We received or chairs today! Everything we hoped for! Delivery men were polite, fun and took care on installation. Huge thank you to Debra in Newmarket for taking care of us and keeping us updated on delivery and making sure we had the chairs before Christmas! Alan and Karen took their time and basically I think we covered the whole showroom by the time I made my final decision as my list of “wants “ kept growing. Who knew I would spend 5-6 hours looking before making my final decision! Really appreciated Karen doing a floor plan and showing me how it would all come together and sending me home with a copy. Alan and Karen work well together and with me.

As an aside, checking out was a little slow. Alan and Karen work in design and sales respectively and this is what they do best. You need another staff member to put the sale through!

All in all, a good experience!

I had a wonderful sales consultant at the East Gwillimbury location named Teresa Mosaad who was extremely pleasant and patient. She helped me decide what pieces would be most appropriate for the space I needed and allowed me a lot of time and assistance to choose the right fabric from the assortment she provided. She was kind, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend her to anyone attending La-Z-Boy in Newmarket.

The staff (Teresa) at this store are amazing! Not pushy and very patient! She was wonderful to deal with and made recommendations that were always great! Highly recommend this store and I will definitely be back!

Alan at the Newmarket location greeted us within the first 5 minutes and asked questions that directed us to the correct area that we were looking for. He then left us to peruse the 4 to 5 chairs that he suggested. When we selected the chair we wanted, he gave us colour selection and wrote up the order for us. A warrenty was offered and because it covered both the motorization and fabric damage, my husband surprisingly took the offer. Alan was upfront with the delivery time frame so no disappointed delay will occur.
Overall, our experience was not a rushed sale nightmare. Thanks Alan for just enough prodding. Your experience was well noticed.

La-Z-Boy Newmarket was fabulous. My wife and I were looking for a new rocking/recliner for our nursery. Our sales representative, Alan, was an incredible salesman. No complaints. Shopping for a power lift chair and love seat recliner for my father's retirement residence room. Lots of choice. All models of power lift were on the floor to try. Endless choice of fabrics to have one piece match the other. Excellent choice of shapes and styles. Alan at the Newmarket store was great to work with. We also needed the pieces on a tight time line and it could have been very confusing but Alan smoothed things out. Alan also was very helpful in finding us savings. Overall very satisfied.

As soon as I walked in the newmarket store, I felt very welcomed by Al.he took me for a tour of the store and we went over the options that I was looking for. I found Al very informative of all the products. We discussed my needs and he showed me different options of what he thought I may be interested in. I shared with him that I have back problem and I was honestly quite surprised that everything he showed me would fit my condition perfectly he even explained what I should stay away from, as he felt it could not be the best fit for me. I honestly have never had such caring service from a sales person like I have from Al. I look forward to my furniture being delivered and enjoying it and I also look forward to going back to the Newmarket store and see what else Al has to recommend.

My husband and I are amazed with the customer service that we got from La-Z-Boy! We got our sectional (Paxton) and ottoman last week and we love both!

This all started with a flyer that said La-Z-Boy had a promo happening. We checked out the store and fell in love with Paxton, it's perfect for our theatre/movie area in the basement. Debra was so helpful and set up an appointment for us to meet their designer, Karin. She recommended rugs, pillows, card game table set and an ottoman. So easy working with both of them, no hard selling and impressed with the service they both provided. When our sectional arrived, it had 2 slight imperfections that La-Z-Boy fixed within 3 business days of the delivery.

We recently purchased a Colby Duo Sofa from La-Z-Boy in Newmarket, and Debra Rowley was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and the most delightful Sales Consultant to deal with! She walked us through the whole process; from available options to fabric selection right through to delivery (which is tomorrow!), and was very patient with us on numerous visits as we made our selections.
