Austin contributed greatly to us finding and deciding on an excellent purchase which was pivotal finishing off our new living room. Great personality with high level interpersonal skills. He was very motivated to ensure we were happy with our purchase and was very honest in offering opinions regarding aspects of the purchase. We were impressed with his character and knew we were dealing with someone with integrity! He represented the company to a very exemplary level.

Cheap junk and the 7 year Zucora warranty is worthless! We bought a "leather" recliner in 2016 ($1330.98) from the Kitchener store. We were not told and didn't realize that "the parts you don't touch" are plastic. When the plastic deteriorates, the warranty won't cover the plastic.and yes, we submitted this before the 7 year warranty ran out. The furniture won't last long and is disposable. The sales staff said they would try to remember to tell new purchasers of this small detail.sure.

26Dec23: So I sent an email 07Dec23 2.53PM with all relevant information (scanned dated invoice, response from Zucora, photos - all dated before the "warranty" expired. I sent this to the email you specified. I haven't seen any response.

We appreciate Kayla's assistance in helping us purchase our living room furniture. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the product lines offered by La-Z-Boy. Kayla offered us very useful suggestions on different options available and which type of furniture would best suit our personal needs and our limited living room space. Kayla was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely go see her again for any furniture purchases.

Sales rep Jonathan took the time to guide us through the process of selecting a new couch/chair. Once he determined our style, we were given several options and Jonathan carefully explained the features and benefits of each to help us narrow things down. He had very thorough knowledge of the products. There was a lot of back and forth- Jonathan was very patient with us, even when it came down to selecting coverings. We worked him pretty hard, but he persevered.
Also, he noticed that were masked when entering the store and he did the same. Well done Jonathan!

This isnt specific to this location but about lazyboy in general, the rocking recliner are weak, they have a weak point that breaks constantly and the store can’t help you with it, you get sent to the warranty Center and you wait in line for techs and parts for months at a time while your expensive chair sit useless. It just broke a second time in the same spot, the warranty means nothing because the chair is useless half the time anyways

They do not honour their warranty. I purchased the set in Feb 2021 I have been trying to talk to a human for over a month to deal with a creaking frame on my reclining couch. I have been declined over email. The one service person who came to me said "you used it a lot, you shouldn't complain" normal use in the evenings after dinner and it's less than 2 years old.if they step up, this review will change.until then buy elsewhere

Bought the extended warranty and they used the “fine print” to get out of repairing my chair from a manufacturer defect. Beware don’t buy the extended warranty or they will scam you too.

Lazy boy is expensive but excellent quality. We have had out recliners for over ten years with no issues and we LIVE in them.

Nadia was extremely knowledgeable, informed helpful through out the complete experience from fist contact to the completed delivery.
We will look to Nadia for any future business we have.
I might add that Our contact with Nadia led us to believe she is a kind person in body and soul

I had a great salesperson named Nadia who was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was quick to get answers and very easy to deal with.i did most of my shopping with her over the phone. She used technology to communicate and send information which made it easy to do the transaction with her. Because of her attention to detail and her willingness to work with you on the pricing we purchased our piece of furniture. A few weeks later i went into the store and took my mom who was needing a new chair. Nadia made the experience extremely pleasant for my mom and helped her pick out the perfect chair she was looking for. Again she did what she could with the pricing and made the paperwork seamless. We have bought other furniture from her since and she will always be my first call when i'm thinking i might need a new piece of furniture.i have never had a salesperson so pleasant and easy to deal with.

Excellent service by Nancy.great value.awesome recliners.my family calls them " The sleeping chairs " as soon as you recline your fast asleep lol
