde hair and I had a balayage with a cut after a long time between my last one (10 months?). Neha takes the time to listen to her clients and ensures they have exactly what they want while also educating them regarding exactly what she is doing. She accomplished this while also being extremely quick and efficient and producing elegant and skilled results. I am beyond impressed. Will most definitely be back…sooner!:)

What I described in words was actually not what I was showing her in photos so she helped me understand what I actually want. Now I have the right description. She fixed my balayage with highlights and added the perfect ash toner. I absolutely love the colour and the cut. Got some great advice along the way too.

Also it was great to be able to make the appointment online. Then just confirmed over the phone that I did book the right service. This is not a place where anyone will be judged or feel out of place. Very welcoming and friendly. Prices are stated on their site so no surprises there.

The entire experience from start to finish is always superb. Mo's always insightful, understanding, and patient when discussing what type of hairstyle I need. The atmosphere is professional with the warmth of a family-friendly vibe.

Mo is really talented and professional. He gave me the great hairstyle which suits my face shape.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEAE DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING WORK WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really had worst experience with them. I booked an appointment for hair colouring and hair cutting. I told their staff over the phone that I am not sure what I will be getting because I do not have much budget because I am also studying. So if they can tell me prices in advance, I can decide. She said “oh no no, you can decide once you will be here”. When i went there, she told me prices which could fit my range. I told her that lets do hair cut this time and hair colour next time, when i will get paid.
They all started blaming me that I blocked their time. One of the guys said charge her full does not matter what she is getting. WORST WORST EXPERIENCE.
I just left from there without getting anything.
The owner reply is completely wrong that he said for deposit or something. There was worst customer service. Everyone started making faces and I felt so bad that I cannot even express. They kept saying… so that how you wasted our time. They can make anything now what they want to. But thats what happened at that time and I hope NO ONE WANNA EXPERIENCE THAT.

Neha is an excellent hair stylist. An expert when it comes to colouring hair! Very happy with my second balayage done by her. Consistently very impressed by her!

Very bad experience. They treat customers by their appearance if you look reach they will give you more attention and vise v + as soon as new customer comes they don’t care about the existing one and try to catch the new customer if your service is done properly or not.
Trust me she was done with my eyebrows threading in within 1 mnts Cos she was rushing for another customer, my eyebrows was a mess that day

I was nervous at first to try a new salon but the staff was so welcoming and kind! I had my hair cut done by Neha who gave me wonderful hair advice along with a perfect style for me 10/10 would recommend

This is the only time I remember ever having a pleasant experience getting my haircut. I highly recommend. Mo is very nice guy. I am an introvert and super socially awkward, but still I had a nice conversation with him and I felt very comfortable throughout my experience.

I went in and gave him super vague instructions and a photo off my phone. Then he cut my hair and beard and gave me one of the best cuts I ever had. I will be back from now on.

I highly recommend la moz for waxing in GTA. Ms. RITIKA was the one who did excellent service. 5 stars are not enough for her, well she deserves much more than 5*. She is pretty young and well experienced girl, i ever met in this profession.

I have noticed that people only address the services but not the cost. I cannot help but think that 90% of the reviews are family, friends and fake customer reviews.
I recommend someone there and the prices varied
compared to the quote provided, the person would never go back.totally ripped off. I was very disappointed by the shadiness based on the outrageous cost. And it cost that person $60 less for the same service at a professional Italian salon.
If you notice there are no posted price at the salon for the services that is provided, that says it all.

My husband and I used to go to 1 hairdresser in downtown for over 15 years. He stopped cutting hair so we were looking for the right hairdresser. We were nervous. At this place, they eased our nervousness, asked right questions, got to kniw our hair and did a great job as if they knew our hair forever! Very impressed.

BEST HAIRCUT IVE HAD EVER, every single bit about this place shocked me, it felt hella comforting and professional, the person cutting my hair was telling me stuff straight and making sure it turned out well, he took his time and actually made it better than the picture I showed him. It was an amazing place, and I’m going to go there again, he also help teach me a bit about how to style my hair, 10/10, amazing people and shop

From the moment I walked into this place, the vibe was so chill and positive. I came here because I saw the reviews that the hairdressers know what they're doing here. By the end of my haircut, I couldn't agree more.

I showed Neha a video of what I wanted my hair to look like and she did exactly that. She told me what her process was, so that I know what was happening. And she continuously checked in with me to see if I was okay with the length, cut, etc, as she was cutting my hair. I was so amazed when I saw what my hair looked like at the end and couldn't stop smiling.
