One of stuffs work there (she/her asian face) was staring at me all the time since I came in the store, and looking me with unfriendly eyes which was very uncomfortable for me. Well, don't know why is she still working there if u not happy with ur job? U don't have anything else to do other than staring a customer? Asked a size she said everything is there, but obviously they had it at the back. Nice clean store, friendly cashier at the front. Should higher some people would like to work, there are many people can't find jobs now days. If u don't want to do anything, just leave. Give the opportunity to those people who can do this job, and love the work they do.

Navjot was really friendly and helpful.she helped us a lot to choose the clothing we wanted.

I would like to give compliments to 2 Lacoste sales ladies name Carmen and Audrey, they are very friendly, helpful and with good services.

My boyfriend and I were shopping and ready to purchase over $200+ worth of clothing but then were treated disrespectfully by the male manager there and decided to leave everything behind, even though we loved what we picked out. When spending a lot of money in a store such as Lacoste, I expect to be treated with more respect than the average store.

Just went there today and the first thing i heard was that’s not ur size so she was like don’t touch it. Asked for my size she said 3 i laughed so hard that what’s 3 so i asked her but didn’t got any answers and she seemed so busy in an empty store with only me and my friend. So not really going again there unless i wanna feel ashamed again

My recent interaction at the Lacoste store in Vaughan Mills was utterly disappointing. I needed to exchange a medium-sized t-shirt for a small size, but the staff, particularly employee (Brett Jocelyn), made the process unbearable. Not only did she treat me with extreme rudeness, but she also falsely accused me of multiple charges and insisted I was guilty due to my lack of a receipt. This experience has left me astounded by the poor service and treatment I received. Thank you, Lacoste, for showing me a side of customer service I hope to never encounter again.

The Indian girl was so professional and she helped me to find the right shoes for myself and my wife.
Will come again in the future.

My husband and I were for a polo shirt for him. Staff obviously don’t want you messing up the shirts or any clothes in the shelves. You go through the shirts and the staff just stare at you. Why put out clothes in the shelves in the first place if they don’t want customer touching them. I work in retail and I’m one of those people who would fold the clothes when putting them back. All of the staff are rude. Train them on proper customer service please.

The reviews scared me. But I met nice staff who were helpful and professional. Pretty normal experience. Kind of wish I met these monsters everyone is talking about.

Lacoste's swimming trunks were a complete disaster! I wore them once, and they tore apart in the water. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they completely ignored my emails. Terrible experience, and I won't be buying from them again!

DO NOT BAY AT THIS STOR

My husband bought a polo at this store, and the lady that works at home noticed a glue in it so I came to the store to exchange it and they refused claiming that the polo wasn’t the same, it’s was washed. Whom bays clothes there doesn’t pay cheap, my husband payed a hundred dollars for a faulty polo and the store won’t change it. I’m really disappointed with the customer service after the purchase, the brand just lost good clients.

Great customer service. Exchanged a pair of shoes that the leather had buckled 2 weeks after purchased. Thank you

The ladies working here were not helpful at all. Asked for a size and they didn't even want to check the shelves. They had some on a counter and I asked for another of the same size, they just looked at each other and said they don't have anything else. Clearly they don't want to help the customers. I had checked the shelves myself and know for sure there were some sizes there as well. I ended up leaving the store because of bad customer service. They even had the audacity to laugh at my reaction when I said it looks like they don't want to help the customers. The only person who was working hard and was even nice to answer to my query was the cashier working on her own.

The managers there are disgusting. There's an old hag of a manager (old woman always wearing a face mask) who was clearly short tempered dealing with customers and was getting flustered when the store was busy smh. I saw her yell at a sales associate who was doing a really good job upselling to me to focus on other customers which was disrespectful to him and myself, they clearly have no respect or care for their customers and employees. I'd give this store a negative 5 stars if it existed.

Been to this store many times. Lacoste is one of my favourite. Went to the store yesterday and bought some jackets and sweats The lady was very helpful but the big guy was pretty rude. After we paid for the clothes. He threw the bag on the table beside the cash counter. The guy needs a coffee first of all and then some manners.

I just went into the store. Whenever i visit Vaughan Mills, I do visit this store. Not anymore from today. I went last time and bought a black tshirt last month. Last time too I felt unwelcomed by the same sales lady. Thought maybe it would be one of those days for her. Today I went, the behaviour is the same. I touch a white tshirt and she comes and tells me v coldly its all loose fit, they dont have the size. I immediately asked her “do u know my size? ” If am not wearing a down jacket maybe yes u can guess.but am wearing a down jacket!
I came out of the store immediately and returned to let the store manager know. Guess what! I was politely sharing with him and he in return snaps me and says, “yes we only have loose fit and not slim and regular fit anymore, so maybe thats why she was trying to let you know. ” I was zapped. Did I ever shared I wanted slim or regular fit? I told him.as a customer let me check the product. By saying “its all loose fit, we dont have the size, without u knowing the person’s size and preference (s) means “DON’T TOUCH! ”
You do not know the person personally and the person is wearing down jacket, hence size and preference will be unknown.
I went to share my unpleasant experience with the manager and got more irate coz he dismissed the fact without listening, snapped me in the middle and said “yes nowadays we dont carry regular and slim fit! ”
When did I ever say I wanted regular or slim fit. I like and wear Essentials are they slim fit?
An advice -> “buy lacoste online or go to Yorkdale.they have better sales associates and maybe manager.

Very rude staff, shouting will talking with customer exchanging t shirt they don’t care about return policy very bad experience

Best store, super friendly staff, management team was amazing, super polite, and very friendly! Will be returning for sure!
