Today was my first time visiting La Vitalité Med Spa and to say the least, I had a wonderful experience. They were so welcoming, and made the little things count such as snacks ;) I had a hydrafacial and this is the best hydrafacial I have recieved. Every step is detailed with good quality products and machine. This included a shoulder, neck massage, red light therapy and a peeling mask. I had the most wonderful experience at La Vitalite Med Spa. Not only was the staff welcoming, friendly and kind but the clinic are spotless and gorgeous. I get the HydraFacial and Alumier Chemical Peel, my pimples and zits have faded and my blackheads / pores are much smaller. I had Hillary as my consultant and she was excellent. So professional, knowledgeable and gentle. She definitely went over and above to make my time there enjoyable. Highly recommend it!

I'm impressed with La Vitalite (and their promos!). I've been going here for some laser hair removal, hydrafacials and blemish lasers. I appreciate that you get a full skin assessment with an advanced camera in the initial consultation so you can see what your skin concerns really are.

The clinic is clean and staff is very friendly. Hilary goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable during your visit, and Nori and Cindy are wonderful estheticians. I've been well taken care of.

Their customer service is really nice, staffs are wonderful, but I have not benefited from my three of IPL sessions and hydrafacial.

This place is very accommodating with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They provide a wide selection of skin treatment and beauty services targeting different needs. It’s my go-to spot for laser hair removals and hydra facials. Highly recommend if you are looking for ways to pamper yourself.

Dodgy lazer hair removal practice

Paid for laser hair removal (6 sessions) usually they go over the selected area twice. This one time the technician didn’t go over the area a second time and I called her out for it. It was very obvious to me that she didn’t go over it twice and she wouldn’t admit to it.

Secondly the results are very inconsistent - in one area it seems to be working (albeit a limited amount) And then in another it’s like I never got any treatment. They use a very low frequency to get you to come more or buy the unlimited treatment option. After spending all that time and money it had a very small impact on the treatment area - it’s almost like I never got anything done.

Would not recommend for laser hair removal.
Also the aesthetician rudely recommended other treatment options like Botox and filler (I came for laser hair removal) which is honestly a red flag for med spa. In this situation they could easily prey on insecure and unassuming girls to upsell them just to make a profit.

Professional service. I did skin resurfacing. My skin has never looked better. Perfect place to escape and treat myself.

I went in for PRP microneedling treatment and my results were really great! So far I had 2 sessions and going into my 3rd one the following week. The owner and staffs were really caring and understanding to my personal needs about my skin condition, and I would recommend going there again for other treatments like the hydra facial that I'm interested in trying!

I had the eyelash extensions with LV MedSpa, best experience ever! My eyes are very sensitive, but the glue they used is very safe. I didn’t felt any discomfort at all. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the decor here the moment I stepped in. The waiting area is carefully thought out and it immediately creates a welcoming and home feeling. I came here for lashes extension with my sister. We both went with the hybrid option. The outcome was as expected and It's absolutely gorgeous. The staff put in a lot of efforts to it and you can tell how much she cares about the end result.

Unfortunately, the lashes on my left eye didn't last as long as I had hope for. It was my fault as I rubbed my eye one night in my sleep. Woke up with sad lashes on my cheeks and Hillary offered to let me come in for a refill.

I am very satisfied with the end result. The lashes are really natural and light weighted like you don't even feel the weight on your eyelid but yet it gives to the look you want. Had an amazing facial treatment! The staff was very careful and detail oriented. They were keen to explain what each step was, and always made sure I didn’t feel any discomfort. The machines are amazingly high tech; one did deep cleaning and serum application at the same time. I walked away fresh and rejuvenated.

Having lived with acne for the better part of my life, I decided to book a consultation with La Vitalité Med Spa on the recommendation of a friend. I wanted to get rid of the acne scars and uneven skin texture on my face. The RF (radio-frequency) skin resurfacing treatment here really works! Skin is much smoother now. Very pleased with the results.

Came here for laser pigmentation treatment to remove dark spots on my face. The technician was kind and took her time with the procedure. Best of all, I immediately started to see the darkened spots falling off the next day. Will come back here again for future treatments!

I came here to do pigmentation removal treatment. The Esthetician here are very professional and caring, they were keep checking on me during the treatment in terms of intensity and temperature. After 5days of treatment, the small scar on the cheekbones began to fall off, and the color of the pigmentation was lightened by the naked eye.
