Wonderful experience. Rafi approached us at the door and explained everything we needed to know. He gave clear directions, showed us pictures and models of couches we were interested in. A lovely experience all around!

Karan and Patrick have been fantastic, I was greeted at Lazyboy on Friday January 12,2024 by Patrick, advised Patrick I had to sort the issues out with the other furniture company, and would be back, in which he promised me not a worry, called me on Saturday, which unfortunately didn’t work out

On Monday evening I returned to Lazy boy where I was greeted by Karan whom was also just as helpful, and loyal, I advised I was dealing with Patrick and Karan said not a problem we can take care of you and our employees at the same time which to me meant everything. They don’t just look for the commission for themselves here, make sure your taken care of to the best of their ability and also look out for their employees, can’t ask better than that!

Thank you Patrick and Karan for all your help on assisting me with what I was looking for quickly and efficiently.

I’ll return again!

I am happy with my purchase, I am alarmed that I was asked to PAY to pick up my purchase.
I am a longtime Lazy-boy customer.
This is my last!
As I left the showroom they recanted.

Staff are polite and friendly, not pressured. They made the ordering process enjoyable.
Sharon and Karoline were a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to my new sectional and ottoman.
I would recommend this location.

Jim was amazing! He was able to help us select the prefect sofa for our home and provide a complete walkthrough of every feature that lazyboy had to offer! Highly recommend, can't wait for our new sofa to arrive.

Shortly after entering the store we were greeted by sales representative Sunny! She escorted us though the store to things we had seen in the flyer. Sunny then helped us pick out two chairs and a couch. Sunny took the time to show us colour swatches, answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable without judgement! What a great a experience! Thank You Sunny! You went beyond expectations!

CONSUMER ALERT!
If you decide to purchase a sofa bed from Lazy Boy, please consider this twice. I purchased my sofa bed from the Whitby store. BIG MISTAKE!
I bought the piece in October 2022, had it delivered on November 8th, 2022. Lazy Boy knowingly and deliberately sent me a moldy and ripped mattress. They don't care that this is a health hazard. When I contacted the Whitby store, I was told it's not their problem. They can't help me after the sale and I must contact Customer Care.
When you try to call them, you will get a recorded message to leave our information and they will get back to you within 48 hours.
As of this writing, I am still trying to get the moldy mattress replaced. Stan, the Customer Care representative is still telling me that "He's doing whatever he can to resolve it".
I bought the sofa bed for the simple reason that my family could come and stay with me over Christmas. As it was, I had to put them off since I could not have my family members sleeping on that ripped and moldy mattress.
Lazy Boy ruined my Christmas.
I will NEVER make a purchase from Lazy Boy again.

Decent store, good people, good selection. Pricing? That's questionable for sure. La-z-boy quality isn't what it used to be.
