Products are good but management is horrible to their staff!

I was shopping earlier this month, this lovely newer associate was so welcoming and sweet, she helped me find everything I needed. You can imagine my shock when someone on their management team was berating her for not folding something in a different section while she was trying to help me in the change room! I’m not sure what the managers name is, but she has a tall slender build with short blonde hair. When I came out of the change room she looked like a ghost when she saw I overheard. Absolutely a horrible way to treat your staff! Do better!

I am a regular customer but today i had the worst experience. I was trying a few things and one of the strap broke for an item. I hadn’t even had it on yet and it was not my fault so i asked the girl if they have the same one in the same size (medium) and she said no. And literally there were 2 more mediums in the same item i wanted. I got it but they were kinda making fun of me. I felt bad about it.

Gorgeous designs for a decent price, and amazing customer service from Jaden! Been having some body confidence issues recently but she helped me feel beautiful again!

I came to the store dreading bathing suit shopping with my new enlarged covid body. Lynn made it an amazing and positive experience. So much so that I came back a few days later to be fitted for a bra. Lynn tirelessly brought me different styles and sizes til we got the perfect ones (swimsuits and bras). I came away with 2 swimsuit tops and 2 bras and 6panties. I'm ready for my honeymoon/birthday trip.
Thank you Lynn and also the team who were all encouraging also.

All the staff were kind and friendly! They helped a lot when trying on swimsuits and bras, to get different sizes. Store had a good selection as well.
