La Vie en Rose Fairview Park Mall

This store doesn’t deserve a single star. Poor staff, disappointing customer services. They don’t know how to talk to customer especially their manager. She changed her statements within a second and misbehaved with me and my entire family. When I ask her name she refused to tell me and said “you can’t get me fired”
Their telephone customer service is equally pathetic, they took ages to respond to my query.

Sarah, the Assistant Manager enthusiastically spent the time helping my 87 year old Mother find exactly what she needed in preparation for an operation she was having. She hadn't purchased a new bra in a number of years, and Sarah assessed her needs, measured her up and went the extra mile to ensure she was well prepared and happy as well. We haven't experienced customer service like thus in a very long time. Thanks Sarah for a great shopping excursion!

I was in a desperate situation and needed a that would fit my specific needs. Victoria was the best sales person I have ever met. She was very patient and kind. I lost count of the amount of bras I tried on but she didn't stop trying until I found the perfect bra and colour. I really appreciate her assistance and wonderful custome service. Very rude staff. Just kept me asking if I was doing ok at the beginning and when I asked some questions, the reaction changed immediately.she gave a look that was totally unacceptable and uncomfortable. I love the brand but would not go to this location again.

Praise was good I bought an outfit to go on vacation and loved it and it worked really well and the staff was super friendly and great service.

Today I visit there stor two ladies she laughing bcoz am not dress up and she’s both looks me again and again and laughing i feel so emotional I don’t know why people behave so rude There stor is so bad experience today I feel really bad my mind was so depressed today i had never experienced this in this store as i’ve only had positive experiences.it doesn’t make sense how someone who’s suppose to be helping me was making fun of me

Amazing service this morning. Forgot to catch the employees name. But she was the reason I made my purchase. And just in case the employee reads this, I was the customer that shares your birthday! *fist bump*

I love la vie en rose products as they are usually reliable and the quality is better than other stores. HOWEVER, the manager Lisa is extremely rude and unprofessional.
