Just had my Saeco machine repaired- great service and done in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable on parts and service and which machines hold up well Would strongly recommend for repairs and new espresso machine purchases

We have been very happy customers of both La Strada's Oakville locations; Oakville for sales of their excellent coffees, and Etobicoke for reliable service. Their service far surpasses that of our previous service provider, and we are always dealt with in a very professional manner. I recently purchased a new machine because my previous Saeco machine, which we loved, was approximately 15 years old or more, and needed parts that were on indefinite back-order or simply unavailable. Although he is quite busy, Redi very patiently took the time to explain the challenges in getting parts for such aged equipment, if you can get them at all. After so many years of serving up great quality coffee, our Saeco machine owed us nothing, so it was not hard to make the decision to purchase a new machine from La Strada, knowing that we would be in good hands in future. I believe you have to take the negative reviews here with a grain of salt.no matter how much logic you share with some people, they simply will not understand and will let their emotions get the better of them. I would not hesitate for a second to give my fullest recommendation for dealing with La Strada, as we happily continue to do.

After more than 12 years of having my Saeco machine serviced by La Strada, I figured it's time to leave a review. I love the shop and Redi (the owner) is truly knowledgeable about his business. From the first time I walked into the shop, I've never gone elsewhere.and I even buy my coffee from him.

Unfortunately, due to the age of my machine (~ 15 years), shortage in parts and service backlog, I didn't get it serviced this time. Just like any appliance, if you have it long enough, the parts become discontinued and it gets harder and harder to get it serviced. That being said, Redi suggested I keep showing the machine some TLC and even gave me some grease for the brew group.

The fact that he's never tried to upsell me to a new machine is only one of the reasons why I'll be purchasing my next one from La Strada. I've recommended the shop to others in the past and will keep doing so. Thanks, Redi!

La Strada made my day! I was missing coffee from my Saeco machine too badly. Required detail was replaced in seconds, with several pieces of good advice how to prevent problems in future.

Looking forward to try their coffee beans as well

Called two weeks ago and asked if they can repair Seaco. Yes, drop it off anytime. Two weeks later I cal to make sure, no answer but the message was 'we repair, no appointment necessary". I go to drop off my machine and the man says no they are not repairing. I said a lady who answered said it was ok a couple of weeks ago, he says 'what lady? '.
Personally I think they don't know how to run a business. I will never shop there.

Very rude in my opinion. I go to espresso planet in mississauga but I have to thank him cause now I fix my own machine by watching how to videos on YouTube. Take care.

This is my second service at La Strada. I really appreciate their quick turnaround. They don’t only fix my machine but they tune it up as well. I like how they always give you the parts they replaced when you pick up your machine. Definitely recommend you give them a try.

La Strada management were great and very helpful, they know there coffee. I took in my machine to be repaired but was beyond repairable for the cost involved so, I ended up buying a refurbished Saeco Exprelia, what a machine and so simple to use once all is set up. Thanks again and look forward to replenishing my coffee stock on a regular basis.

I needed service on my Dedica recently and decided to give this place a go. My machine was not pulling shots and was sluggish. I left the machine at the beginning of the week by Wednesday it was estimated and a day later it was ready for pick up. The owner took the time to explain what was happening and gave me great tips on how to better maintain it. I have had the machine back form service a few weeks now and my coffee shots are consistent.

I purchased a new machine from Etobicoke location, their after sale service is excellent. The person I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend the place.

I went to the store in the hopes to purchase a machine and had a lot of questions since these are an investment. I'm sure they're all quality machines but the owner was quick to shut me down because he is "very busy. " That's fine, I'll take my business elsewhere.

This is not a fake review, please reflect on your actions as a business owner instead of calling me feedback fake. I've never posted for you before, I am not sure what you're basing that on.

The owner (Reddy) is extremely rude, condescending and short with people. I gave him a business of $500 under 5 minutes back in April for the Saecco Odea Go Machine. The machine is great but it came with no manual, he told me to print a manual at home. About two weeks ago I started to have problems with the machine, I agree that there has been negligence on my part, but Reddy has to understand that he is the service industry and he needs to have people's skills to deal with customers. In the past week and a half he has yelled at me twice, hung up on me and pretty much told me to leave his store. All of this happened while I am being polite, patient and respectful. He does not want to hear a word other than what he has to say.

My values and upbringing does not allow me to match the tone of an elderly. He has definitely taken an advantage of it. There are more reviews on yelp that will tell you the same. He complained about how busy and over worked he is, well maybe he needs to open for more hours than 12-5 and on not close on the weekends, or hire some help or even better - retire.

End of the day you have to remember that you are in the service industry and you can not treat people who give you business so poorly.

**** You sold me an amazing product, no doubt, and yes I am going to accept my responsibility, I am an adult, not here to shift blame. However, you were incredibly rude and impatient with me and told me multiple times that I am wasting your time. I spent $500 at your shop, I am not wasting your time. Other people have said the same thing about your mannerism on yelp.

And no, I will not be coming back. Getting humiliated by you twice after giving you business is more than enough. I will go else where even if it costs me. Good luck. I hope this will cause you to reflect on your actions and not repeat them.

Took my DeLonghi coffee machine in last week due to a small water leak, dropped it off 2 days later got a call to pick it up all fixed, minor repair very reasonable price. He spent more time talking with me on how to use the machine etc than the repair took. Would highly recommend him again

A friend recommended taking our Saeco machine to La Strada after another company was unable to repair our machine properly. We easily booked and paid the initial cost of the service appointment online due to covid. Drop off was very smooth and I went through a quick recap of the issue with the owner. By the next business day, we got a call explaining exactly what was wrong and approved the repair. A few days later we picked up the machine and they even gave us the old parts back, which I appreciated given the issues we had with the other company. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the quick, professional and knowledge staff at La Strada! Thank you our machine is working once again!

My Saeco Exelcis was leaking so I brought it to la Strada for service. Within the week it was diagnosed and determined it required a new pump and grinder.
My machine is about 8 years old. Other than the leak I did not think it was not performing well and making good espresso. I was very wrong.
I got home after picking it up from la Strada and tried my first espresso. It had to be one of the best espresso shots in nearly 8 years. I think it might be even better than when it was new.
To top it all off La Strada polished it to look like it was new.
I could not be happier with the care and repair that La Strada did with my daily espresso maker.
I would not go anywhere else now.
Trust me La Strada is the real deal.

I brought my machine to a bigger competitor. They turned me away, saying it couldn't be fixed and then attempted to sell me a newer model.
I wasn't done with my Saeco!
Tried LA STRADA and the owner is an amazingly helpful person. Of course, La Strada was able to fix it and in record time as well. Excellent customer service. I am 100% loyal to La Strada now. Once this one is completely done, I am going back to purchase my next machine at La Strada! Thank you La Strada!

La Strada is not the biggest place in the GTA to buy a coffee machine or have your current machine repaired but, based on my recent experience, it stands head and shoulders above the other places that sell or service machines from Saeco, Gaggia, DeLonghi, Jura et cetera.
The owner, Redi, is a gentleman of the first order. He is knowledgeable and very service oriented. We brought our 4-year-old Saeco Royale (purchased in Woodbridge) for repair after the store that sold it to us advised it was not repairable. Wrong. La Strada has an excellent repair person named Eugene and a good parts supply. Our machine was returned to us in as new order in less than two weeks for a price that was a very pleasant surprise.
For the record, we also considered a new machine. Redi was patient in explaining the pros and cons of the various brands and models. We appreciated the knowledge and advice he so generously provided. I had many questions, and each was answered in an understandable way. The pricing is very competitive.
I have no problem endorsing this business without any hesitation. They service what they sell in an honest and complete way that one simply seldom finds today. It is well worth the effort to search out La Sttrada in Etobicoke.

This is the best place to buy an expresso machine. I am a careful shopper and I went to a number of high end kitchen stores and I felt that I was getting no where. When you are buying an expensive piece of equipment you really want to deal with someone who knows both coffee and the ins and outs of the machines. I dealt with Redi Ionica the founder and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable because they service what the sell and they only carry machines that they have 100% confidence in. Their prices are good and the advice is you get is top notch. I bought a Delongi Magnifica S from La Strada and we have been very pleased with the purchase. Highly recommended.
