I can't thank you enough for all you did for me. All your team is just amazing. Soonest I called and explained what I was concerned about I was able to buck appointment with doctor next day. They made room for my case because it is pretty much urgent. They did it so fast and super professional. Doctor Chak is doctor who is there because of you. He will ask you questions and he will listen what you have to say super carefully. He did everything he could to help me out and figure out what I have to do next. Doctor assistant thankfully was from my country and she was super nice and she helped me to explain and to make sure I understand what doctor is asking me and telling me. I wish I can explain on my language this experience. This is exactly how everyone patient should be treated. Thank you again for all you did for me. I truly recommend this place

This dental hygienist was the best I've had. She used the hand tools to remove plaque and not the water tool the others use. Her chair side manner was excellent.

They always do excellent work and are very compassionate when performing any work on you about your comfort. Always had a fear of dentist when I was younger because of a bad one back then but I can honestly say Lackner Dentists have earned my trust and I'm grateful to have them as my dentists now. I highly recommend them and have already recommended then to another friend.

My Hygienist Aneta is the BEST! Very professional and pleasant to talk to. Feels like a mini vacation when I visit. Very relaxing. The Admin girls are wonderful as well. Great service all around. God bless ‘em.

Just had an implant base installed. Great teamwork by Dr Chacko and Tatiana. Made me feel comfortable and safe. This practice has provided me with great dental service for the past ten years and cannot recommend highly enough. Great job guys.

High quality experience. As a new patient my initial visit was great. My hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thorough with my cleaning. The dentist was awesome and explained any and all findings to me in clear and plain language which I appreciated. Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.

Worst service ever just because of the way the receptionist talks to you. They think the patients are dumb and don’t know what they are talking about.
In the initial visit i was told that i needed a tooth extraction which was scheduled for the following week, but when i went for the extraction they suggested i get a graft done as well and asked if I had insurance coverage. I was told they would send the estimate to my insurer on my behalf and sent me back without the procedure which a waste of my time. They re-scheduled the tooth extraction however, an estimate was not submitted till i called them a week later for checking the status on my insurance estimate. When i asked why there was a delay, the receptionist talked rudely to me, acting as if we requested the treatment for free.
I ended up cancelling my appointment eventually and to that she laughed at my back while i was exiting.
Wonder what level of patient satisfaction they want to achieve.
Also, they do not value their patient’s time.

My hygienist has a wonderful, calming presence and he took extra, extra effort to help me stay calm, and not get stressed. Dentist was very nice too.

This was one of the best place for dental care.over the time, It seems like every time you call you are told they have no opening.looks like they have taken more patients than they can handle for the care.

The waiting room chair can be improved.
They are small and uncomfortable to sit for over 5 min. Sometime the waiting period is about 30 min.

I would not recommend you this location as your dentist office. I had very bed experience the doctor did filling on a healthy tooth, I am very disappointed. There is no point to complain to manager since he can not return me my tooth, the woman did filling and showed me how she is done greatly, she shaped front tooth so terrible and expected me to be happy with it instead with my healthy tooth, she did opposite side of tooth, under anesthesia I could not feel which side she is doing, now I have two fillings in tooth instead of one, she did not have time to do probably the right side as I let them know that I would like to do x-ray to be 100 % sure, that the tooth has cavity. I took pictures at home and they took x-rya before she did filling, they can easily see what happened.
