I’ve been eating at this restaurant for years but seems it is under new management lately. Very poor customer service experience there today; I was at the drive thru and ordered plain pho (noodle only) and asked for extra sauce. The lady at the window was very argumentative about providing extra sauce. As you can see in the picture that amount of sauce is nowhere near enough for a whole bowl of Pho. Once my order was served I noticed the amount of sauce provided was still very little so I kindly asked for more. They lady argued with me and in a very passive aggressive manner handed me extra sauce and promptly closed the window on me without any sort of apology or explanation. Will definitely NOT be coming back!

Their fresh roll with tofu is good.
Stir fried egg noodles with Chicken comes with a LOT of veggies and i mean A LOT. Food was fresh. And quantity is generous. Service was quick.
Vietnamese iced coffee had a beautiful kick in it. Might go again just for the coffee.

I am not a meat eater so I don’t get many options anywhere. So in here I tried “fresh roll with tofu” and it was good. For the main course I ordered - “Stir thick fried noodles with green onion and tofu”. Well the taste was bland, tofu was deep fried and was cut in big chunks, which I hated. And for non- meat eaters there are only 2-3 options available. On the contrary their cold coffee was a delight. Service was good and place was hygenic.

Great place if you crave for some Pho. The portion is good, the staff are nice, the atmosphere is there. Overall, a nice and cozy restaurant.

I have been ordering ONE Pho take out weekly for months without any complaints. However, now they are charging extra for hoisin and hot sauce for ONE Pho take out.also, last night I noticed the bean sprout portion was very stingy.disappointing.

Had lunch from the high reviews however was shocked at the price for rice and grilled chicken for $16.95. Typical vietnamese restaurants will have grilled porkchop chicken and egg for that price

Ended up with XL Pho however didn't find the broth traditional vietnamese pho tasting and was definitely not XL

Great place food an stafff. I really do enjoy this place I come from up north all the way to Scarborough.enjoy a meal time to time.

Went on the weekend and found the noodles to be soggy or overcooked. We didn't enjoy it like we used to. Perhaps owners changed?

I'm a frequent customer to this establishment. Not once have they got my order correct at the drive thru. However, I don't think it's the employees fault as the speaker box is in a noisy area. Your better off driving straight up to the window and ordering if no one is in line, or walk in. Excellent potions, but a little pricey.

My favourite Pho place hands down. If you usually do drive-through, I highly suggest dinning in one time. All staff are super friendly and the food is so amazingly fresh. The from the pho, to their fresh rolls, and ice coffee, everything is good. Highly suggest!

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home.food is stunning and the staff is also really friendly.

Only had the spring rolls, but I did not like them at all. They were not like any Vietnamese spring roll I have ever had. They were more like a Thai spring roll, and a bland one at that.

Not similar to any Vietnamese places I have tried before. The springs rolls I orders tasted like something frozen out of a box from the supermarket. Don't bother.

What a shame.
No outside patio this year.
Some watery bubble tea type of ice coffee instead of real Vietnamese filtered coffee poured on ice.
Even had to ask for the privilege of getting a few thin mint leaves to add to my beef pho.
What a shame.
Pre pandemic, there used to be a great affordable lunch buffet of 5 choices. Never had to ask for mint leaves.
Cross this place off my list for good

Okay. We were looking for a place to eat pho. We are usually picky with the presentation and how it taste. But this place deserves a five star. It’s wasn’t busy at all when we arrived there. The staff is very accommodating AND they understand their priorities (what every customer is looking for). During our time, they always kept a tab on us making sure that we have everything we need. I love that one of the staff (I believe she’s new) spoke to us in a manner that is so welcoming and friendly (very down to earth). Staff like “her” brings a vibrant atmosphere to the restaurant.

In terms of time management, they are actually very quick to serve maybe because it wasn’t so busy. They didn’t lose track on serving us (common problem in restaurants).

Overall, the food quality is tasty but the one I had which was the beef option—it was a little bit difficult to chew. The pricing IS REASONABLE.

I recommend you to try this place. If you are trying out pho for the first time without having to deal with rude services this place will serve you just right.

Very good Noodle soup.busy with drive thru and table service. Will definitely be back to try more deliciousness.

I like it. I went here on a Friday evening for dinner. The restaurant is clean, the staff are attentive and polite. They were enforcing all the COVID protocols. I really liked the hot tea. I ordered the rice mean with Thai chicken curry with fried rice, shrimp tempura, and fried vegetable spring rolls. The food is good. They also offer drive thru. I recommend this place.

Well. What can I say. I have ordered 3 time's in the last month. 2 of the three orders were incomplete or incorrect. Do I actually have to open the bags and check to see if they are correct before I leave. I SHOULDN'T. During this pandemic this restaurant like all, should be providing the best service to get patrons to spend money at their establishment. Stop crying about lost revenue and provide better service. I will be searching for a new place for this type of cuisine. 1 STAR

Loving the drive-thru ability, never had a pho place where I can drive through and they said it was available in 5 mins? !

Portion is decent, fish sauce for vermicelli could have been more/stronger, and wished the pho noodles were a bit thinner too.

Still decent quick Vietnamese.

Love this pho restaurant. This is my usual place to go too for pho and other Vietnamese dishes. Since they added the drive thru, it’s been very handy during these times!

Found this place during COVID lockdown in February. Very good customer service at the drive-thru. We go for their Vietnamese iced coffee, crispy spring rolls and well done beef pho soup. One star removed because the iced coffee is always packed with ice!

Not bad. Ordered vermicelli with grilled beef and spring roll. The grilled beef was excellent with lots of smoky flavor. The spring roll however was soggy — the standard to beat is still Pho Dau Bo (Scarborough) which are crispy and not greasy at all. Also ordered their special pho (P1) but was disappointed that XL was not available for takeout — only small size is available for takeout. The pho was on par with most other places. I was happy to see they offered durian milkshake on their menu so I got that too, however it was way too sweet — the durian fruit is already really sweet naturally so there was no need to add any additional sugar. Finally I ordered via their drive thru and waited several minutes. My order was carefully packaged with good utensils (chopsticks, spoon, fork, napkins) — not the dirt cheap chopsticks many other places give either. Small touches like this score lots of points in my books. Considering you don’t typically associate Pho with drive thru I thought they are doing a good job at really making this as efficient as to be expected (trading off quality for speed is something I would not want). Honestly, I just wanted to test and see how good “drive thru” vietnamese food can be and was pleasantly surprised by the higher than expected food quality. Would visit again!

Ordered the bun (vermicelli) with grilled pork and spring roll and it was pretty good! Decent sized portion, good amount of pork, spring roll was crispy. I like how they shred the lettuce finely so that it mixes well with the bowl. Jack fruit shake was tasty and friendly service!

Very neat and accessible place. They offer generous portions and for economical rates. I enjoyed the menu a lot and the waiters were very attentive and informative. Recommended.

Love this place! I order from here 2-3 times per week and they follow instructions to the bone! Price efficient, great value and very timely delivery!

Got the beef with the peanut sauce. The cut of beef could have been much better and that would have got more stars. Other than that decent place for a quick meal and the price is reasonable.

They’ve changed their house special pho to one size since reopening and stopped including tripe? We ordered four bowls and none had tripe in them.

Took a chance and stopped in for lunch on my way by. Was not disappointed, the staff were very helpful in explaining the menu. Minimal language barrier which was very nice. Very clean and friendly. They even offered me a table and tea or water while I waited for my takeout!
Will definitely be back.

On Family Day February 17th we walked into the restaurant at 9: 43pm and the waitress refused to seat us. Another family of 4 walked in right before us and we were standing outside and watching them talking to the waitress just to make sure that they are still taking customers as the restaurant closes at 10pm. When we saw that family was finally allowed to sit and eat, we walked in too and the time was 9: 43pm. The waitress just refused to seat us saying they are closed. But the other family didn’t even settle down on their seats yet. If they can seat that family why couldn’t they seat us? We didn’t ask for FREE foods! We felt insulted. It is totally understandable if the other family wasn’t allowed to be seated as well. I request the restaurant owner to change the store hours to 9: 45pm closing time if you do not accept customers after this time. We will NEVER go back to eat there.

Great place for pho. There are plenty of options available for those with food allergies. The service has improved greatly, so I highly recommend.

Amazing beef pho and the yummiest grilled chicken i have had in a long time. Very clean and very fast service. Large quantity for the reasonable price.

Clean and tidy -
The floor were not sticky and slippery; dining area and washrooms were not smelly, by that I mean no irritating scent and toxic freshner were needed. By today's standard, this place is well sanitize. The server were as good as the Pho I have ordered. I mean, the soup was HOT and the vegetables were FRESHly cooked.

There's a similar restaurant on The Queensway in Mississauga that is better but this one is okay. The chicken seemed a bit overcooked in the dishes that I had, a bit dry, slightly burnt

I would like to share my experience as I ate here today. The food was bad. As soon as I got home I was puking a lot. The meat was not cooked properly I am disappointed because I have never ordered food from a restaurant and puked. Also it’s over priced and tasted like slob. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Had a excellent experience in this spot with my daughter. The food was served quickly and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are convenient.

So happy to have found this place on our travels. Has become one of my favourite places to get pho when in Toronto.my husband has tried multiple things off of the menu and has enjoyed every one of them. This was my first trip I had the plain pho and was impressed by it.

Very mediocre food. Broth for the chicken pho tasted full of MSG, absolutely no flavour from any kind of spices at all, and the so-called satay beef/chicken pho is just a regular pho with a couple teaspoons of chili oil, very deceiving as it should have just been called spicy instead. Would not be back.

This spot never disappoints. They have awesome food for affordable rates, there are no long waits even when the place is full.

This is my family's go to restaurant! My son loves their H4 soup! Servers are so friendly especially to my son who just keeps smiling at them:)

I would never recommend anyone to eat here. The food was cold and my wife found hair in her food. I reported it but the cashier didn’t seem to care. I was hurt and offended.

Unsanitary and absolutely disgusting. My pregnant wife ordered a "fresh" roll with tofu. She took a bite and found a USED Band-Aid cooked into it. It is unacceptable for someone to be handling your food who has a Band-Aid on to not be wearing a glove. It is alarming to know that food was handled with this uncovered Band-Aid on. This means this Band-Aid has followed this person into the washroom, outside and who knows where else, collecting bacteria. In addition, who knows if this person has an illness or disease that could be transmitted through the blood on said bandaid. Now I have to go to the doctor to make sure nothing was transmitted to my wife or my unborn child. After informing the wait staff of the matter, they just went to the back and never said anything. I had to come up to the counter for someone to even come out and talk to me about it.

This is my go to spot for pho. I love it here. Customer service is great and the food is good as well.
I have been going here for a long time. The restaurant is very clean and so are the washrooms.
Lots to choose from on the menu. The prices are very reasonable and portion size is good.

Good food. The wait staffs aren't that attentive though. We went there for late lunch with my 2 kids. No changing table in their washrooms. The only place I went without one. So beware to those whose planning to go there with their babies.

I got pho rare beef and beef brisket. The well done beef brisket has some off flavor our. Some pieces was so dry. Soup flavour us ok. Spring roll/egg roll use too much carbage as filling. The egg roll shell was not as good as other restaurant. One of the egg roll had funky flavour, may be gone bad - it is not suppose to be sour. Service is ok.

Server pleasant. Food ok. Had the vermicelli with grilled pork and shrimpnon sugar cane. It came fast but was a bit lacking. Might try pho next time but it was hot day

My friends used to eat here 2-3 times per week. We usually get the Phở, Spring Rolls, and Bún (Vermicelli Noodle).

Quality and value has really gone down-hill. The large pho is just more soup and noodle. Very little meat. I tried ordering extra meat (add $3.00) and was surprised by how little I got. I had to ask if this actually had any extra meat.
The atmosphere and service is pleasant.
I hope this place makes some changes and delivers more value because I used to like going here.

To be met with a hot cup of tea, on a -17 frigid day and be able to enjoy a nice meal. I give 5 Stars to the friendly & attentive staff.

Amazing mix of Vietnamese, Cambodian and Thai food. The XL pho can fill up two people if your in a budget.

We 6 people visited this place. Server took our order but made mistake and didn't even care to apologize. Male waiter has very rude attitude. He is arrogant, impolite and very very unprofessional. He just rushing our order and don't seems he care about customer. He ruin our experience. However, we love food, it was very tasty, large portion.

Prices are more than reasonable and the portions are more than enough for one person.
Cozy atmosphere.
Service is okay but hey the prices make up for it.
