They ordered the wrong finish for my ottoman to match my sofa and after being directed to the customer service line and sending numberous emails over the span of 3 weeks i get no response or resolution. Now im stuck with a $900 ottoman that doesnt match the rest of my sofa. I expect better service when paying such a high price for something and not bargaining for any kind of deal or discount.

Andrew (salesperson) was very helpful in assisting me in choosing a new recliner. He took the time to allow me to try chairs out and also brought out fabric samples that were what I was looking for. Looking forward to seeing the final product. With thanks!

Anet (Sales Consultant) and Catherine (Designer) were most helpful in selecting and designing our new furniture for the family room. It wasn’t easy as there so much product to look at in the store. We took our time and are more than satisfied with our decision

Great customer service all around. My sales associate was Hasan. He was outstanding. He made us all feel comfortable. Really listened to our needs first then made recommendations of which we loved most. Definitely go back there and def will work with Hasan again.

Came here to browse for new couches for my mom. Kamal was gracious in helping us find the right couch set. He guided us with the right measurements, colour, style and material (including the throw pillows). He also helped find the best deal and promotions for us.

His colleague, Catherine was able to compile a "virtual" set up of our living room on the big screen tv. It was easier for us to envision the layout of the chosen couch set.

All in all it was a smooth and effortless interaction. Very friendly and no pressure. Thank you guys for your help. Definitely buying future purchases here.

We bought two amazing couches from the Vaughan location we can't speak more highly of Hassan and his customer service. It's not often I would say I receive 5 star service but this fella does it.

Purchased a lift chair in Aug 2022. Was told by sales person, I could get a sales tax rebate if chair is for someone with a disability. I provided proof of same to store. Confirmed with sales person they received, and in progress -still nothing. The chair is OK, you may be able to find a similar chair elsewhere for less. Marketed as a premium brand, with a price to match. My experience was that only half of this is true.

Update June 2023. I received a call from their customer service folks- wanting to know what to with the refund. So after 10 months I finally did receive.

Ordered our second item from La-Z-Boy, the first being a couch and pair of recliners. This time we wanted a custom Dining Room set. Rosanna has been our Sale Representative and has been amazing both times. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Since this was a custom order, Kathryn, who is the interior designer at La-Z-Boy came to our house, (There was a snow storm the day Kathryn came, and that did not deter her.talk about service!) took numerous pictures and then arranged a meeting back at the store a few days later. Using the big screen monitor, at the store, we were able to review various options in tables, chairs etc, and were able to mix and match and see the final results on the screen in real time. This made selection of the final products so much simpler and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. Very highly recommended, I will not shop for furniture anywhere else, given the 2 fantastic experiences we had. Kudos to Rosanna and Kathryn, amazing support and service, and the quality of the items we purchased were excellent. Thank you!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A SOFA HERE.
We spent $2,700 on a sofa that a year later, doesn't hold its shape because it's filled with junky mismatched pieces of foam.

Every single cushion is misshapen because of this.

Worst customer service! Sales associate Anet was rude and was giving attitude! Lola (another sales associate) gave a price then changed the price when we wanted to go through with the purchase. She was pretty much forcing us to purchase the same day but I wasn’t sure about the spacing at my place. She was then forcing me to do a deposit!

Overall, I was really disappointed in the customer service! There are many ways to speak respectfully to customers!

"UPDATE: we got the manager involved.they brought it to their facility and now the chair seat is still on an angle, but they can't feel it? The mechanism, eventhough its a little better, still jerks while opening. They said it's up to their quality standards? Don't buy from them. I know I will never buy again from them. Hope this is helpful for you. "
Purchased a recliner chair and a half and a loveseat almost a year ago. Received it 9 months later and the chair, after 1 week of being used, the seat became uneven (sinking on 1 side) plus it started to make noises from the mechanism. Technician came and recommended La-Z-Boy to replace the mechanism, but the customer service department are telling me it's up with the LZB standard?
Very unhappy with quality and service received so far.
I do not recommend buying La-Z-Boy products or the extended warranty, which doesnt seem to do much.

We got a full set for our family room, and everything was fine except the sectional sofa that was not what we ordered. The stuff admitted their mistake, and after 6 month's with emails back and forth, they claim that it is our fault and refuse any dealing with it, beside the fact that we will never buy there again would not recommend this store to any one of my friends, their handling of our case was super unprofessional and on top of it very rude attitude.

Highly not recommended.

Today I called the store for my delivery. I spoke to a very rude angry lady who was very unprofessional. She was rude and angry and was very condensing. I don’t think the staff understand they have a job because of consumers. Learn some manners and if you don’t like your job work somewhere else.

The personalized service provided by Anet Landoi and the In-House designer Catherine was outstanding. They took the time to help us plan and purchase items for our new house that took advantage of size and colours to give us exactly what we were looking for. Couldn’t be happier with their service or the quality of the goods we purchased from La Z Boy in Vaughn.

We recently purchased a chesterfield and 2 reclining chairs from Lazy Boy Vaughan location. Since we hadn’t bought any new furniture in over 25 years we were not up to date with the latest styles and trends. We needed help for sure. Kamal was amazing and a great help to my wife and myself. Very patient and knowledgeable. He certainly knows the furniture your organization sells and has great taste when it comes to coordinating different styles and colours. He is a great asset to your firm. I have no doubt we will be visiting him again soon for additional furniture pieces. Thanks so much for all your help Kamal. See you in the near future. Sincerely

We purchased a brand new sofa and chair. The product arrived with no box, no plastic covering and a terrible chemical smell. We were told that delivering new items with no packaging was normal and the smell was off gassing and would dissipate over a few days. After several weeks the smell was still present. We could not handle the smell and requested a return or refund. Instead Lazy-Boy sent a cleaning service to deep clean the product. Still the chemical smell was present. We requested a return or refund and were told we had 2 options. Option 1, return our brand new product (less than 60 days old at this point) for floor models that had been in their showroom for who knows how long. Option 2 was a refund minus a 50% re-stocking fee. Buyers beware Lazy-Boy has a 48 hour refund policy, even if like us, you purchased their 7 year protection plan. We considered option 1 but felt we would never get any reasonable service in the future if they were not willing to help us when the product was less than 60 days old. So we opted for option 2 and took a $2300 loss.
