Went in and received no help or greeting from the two employees working. Found what I was looking for on my own as I had done some searching online prior to, but every piece I was interested in at the store had large runs or pulls in the fabric. I let the employee know who was intermittently working the changeroom and she offered to check in the back, but when I came out of the change room with the pieces I wanted, I couldn’t find her at all. I put the pieces back, left with nothing, and ended up buying everything online when I got home.

Rude rude lack of personal service was in store around noon ask if this bra came in a different size she looked at me and said did you see it l said no then she said well guess not I ask if it could be anywhere else she said well you could go look.l bought a lot of items before but never again in that store

I returned 2 items today which bought them 10 days ago. They had the tags on and never worn. The cashier smelled and had a reaction as if they were worn and used. This behavior is rude and not accepted. I had the right to return and the tags were on. Please advise your staff to show some respect

Kind of expensive but God it's worth it. Victoria's secret pretends to be this lush, fancy store but the bras and panties, never last. I don't know what they make them with paper maybe? La vie en rose is good quality, so you know it well last you and the people there go above and beyond to help, with a smile of there face.

Bad store. Bad customer service. But if you’re looking to waste your time, check it out!

Asked if they carried my size (36DDD) and was told no, but every manufacturer is different so why not get sized. Clerk measured me and determined my size at LVR is a 34D. Guess what? 34D ≠ 36DDD for LVR (or any manufacturer).

If the point of measuring is to determine size, shouldn't doing so accurately determine size? Instead of being told that LVR was a store that would not fulfill my current needs–exactly what was needed for truth and, frankly, good customer service–I was measured, given a sales pitch on several different types of bras, had bra maintenance bra-splained to me, and then tried on a series–after the D-cups didn't fit, I was brought a few DDs–of ill-fitting, uncomfortable, unattractive, and ultimately humiliating bras.

La Vie en Rose does not carry 36DDD so don't let them lure you in if that's what you're looking for.
