They've been super polite and helpful during every interaction I've had with them. My orders are shipped promptly when the items are available, and well packaged/packed. I recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with my recent guitar purchase. I received regular updates on delivery and received the guitar without any issues. My Yamaha Pacifica 611HFM is an outstanding instrument with quality, playability and features well beyond guitars that are priced much higher.

Inquired on this beauty little Gretch G9126-ACE and received a super prompt and informative response. Item was not in-stock in store, but was readily available to order. Shipping ETA, cost and service all exceeded my expectations. It came earlier then expected and has been a blast to play around with.
