I have been bringing my fur babies to Lacoste animal hospital for long year. I have always had wonderful experiences in this hospital. I won’t go anywhere else. They treat every patient like they are their own pet.

This clinic has a very friendly receptionist and a Vet who listened to my concerns and validated them with her very thorough exam of my dog. They were able to get me in quickly and the Vet spent a lot oftime discussing possible diagnoses and possible treatment options.

They are very kind and thoughtful, and really, TRULY seem to love their jobs. I feel very comfortable bringing my dog there, andhe LOVES the attention he gets.

The office staff/doctors are very friendly and professional. We've been bringing our dogs there for over 10 years and have had an excellent overall experience. They follow up and seem to genuinely care about the animals they see.

We have been taking our cats and dog to this wonderful place for long years. They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. Their equipment is top of the line and on the cutting edge of veterinary medicine.

TL;DR: Good at first but the staff is not patient with your pet if your pet doesn't like going to the vet (which pet does?). Go to a vet who will care and take time to treat your pet.

Our initial few visits were pretty good and the staff were very nice. But the recent visits were a nightmare. The doctors want your pet to be in and out and won't take the time to actually be patient and give your pet additional time if their condition and behaviour requires it. They care more about suggesting the easiest and/or most expensive treatment instead of actually going through all possible solutions.

We went in for a consultation and treatment for my cat with an issue with his nail. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes actually trying to look at my cat and suggested he needed a procedure under anesthesia and booked our appointment & gave us our estimate. On the day of the procedure, the cat was supposed to be fasting but given that information wasn't provided to us during the consultation, the appointment had to be cancelled.

We took my cat to another vet and the other vet took the time and waited until my cat was comfortable around her and did the treatment on the spot. No need to wait for another appointment for a lengthy procedure or any anesthesia.

I trust that all doctors are competent at what they do but what the other doctor did differently was that she took the time with my pet. Instead of immediately dismissing my pet when he wasn't comfortable or aggressive around her, this vet took her time with him and gave him the love and kindness he needed until he was comfortable. I am very disappointed with the rush nature of our consultation with the Lacoste facility. I do not recommend.

The Vet and staff are amazing. My Luna is a difficult one during vet visit. She hates them. The team manages to take her in and make things as quick and smooth as possible. During this year she needed to get extra shots and a tooth extractions. Everything went smoothly and they went over everything well. So far ive been with them for over 2 years and Its great how the team is on top with calls when it comes to appointment reminders, updates on test, or follow ups. (Their emails helps a lot too). Thanks for the help team.

I had my puppy appointment for his 1st year booster vaccine. I specifically booked for Dr. Chahal a month ago on his availability. My puppy was taken inside for vaccination and no one bothered to inform me that Dr. Chahal is not available. Upon asking they started arguing. All the people in this hospital are money minded. They are ready to poke my kid one more time but not acting humans. Be human people.learn some humanity and be kind with pets.

I brought my 9-week old puppy Rupert in after he had an unfortunate fall right on his tiny head.

I called in a panic and was far less than gracious on the phone. I made unreasonable threats to Amer (excuse my spelling), but she was still gracious and kind, something I didn't deserve.

I was so pleased with the care I was provided. The vet was more than kind to take the time to explain that my puppy was okay, and gave me great advice!

Thank you for calling back, even when I was hysterical and gracious enough to see my puppy so quickly!

Also- the cost was very reasonable, and I was able to take my puppy home confidently knowing he was okay!

This hospital is amazing! I brought my dog here and didn’t feel like I had to worry at all because the staff made me and him feel so comfortable. I was walked through step-by-step exactly what would be happening by the veterinarian. The registered nurse Cassandra was the kindest, she was absolutely amazing with my dog and kept me informed throughout about his condition. From now on this will be the only place I’ll be taking my pet.

I loved this place but the person sitting at front desk is not capable of answering simple question "when the second vaccine is due" of my Puppy, she told me to send the photo of puppy's health card which I already sent a week ago. Two day I called two times, she said they are busy and call you later still don't receive any call. Simply my question was "when the next vaccine is due". Any way I found another clinic.

Customer service is exceptional. Rupinder called and explained everything in terms of my new puppy with all the costs, vaccine information, etc. Great initiative and knowledge. Answered all questions and concerns in a friendly way.

The staff at Lacoste Animal Hospital are very friendly, and professional. They treat my Sadie Monster as if she was part of their family especially Hailey and Dr. Rav. LaCoste Animal Hospital was recommended to me by my breeder and I will definitely be using them for all my future veterinary needs. My Sadie Monster has always had a positive experience.

Absolute worst vet ever! I took my 4 month old puppy in because he seemed sick and this doctor who wasn't making any sense said she needs to go xray and blood work and when I asked why she couldn't give me an answer. Then she said my puppy needs antibiotics and I asked for what and she couldn't give me an answer. And to do an examination and xray and blood work it wouldve cost me $588. I went back to my regular vet. They are definitely money hungry and don't do a good job or care for the animals. Don't go here!

Dr. Kanwar Chahal and his staff are very caring. We are thankful to the doctors and staff for their extreme care and understanding. Bugzy, was always in good hands and I recommend their services and expertise. Thanks to Dr. Tejwant Chahal and Dr. Kanwar Chahal for taking good care of our Bugzy and especially to Dr Kanwar Chahal for helping is through the most difficult time. We appreciate Rupinder’s help and caring hands when she held Bugzy for us. We will always be thankful for the care Bugzy got!

Horrible customer service! Sat there arguing with my wife when she asked on 3 separate occasions for pet records. It’s one thing to be “busy” even though they said within 48 hours you will receive your records. They over charge for any kind of work they do. They were charging over $900 for my female to get fixed, went to another local clinic and they are charging me $400. That’s a $500 difference for the same operation. I will never ever take my pets back here and or recommend them to anyone that owns pets, they are money hungry thief’s. They give a 10% discount for writing 5 star reviews, only reason people post reviews.

Over priced, had to ask multiple times for my pets records not only that the receptionist sat there and argued with me saying there busy, even though it’s been a week since I ask for there records. Rude staff and waaaaay over priced, would never recommend anyone to take there pets here for that reason! They are always trying to scam and make more money!

Money Hungry Vet!
They will find any excuse to overcharge and upsell you on everything.
For minor issues they will insist on blood work, xrays and everything under the sun and you will leave with a 1000$ bill if you agree to it all.

The worst part is that if you say no, they shame you and make you feel like you are neglecting your pet.

I have been going here for several years. Dr. Kanwar has taken care of my GSD better than most doctors. I have switched many vets and unlike other doctors he tries to understand the symptoms you’re stating. The nurses are passionate about there job and make sure your pet feels safe. Overall the clinic makes sure you and your pet are treated like family.

This animal hospital is horrible. Absolutely every visit I was overcharged (roughly $900 for <5lbs puppy's first shots). One of the girls called me and lectured me for electing not to do something for MY dog. I finally agreed, and then she did NOT call me with the results. I requested my dogs medical records to switch to another clinic, and when I finally received them (after 3 separate attempts), I read in the medical notes that they had called me with results and spoken to me, when they had not. They did not provide me with the Rabies collar, and I never had the chance to speak with the vet, only their assistants - they claim this was due to COVID. The girls are RUDE unless you do everything they offer. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. Go to a vet that actually cares about the animals, and not $$$.

This was our first vet visit since we got our puppy and we were very nervous but after meeting Dr. Chahal we knew our puppy was in good hands!

Him and his staff are very knowledgeable and they genuinely love animals; they took the time to explain the vaccines and treatment and even answered all our questions regarding food, training and the overall health of our puppy.

It was important for us to find a Vet that we and our puppy felt comfortable with and we found just that!

At the end of the visit you find that it is Over over overpriced. From additional services that was not requested and you were not informed of their prices to the extremely expensive medications (few times to compare with cheaper places) and half a hundred bucks for dispenser fees. Ridiculous! Avoid it.

The absolute worst vet to go to! The most money hungry animal hospital! Took my puppy in because he was growing a bump on his right elbow, searched it up and found it was hygroma. I went to the vet just to make sure and the vet was so inexperienced that she could not even tell us what it was without testing that was going to cost at least 200! I told her I’d come back and she kept insisting I would need testing and then they kept scaring me into paying for testing! Then they charged me $75 for telling me they don’t know what’s wrong with my dog! I went to another vet for a second opinion and she was like this is common and it is Hygroma, and properly advised me, and charged me only $45! I never plan on going back to this money hungry terrible veterinarian with no knowledge at all regarding pets!

The staff at Lacoste Animal Hospital are very friendly, and professional. They treat your dog like it is there own pet especially Anya. They were recommended to me by my breeder and I will definitely be using them for all my future veterinary needs.

I brought my puppy to his first check-up at this clinic and the staff/ doctors here are both professional and friendly. I will definitely be going to this clinic for all my dog’s needs!

Worst Vet ever! Firstly this vet is extremely money hungry. We called this vet for to do a puppy exam for our new puppy. The day we took him in, our puppy got sick. They did a full exam and took a fecal sample and they advised they need to see him again next week to do the full puppy exam. We questioned them, why do you need to do a another physical when you just checked him. The vet manager said, "oh he was sick today so we just examined him today and were unable to the full exam. " This was extremely odd when we fully watched the doctor do a full exam. With the fecal sample they found a parasite and gave us a medication to treat the parasite and charged us in advance for another fecal sample for after the medication was finished to ensure the parasite was completely gone.

Today I arrived at 8: 55am to drop of the fecal sample and I was parked in the parking spot right in front of the vet. The vet manager (european lady) arrived at 9: 00am and parked behind my car. After she opened the vet, she walked up to my car as I was getting out and she asked me to move my car because I was in "her spot". Mind you the whole parking lot was empty and there are no signs indicating that the parking spot was reserved for the vet management. She could have easily parked to the left or right side of my car. But no she wanted me to move my car because I was in her spot.

I was literally at the vet for 1 min to drop off a fecal sample and I was going to be on my way.

The vet manager is extremely rude and has very poor customer service. From the first time we contacted the vet and this last visit I had today, I do not recommend this place at all.

I took my dog to Dixie Eglinton Animal Clinic for his 2nd set of shots and they did a full exam on my puppy and they did the same exam that Lacoste claims they didn't do because my puppy was sick.

They are extremely money hungry and I recommend you go somewhere else to save you money on vet bills.

Worst vet to go to, money hungry try to upsell everything and tell you it’s a different price first and then after it’s all done your bills double the amount and charge out rages amount for front nail clipping. His dad use to be my vet till they opened here who was actually reasonable and helped and now I will be looking for a new place.

If you want the best for your pet you will bring them to lacoste animal hospital.
The staff is simply amazing, they will go above and beyond your expectations for anything your pet would need. They take time out for each customer and treat their pets as if they were their own. I cannot say enough about how well they treated my dog and any accommodations that I had to make for him. This clinic literally give my dog an extra year on his life after all other vets gave up, lacoste didn't. I will always be grateful to them and always recommend them to everyone I know. They treat everyone like family, they will provide the best care, advice and knowledge for your pet.

Best vet and worth the drive! Our breeder recommenced Lacoste to us. The entire team is always quick, thorough, effective and efficient. They have passion when caring for all pets and answer all questions with great knowledge. Our fur baby is never nervous when needing to make a trip to the doctor's. Very professional. Super clean. Highly recommend!
