La Vie en Rose Conestoga Mall

There are at least 6-8 girls there but no one welcomes you since they're busy chatting with eachither. They don't even look at you or ask what you're looking for and if they can help you.

While in the fitting room they were not around to help me with the size and when I left again nobody looked at me and they were laughing and chatting with each other.

It's the second time this happens to me.

Will never come back to this location. I'll go to fairview mall instead since the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Poor customer service from the head of staff at this location. Should learn how to treat customers in a better way.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Walked around the store for 15 minutes, confused and looking for something in particular without a single sales person helping. They say behind the desk and gossiped and weren’t even phased by me walking out of the store.

I went in a few weeks to return pajamas that I received for Christmas, with the receipt. The lady told me I could get something else or just put it back on a gift card. I grabbed some cute pajamas in my normal size, exchanged them and left. When I tried them on at home they didn't fit like they normally do so I went back about a week later on my lunch break to just put it on a gift card and come back when I had time to try things on.

The woman at the desk had a miserable look on her face when I walked to the counter. She was shorter, brown hair in a top bun, heavier set, and cranky. I explained what happened and what I would like to do. She brashly told me there was no putting it on a gift card since I'd already exchanged them. I had to either get something else or keep what I had. I told her I was never made aware by the initial employee that I had one shot at getting the gift card or I would have asked for it the first time. She implied that I was lying.

I found her demeanor and behavior to be appalling. I stopped myself from pointing out her obvious lack of business sense by treating customers so rudely. I later found out that her name was Shelley and she is a District Manager! I have dealt with other employees here that have been more than friendly and helpful, which is the only reason this rating is not a 1. It seems this company doesn't understand who to promote and who to leave behind the scenes stocking shelves after hours!

If you see this woman behind the cash when go in, just walk by and try another day, so your day isn't ruined!

Really bad experience: Last friday (21 Jan 2022) night we bought, 4 pyjamas for my wife. After she reached home, realized that she need smaller size of those. Then we went on saturday morning to exchange all 4 pyjamas with a smaller size. Store Manager asked to pay 6 dollars extra. Even she does not have the courtesy to explain why she needs to charge this money. She said last night one of the store staff applied Virgin VIP offers 10% and now she want to charge me 6 dollars. If the system won't allow to add the discount, then how the employee put the discount on friday. She did not applogize, rude attitude, never gonna go to this store again. If they added discount, it is not my fault to pay back during the time of exchange. No more this store.

Wouldnt return because it was past the reutrn date even though with the pandemic, the too small Christmas present had not been gifted until after that date had passed. A gift receipt is useless if its only good for 30 days from the purchase. Say goodbye to one of the few people who shop at your store anymore

Fabulous service. I had a very frustrating experience today, trying to find a bra at the Bay. Said eff it and left, seeking help at La Vie en Rose. Here I found VERY helpful staff; specific shout out to Sarah! She was able to help me get measured and find what I wanted within minutes. I don't care about prices when the service is amazing. These girls are great and I will definitely be returning in future.

I wouldn’t recommend La Vie the manager is so cruel and nasty with a bad attitude and Chip on her Shoulder and is very heartless and has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Horrible service and cheap clothes. Such a scam no help rude employees. I bought some slippers and a shirt as a Christmas gift and my friend didn't want it so we went too return it. The said they were busy and made us leave the store. Again some days later and the people were so rude we wait five minutes to be served while the employees talked to each other. The refund date had passed so we had to exchange it but the price had gone down. I bought the shirt for 45 dollars and the slippers for 15 now they gave us 20 dollars to exchange with. Such a scam! The lady was so rude and unpleasant, had no patients and never apologized. We went to two La Vie En Rose stores and the same thing happened. I am NEVER going to buy from there ever again. Worst experience ever and a totally scam of a business. Never again.

I received very bad customer service and felt extremely uncomfortable at this store. The workers were too “over the top” and didn’t give me my own space. I was very disappointed and humiliated.

Terrible customer service. On my first visit, as I was attempting to find bras, the person helping me simply said "I can't find that size" and walked away, without offering to look in the back. I went elsewhere and found great help and better options for my size. Thinking I'd give them a second chance with swimsuits, a fitting room was set up with some items for me, yet one of the staff members nearly walked in on me because she didn't give me the chance to say it was occupied and there was no indication left on the outside of the door saying someone was in there! She gave a quick apology, but I received no further assistance. When I left the fitting room I had every intention of buying the 2 swimsuits in my hand but when I didn't receive any help before cashing out, I put them back and left without anyone noticing. They've lost a sale twice because of poor service.

Last couple times I went to this location the staff weren't very helpful and were borderline rude. The knickers I bought almost immediately started to shed elastic threads.

Got 3 high waist panties here, first wash a lot of colour came out into the water, after drying them I thought it would be ok to wear one of them. But not, worst part came, it literally dyed my skin which makes me very upset and decide not to wearing them. The next day I tried to return them to the store, but got refused by the manager who said nobody reported any problems with these panties. I was thinking how about I report this to you right now? I really think they should treat customer in a more professionaly way, they did not even try to compensate my loss or offer any solution, they leave me no choice but leaving the panties in the store, simply because I don't want my skin be dyed again. Bad shopping experince with this store.

Nice store for the females out there but sad no mens wear anymore i have bought many breifs and boxers here un the past and quality was excellent.bring the mens stuff back
