I am so happy with the service. Mackenzie, you rock! I came into the store and never felt pressured or bothered by the staff. All of them were super friendly and helpful. It’s been close to a decade since I had to go furniture shopping. I went to a few other stores in the area and all of them were super pushy and overly exaggerated in their sales tactics. I was sick of hearing, “oh you like that piece? , I’ve sold a dozen this week, very popular item! ” Sigh…. None of that at la-z-boy! Thank you.

My mom and I went in to buy a couch and came out extremely satisfied. Mike helped us out right when we came and he was incredibly knowledgeable.

No pressure to buy and was very patient with all our questions. He took us around to different couches until we found the perfect one.

He even took the time to show off the pillows and self healing zippers. La-z- boy might be a little bit pricier than other stores, but it's always worth it. This furniture is made to last which you don't see alot of these days. Mike was truly amazing.

We ended up buying a sectional and I picked up a la-z-boy chair for myself. If you have pets or kids (or if you dont) this is the kind of furniture you're looking for! I just wish I had purchased my other couch from here. 11/10.

Such a large selection of excellent quality furniture

Both my husband and I had been looking for new furniture for so long with us both having back issues. It was hard to find something that would fit both our needs. We didn't think we would ever find anything, until we met our sales associate Mackenzie, she went above and beyond to help us find the living room furniture to meet our needs. We Definitely recommend her if your looking for that right piece of furniture for your home.

Sheila our sales rep greeted us right away as we entered the store. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what type of chair we were interested in. She showed us a variety of chairs and explained each chair’s details thoroughly along with showing us the operation of each one and how it would benefit our needs. We did not feel pressured to buy in anyway. When we finally chose the right chair for us, Sheila went above and beyond to ensure we had the right fit and fabric as well. Thank you Sheila. The staff at London Lazyboy were great! Starting with Mathew our Salesperson who directed us to the Promotions at the time and Store Manager, Melissa Clark who allowed us to pickup the Chair and Sales Manager, Renée Norbury who dropped off to us fabric yardage on her way to visit family.

Sheila is a very friendly, knowledgeable person who listens carefully to your ideas and spends time showing you a variety of options available to you. She has a good sense of colour and furniture style to help guide you in designing a ‘total room’ that you will enjoy!

It looks like I'm not the only one with service issues with this company. Our recliner that was a little over a year old broke. We had purchased the extended protection plan which is a complete waste of money as wait times to talk to an agent are ridiculous, wait times for a service call are unreasonable, when the guy finally arrived to look at it communication with him was next to impossible. I had already provided information to Decora (the warranty provider) regarding the issue, sent photos of the broken part as well as the manufacturing information required to order the part. The service guy did not have the part. All he did was take the information and take photos of what I had already given them. 2 months after the recliner broke with the footrest in the extended position, the chair is still unusable and our living room is a obstacle course. We are extremely disappointed in what we thought was to be a reputable company selling a quality product.

Sheila was so helpful and went out of her way to ensure I picked the right item and colour. Pick up was a breeze and accommodated my schedule. So easy! An enjoyable experience. Would recommend Sheila and her team to everyone!

Mackenzie was Great. Very knowledgeable and listened to our needs and wants. She showed us options and gave great design advise. Her no pressure sales approach was refreshing and respectful. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

La-Z-Boy delivered us a defective recliner and the technician was unable to fix it during his 3 separate visits. After changing the foam, the technician told us that the problem would reoccur in a year due to the fabric, and it did! Customer service is dismissing the fact that only ONE of the two recliners purchased causes back pain for anyone sitting in the chair. The pain stems from the large gaping hole in the chair, as well as the wood and metal that protrudes when sitting on the chair which customer service deems as “normal behavior” and "normal compression" of the foam. Our old recliners were comfortable after 20 years which is normal for us, and not 2 months! There is no Canadian head office and the office in the USA only redirects the problem back to the same customer service rep!

After completing a main floor renovation, my husband and I visited Lazy-Boy London in search of Living Room furniture. Mackenzie Shaw, sales consultant, expertly explained recliner and sofa functions at various price points. We felt very much at home as both of us took our time trying out the floor models.
Mackenzie informed us that inhouse design service was free of charge and could provide assistance with layout, style and colour scheme for our space. Sue, interior designer, gave excellent insight into fabrics, furniture size, addressing all of our end goals. The team work was exceptional from the inhouse visit to the instore 3D presentation of various layouts of our space.
Mackenzie kept in touch with us as we searched out comparative furnitures elsewhere.
The genuine customer service from this team, the desire to meet our expectations and budget with quality product, drew us back for a revised 3D look, incorporating two of our existing side tables. No ask was too great!
What more needs to be said, but that the customer does come first here. Our space is gorgeous and functional, one we couldn't even have imagined without Mackenzie and Sue.

MacKenzie was absolutely fabulous for me when picking out my new couch. She explained everything really well, made sure I was taken care of along the way, and made sure everything went smoothly! Could not recommend her more as a sales rep, and I’m so glad I had the pleasure of working with her. She made the visit 5 stars for me!

Bought hall cabinet which arrived with a broken leg. Within 30mins of delivery I called, emailed, and visited LaZboy to alert them of the issue and request a replacement/refund.

LaZboy refused to refund or replace, as casegood items are under a "repair only" policy. It has now been over two weeks, and I am still waiting for item to be repaired. I repeatedly asked for a refund since I did not even get a chance to use the item, but was repeatedly denied.

I expected better when dealing with LaZboy, but I learned my lesson and will no longer be purchasing from this company.
