I shopped there today had to wait too long to pay so left purchases and walked out. All of the young girls were so helpful my only complaint is you need two cash registers when busy. There were 3 employees standing by the other one but would not help. I like the selection but maybe step things up for check out, maybe that’s why you have so much stock left and why so many people shop online now.

I won't be shopping here anymore.

I feel super uncomfortable when there is a certain employee working. I won't use the dressing room to try on any items and I end up leaving.

Female intimate items like panties and lingerie should be sold by female associates. You shouldn't have to feel un easy because a store wants to be inclusive.

All 4 of the cashiers wouldn't leave me alone. I knew what I wanted, and what my size was, but while I was trying to do my thing they kept coming up to me. I know this isn't much of a complaint compared to the others, but there were many other customers who needed help more than I did. There was a mother helping her daughter get a new bra and all they did was sit, gossip/giggle for ten minutes instead of helping them when they needed it.

Idk If they still work there, but it's not a pleasant environment to go and get a bra in, the windows open to the food court being the icing on the cake. Don't get me wrong, I like all that they offer, but the environment is just as important as the product.

I got what I needed but the young girl who cashed me out seemed absolutely miserable, like she was being held against my will. The other girl who helped me try different bras was nice and helpful

Last week, I came to buy new stuff as I really like the quality and comfort. However, when I checked out, the cashier told me that they sold out all the bags and had nothing at all. My husband and I requested a few times as I am comfortable going out of the store, handling the lingerie. It's common sense. However, the cashier just gave us a look and even didn't try to help us at all and we felt helpless. This is unacceptable.

Heather was my savior today at La Vie en Rose She was kind and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Especially when requiring assistance shopping for more sensitive items, it meant the world that she was able to give me such a pleasant experience. 10/10 staff here.

The staff doesn’t seem professional and was judgemental. At one point felt like the staff (girls) was laughing and making fun. Gossiping. It was not pleasant and was totally unprofessional.

Excellent customer service, will return. Thanks especially to Pat at Brantford store, lovely woman and very helpful
