Visited the St Catharines store and the associate Nicole Durocher was great. She is very knowledgeable about the product and had great suggestions. The store is very bright and very clean. I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy to anyone looking for home furniture and Nicole as an associate.

Nicole is excellent in her service to her customers. She’s conscientious, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed her services a lot. Lazy boy is lucky to have her as their representative.

Today I purchased my 2nd LazyBoy recliner. Amazingly the price was the same as the first one I bought in Jan, 2023.

Nicole Durocher was very helpful and was sure to get me exactly what I wanted & needed.

My back, hips & legs are continually tingling & sore. This is the only chair that I have found where it could be adjusted to the exact angle for my comfort. I find the chair to be solid, well constructed and comfortable.

I was very pleased to hear that it was made in North America.

We had some reservations about our choice after delivery however we acted within the Lazy Boy exchange policy times and there was no problem making an exchange only reinforcing to us Lazy Boy was the right place to purchase.

Cannot recommend La-Z-Boy enough. This was our first time coming here and we had an exceptional experience with Nicole as our sales representative. We just moved into our new home and this was our first time purchasing a sectional. She was so patient and helpful. I loved that she took extra time with us and paid close attention to detail. She truly went above and beyond! We can’t wait to come back to add more accents to our home.

Great selection, very pricey even on sale! Quality furniture, if you want better than other places made in cheaply made in China.

What a great store! I went in looking to learn about the various new styles of recliner chairs and was treated to excellent customer service from Jaxon. Super informative and very low pressure experience. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Jaxon if you’re in the market for some awesome quality furniture. So many choices, so little time. Prices are comparable to Brick and Leon's. Showroom was more than I expected. I'm sure they'll have exactly what you are looking for. Salespeople not pushy, very helpful. Ask for Sean!

For over 30 years we have purchased lazyboy furniture. We have 6 pieces, chaises and recliners. On june 9th, 2023 we purchased again. Upon delivery of custom set we noted how inferior both pieces were compared to those we purchased in the past. / seams bulky, piping irregular) They changed foam and after 3 months both pieces are still quite firm and not at all comfortable. We also noted there were no arm covers apparently now we have to order them or purchase fabric at 80.00 a yard and make our own. After 2 weeks of daily of calls to Carson I finally reached him only to be told that our 75.00 credit could not be used. To further add to this terrible experience he conveyed only half of the credit could be used and we still have to pay 40. + dollars for a yard of material that in the past was included in our purchase. St Catharines management not only does not value their customers they don’t care about negative reviews either. Therefore in all likelihood of any furniture needed again - lazyboy will forever be a reminder that customer service and good products are a thing of the past.
